Every time we have to execute something on our account it is a nightmare. We have been loyal AT&T for years. But every time we need something from our provider, they are some of the most painful experiences we have. Unless I’m buying a phone, in which case I have the most pleasant experiences ever, I can’t get anything done without jumping through all kinds of hoops. It makes it difficult for me to manage some of my family’s affairs. Why? I pay a fair price for a product.

This store was very helpful I couldnt get customer service on the phone for 2 days regarding one of my accounts and so I went to the store they got me on the phone with the right customer service people and they saw my problem this particular store by Lowes in Longview is one of the best AT&t stores around for miles and miles and I mean miles I highly recommend you go there before you go anywhere else even if you have to go 30 miles to get to them

Best customer Ive experienced from AT&T since Ive become apart of this network. Let me tell you this, it doesnt matter how short/long a person has been with a company. Ive been having problems with my S20 ultra every since I got the phone. As a truck driver, its hard to pull trucks into AT&T. The phone representatives tried to help me, tech support tried to help me, finally being fed up with the phone, I decided to go into the store on 4th street. I was greeted at the door respectfully, help promptly, and handled with care. Representative Ms.Catherine E didnt give any excuses because she was new to AT&T, she dove deep to explore every option. Finally we thought we had the issue fixed, left the store and got back behind the wheel, s20 started acting up again. Mgr on duty, Mr. Jeremy Q, assisted Ms. Catherine and took the matter into his as if it was a personal matter to him. Thanks for all your efforts team...🔥👍❤Lesson here, if we would give people their flowers for their efforts, we would have less to complain about. I will be visiting this store again to get my wireless charger. 😉🤗😁

My brother kept getting calls every day at the same time about his bill failed at been paid. We took the phone with the text message on it to the Phone Center AT&T.The attendant assured him that it was telemarketing because he had the bill receipt with him. She stated dont answer the text or calls you will only give out information about yourself. Thanks to AT&T FOR THERE HELP.

Horrible service. Employee took my name/number and asked me to return to my car, I would receive a text to come in, there was 1 person ahead of me. I returned to my car as requested. During the next 30 min or so, I observed 2 customers leave. I also observed 2 more customers enter the building. I assumed they would be given the same instructions as I received and would return to their cars. WRONG. I finally went back inside to see the new customers who arrived after me being waited on. I guess the employee who took my information didn’t share that I was next customer. She was still with hers. I could have cared less who waited on me, I just needed service. Thanks to the employee at this ATT store, I am seriously thinking it might be time to leave ATT. Thanks a lot 4th Street Longview TX store. I would NOT recommended anyone go there unless they have nothing else to do that day and don’t mind watching other customers go ahead of them 😡😡😡

Dont go here if you expect knowledgeable, helpful, quick service. I received none of those things and left completely frustrated and disappointed. Both ladies that spoke to me didnt seem to care about the issue or trying to solve it, or even knowing how to solve it. I was told to call FirstNet. Why should I take the trouble to go into the AT&T store to be told to call??? And, you guessed it, I was told when I called FirstNet customer service to go to the store. I was trying to set up FirstNet service on my new phone (that I specifically ordered so I could get FirstNet service). The store rep told me I had to buy a phone from AT&T in order for the service to work. This was after 45 minutes with the rep working to set up my account and then she changes tune and says, Oh, you have to have an AT&T phone for this service. When I explained that my husband has the exact same phone (not from AT&T) and is already on FirstNet, I was basically told that the policy just changed, and there was nothing they could do, try calling they said. Way to treat your first responders!

I was very disappointed with the service that I received today. I asked the clerk could I pay my att bill at this location. She informed me that they only handled wireless service. I explained to her that I received a text regarding an att account ending in 4 digits (I have several att accounts) and did not know if it was wireless, landline, internet or cable. She asked for my drivers license, 4-digit code, etc. and proceeded to give me a phone number to call. As I am calling the number, she then tells me that she has my accounts pulled up on a tablet. I was totally exasperated, and inquired why she told me that this location only handled wireless? I was able to pay the bill. If ATT is ATT, all sites should handle all ATT bill payments. I will never return to this location.

Great customer service! Store representative, Edgar, was helpful and efficient. He handled my purchase without any issues. He answered my questions, and gave copies of activation steps, new contract, and receipt of purchase. His professionalism was very much appreciated. This will be the store I visit in Longview, Tx from now on.

I am sitting here at this store I’ve been here over an hour and still have not been waited on! While sitting here a gentleman has walked in to seek help and no one has even acknowledged him! Only my name sits in the que to be seen! It is not that busy for this type of treatment. Would not recommend to come to this store! I give it a 1/2 star.

I walked in, planning on purchasing a new phone, as mine had decided to stop working properly. (Old phone) Kevan is the gentleman I worked with, and while waiting for things to load, or such, we talked about church and life and phones, and it was very pleasant. He made sure I knew about what I was getting, and the pros and cons of different models available. I have personally never had a bad visit with this store, and that is why its the only one I go to.

Its been rough, very displeased. We were lied to and could not get any help from the service line. Be sure to read over all the fine print and do not listen to anything they tell. The rep we had told us a lot things but so far none of it has been true.. higher phone bills, payment dates are wrong, a cancellation fee after we were told no no we are switching you over there will be no problem.. -Just make sure you read everything and do not take their word for it.I have been happy with AT&T for 10+ years until we dealt with this one rep.

Walked in to upgrade our phones, and were ignored for more than 15 minutes. There were 2 associates in the store, both helping other customers (no problem, we can wait), and they appeared to be the only 2 associates working. They never addressed us, actively avoided looking our way, and acted as if we didnt exist. We stood by the front counter, waiting politely to at least be acknowledged (Hi welcome to ATT, be with you as soon as possible, etc.) Never happened. I understand youre helping another customer, but with only 4 people in the building it was very awkward. Especially when for minutes at a time the associates in question were simply waiting for phones to back up, not engaging/talking with the customer, standing in silence. Very poor customer service. Weve always had great experiences as ATT customers for over a decade, this was disappointing.

AT&T 4th st store was awesome!!!! Walked into sto store and the sales rep instantly startes with me, Swapped phones in 20 minutes, was very pleased with the speed efficiency of the rep. AT&T store on the loop was horrible, waited an hour and 43 minutes just to get seen, then 5 minutes before I was told they couldnt transfer my number. I was moving a phone number I have had for 17 years from straight talk to AT&T prepaid.

Very knowledgeable staff. If one doesn’t know the manager does. Very courageous and friendly staff. If ur trying to upgrade just call the day shift office. They can b very creative and extremely friendly and helpful. If u go to the store to do something like an upgrade & u have a company account u might as well call because the store hates working with company accounts. I suspect they have limited computer access. But u would b better off calling. I usually get better results over the phone U just do not get the insnstant gratification. Because u have to wait for things to b shipped but u also save money because u don’t have i i HIGHLY recommend u make an appoint ment. Or u will wait a LONG time But u also will save money bc u won’t have any impulse buying if u do all of it over the phone mpulse buying like cases or bluetooth headsets

Was lied to and tricked into getting the Uverse VOIP because it was supposed to keep my price at $45 a month per their 2016 one year promotional ads on their website.I then spoke to a customer service agent after calling heir 1800 number and he assured me that not only was $45 a month a legit price for 2 mg internet with direct line to my apartment, but I can also get a UVerse VOIP to lock in my monthly bill at &45 a month (he went ahead and promise me a one month no hassle cancellation and a $200 gift card, all which I could not care less about). My monthly bill ends up being $64 recurring fee!!! I tried to rectify this with their horrible customer service via phone and website chat, each time I was disconnected after the agent I was speaking to tells me hold while they try to fix the issue. I am left wondering whether this is an insidious practice to discourage any weak-willed customers from trying to fix an issue.

BECKY is the worst! she should literally lose her job because she has no customer service skills, no de-escalation skills, and no ability to help. I was clearly upset and angry that my account info was wrong and that I couldnt access anything on my account and had received no help regarding the issue I have had for the past 2 weeks she got short with me, crossed her arms and refused to help me with anything else. She even went as far as to say it is not her responsibility to keep up with my information. My Aunt called later on to inquire as to why i was so upset and the manager said that I was lying about what happened! The amount of disrespect and poor customer service that is allowed at this store is ridiculous.
