Im not tech savvy in the least however my father and I were helped above and beyond the normal anyone would generally expect from a helpful employee. In this case we had alot of questions and needed alot of help. the helpful gentlemen named Jeet was amazing

I like this Metro PCS better than the one in Kilgore because this one in Longview they have very nice customer service they treat you with respect they help you the best if they can they recommend stuff theyre just good all-around and they have a better selection of phones and equipment
