Just bought a used game and the disc was a greatest hits version but the case was not. I specifically picked a copy that was not greatest hits and I was given the wrong disc. I used to never have issues buying used games but now nearly every time something is wrong and Im tired of it. I realize buying used has its inherent risks but I expect at the very least to get the product that goes with the case or the package.

Robin is fabulous! I have been looking for a Nintendo Switch for our grandsons bday. She put me on a waiting list and has called with each used and new ones that came in. She was so helpful and threw in a poster and some pins for our grand! She made it a great experience!

We were in this store today to purchase some games and when we left my husband locked us out of the truck. Both of our phones were in our vehicle. The associate inside the store extremely helpful, his name was Michael. He let my husband use his phone and helped us get a locksmith phone number. He was very polite and even got a chair for us to sit in while we waited. I am not sure if he will even see theis but THANK YOU AGAIN MICHEAL SO VERY MUCH.

Out of all 3 gamestops in town. This is the one I recommend going to. Robin (store manager) and the rest of the staff are awesome.

The service was excellent even though I was being annoying to the clerk by talking too much about Kevin Smith in my fan girl moment. Oops.

It was an overall good experience. The ladies that were there today helped me out. they are buying old phones now as well as old games and console I purchased Borderlands 3 and pre-ordered Final Fantasy 7 remake. ITS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!!

We went in and got several(5) games and Micheal was awesome.I locked us out of the truck and he let me use his phone to call a locksmith and offered my pregnant wife a chair and the option to sit inside and wait for them. Totally above and beyond customer service because he didnt have to do what he did. THANK YOU!!!!

I went for a Nintendo switch that has the Mario kart 8 but they was out of stock. Instead of helping me search another store they let me buy one I didnt really want and took it back the next day, the game stop in the mall had the one I wanted

Called to get an irem. I drove 30 minutes and come to find out when I get there THEY DONT TAKE CADH! who doesnt take cash? Rediculous

Man, it just seems expensive. I personally watched someone bring in a game system, games, and other items. They got thirty something dollars in exchange. It just kinda solidifies my decision to stay away when it comes to business. Dang, you need to let the customers win sometime, I just havent seen it yet.
