Waited half an hour behind two trash mouth tattooed women who said nothing important .. ultimately I left.. very disappointed that both employees said nothing about the language or waste of time.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I will like to THANK T-Mobile EMPLOYEES on Gilmer Rd for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY made sure when left T-Mobile my new phone was working properly. There was issues but they handle it with the MOST RESPECT, CONSTANT REASSURANCE and a SMILE. Thats what I LOVE about them. KEEP IT UP!

I called this morning and spoke with a lady named Meredith. She was so resourceful and knew exactly what to do. She explained in detail how to work through the issue i was having.i called another store yesterday and they were unable to assist me over the phone. I 10 out of 10 recommend this store. Thanks again for ur amazing customer service.

The young lady working was very professional and nice. She called two managers in order to find a way to resolve my problem. This was after I was on the phone with T-mobile tech support for 3 hrs being transferred from one person to another. I greatly appreciate the service this store gave me.

My husband and I needed new phone numbers after moving from Germany to the states. Not only did we need new numbers but I also needed a new phone because my device I got in Germany wouldnt work with American sim cards. After going to two providers that were outrageously overpriced we decided to go to TMobile.When we stepped in the store josh and his co worker Chris were greeting us super friendly and asked how they can help us. We told them we needed new numbers and a new device for me but we dont want to spend a lot of money we were given a lot of options that fit our budget. We brought our toddler with us and and they were too sweet to him as well! Im super happy we made the decision to go with TMobile! Thank you josh and Chris! We are very satisfied :)

Te was AMAZING! He was super helpful as soon as we walked in. It’s sad to say but it’s rare to walk in and be greeted with a smile and for someone to immediately try to help you. He took care of the whole family and provided amazing customer service. We had a great experience and switched over our accounts to TMobile because of it.

Im very illiterate when it comes to cell phone technology but Destiny was very helpful. She showed me what was wrong with my phone and how to correct it at the Longview location.

I hate going to these places because I feel like I never know the right terms to use when explaining my phone. However, the staff here made me feel right at home. They took time and understood what I needed even when I felt like I had no idea what I was talking about. The staff is very professional and courteous. We even laughed a bit. Called ahead to ask for pricing on a specific wall charger for my cell phone. I was quoted $20.00. Went to the store and now its $45.00 plus tax. No apologies from the disinterested clerk. Left it sitting there. I wonder if I would have gotten better service from the employee that was hanging around outside with her friends?

I had been having a string of misfortunes a month ago, including my phone up and dying on me (2nd time that same model had done that) and I was beyond stressed out because I didnt have $400-500 to drop on a new phone. I was at this store a few months back to try to replace the phone I had due to screen cracks and the guy I dealt with was not very nice and was very standoffish so I left. Very unhappy. But I went back in September and Whitney was so helpful and kind and understanding and let me know I had a promotion and upgrade. And I got a decent phone, something is better than nothing, I left very impressed and pleased with her customer service.

Bad phone service, slow service in stores, store usually directs you to phone support, who then redirects you to your local store.Phone companies are usually unpleasant to deal with this one has to be the worst.
