Went inside to reset my daughters PIN on her phone staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

No phone knowledge... wouldn’t replace my sims card to update WiFi calling. Told me iPhone X doesn’t use WiFi calling. Kilgore stores are better

The staff was very helpful, especially Edgar. He helped me with everything and was very thoughtful of his customer. I will definitely return to go see him for phone help.

I was able to go in, get an Iphone XR for $50, and the guy there was really helpful. They always help out transfer contacts, and things I need for free!They just go above and beyond to make sure they make the cell phone service go smoothly. Ill make sure to go there for all my cell phone needs.

Very good staff they know their stuff. If your looking for any kind of phone they are pretty knowledgeable and will go the extra step and look up what they dont know right away. they also know Spanish to.

I bought a charger there and on the back of the receipt it said I could return it within 7 days but when I went to return it for my money back they told me they couldnt refund me my money back but that I could exchange it for something else. Very misleading and unprofessional. I was highly disappointed. I just wanted my money back. And Ive never had a problem with them untill now

The only thing I like is the cell phones that I grab for free. As for the Internet, I do not like it, its very slow. And they told us that it was unlimited internet. It is not unlimited.
