The lady was very friendly and helpful to me with finding the items I needed. The store has a pretty good selection of larger size clothes for men, will return in the future.

Very rude ladies & horrible service. We walked in looking for baptism dresses for my infant daughters. No one was around to help us get the dresses that were high up so we helped ourselves and got them using the garment hook. So one of the ladies comes several minutes later & snatched the hook from my dad yelling No, no, no, no, you no use this only I use this and also snatched the dresses we had gotten down from me. Strike 1. Then I asked her where we could try them on and she just walks off. Srike 2. So she walks to the other side of the room and proceeds to take the dresses out of the plastic bags. I guess we were suppose to already know where the dressing rooms were located. So we go to the dressing rooms and there is no where to change the girls other than the dirty carpet floor. I asked if she had anything so I didnt have to put my daughters on the floor and she said to change them on the strollers we had them in. I told her it would be too difficult as they cant sit or stand on their own yet so she walks away once again without saying a word and comes back with a plastic and sets it in the floor. As I proceed to start trying the dresses on I hear her say something to her co worker in their language (chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, whatever) obviously about us. So I said Excuse me ... she came up with some lame excuse that she was just saying they didnt have anything for us to change the babies on. Strike 3. Needless to say we had extremely poor customer service and they lost me and my family as customers for good.
