This is the coolest crew and best tire shop in Longmont and norther CO period. You’re going to get a laid-back personal, honest, relational customer service. My dad uses them for his fleet vehicles, and they know their customers by name and treat their customers like friends. Keep it up guys great job!

Had to wait an hour and a half to get four new tires. Had a nice long chat with the service guy about my missing spare and how I wanted to buy one from them, all he put down on the work order was check spare tire which also never happened because I dont have one. Will not return, customer service is garbage.Edited to respond to owners response: My review clearly says Will not return but Im not surprised you didnt read it as I have been given the exact same script every other bad review gets. The phone number provided is the basic business number, why would I call and talk to the same fools who couldnt do their jobs properly in the first place?

This store is amazing!! I got into an accident and needed my car fixed right away. They got me in the next day, looked at my car and were able to fix it for an amazing price. If you ever need any repairs done to your car, PLEASE GO HERE! You wont regret it

I am from out of town, and I had a rental car with a fast leaking tire. The guys at Big O Tires were able to patch it very quickly and didn’t charge me at all! They have excellent customer service. We don’t have a Big O in the part of the country where I live, and I went there as a shot in the dark. I was very impressed and would recommend it to anyone!

I visited Big O Tires for the first time after finding a nail in my tire. Patrick was so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to help me with my tire. I like the guys here and I tend to think they try to do a great job every time.With my last car they provided tires and alignment for me.Today they serviced my new car for the first time. I needed an alignment and wheel balance, no new tires.They finished the service and brought me to checkout. I inspected the car before returning inside the lobby and the weights added were hanging off the wheel. After relaying this, Very reluctantly the service member followed me to my car and inspected the error for himself.They proceeded to return the car to the garage and rebalance said wheel.The wheel is exactly as loud going 40+mph as it was before it was balanced at Big o. There is no abnormal wear on the treads it is likely a simple weight distribution problem.I got home and noticed they scratched both front wheels in the process. See pics.They did correct the left bias steering problem caused by the alignment.Since they damaged my wheels and the tire has the exact same whirring sound as pre-balancing, and the balancing was faulty the first attempt, I am giving them 2.5 stars.Luckily, that rounds to 3.

When in there this morning with a nail in my tire. How did gentlemen with a wheelchair in my van with me explain the situation to the manager they were amazing they took care of us in a few minutes even though there were other clients ahead of us. Very thoughtful and kind people.

This place is by far the best tire place in Northern Colorado!!! I have been out here for years and have strayed twice from going here... 1st time the other places tires were 25% higher. Second time they screwed up a rim and still charged me more!! Have gone back there ever since and they NEVER failed me. Dont waste your time going somewhere else...

I called Big O Tires in Longmont Co from Wisconsin to see if they could help with an unusual request: My husband was driving from Fort Collins to DIA when the tire pressure light came on. I called Big O to ask if they could provide immediate assistance in order to diagnose & resolve the issue so he could try to get to DIA & make his flight. Tyler answered & immediately offered to service the vehicle as soon as my husband could get there. True to his word, he & Andy worked together to service the vehicle immediately & get my husband back on the road to DIA. The storybook ending is he made the flight, all because of Tyler’s understanding the urgency of the situation. A HUGE thanks to Longmont Big O Tires!

They are falling off,I have taken every car I own to them for tires,alignment and balancing for years. Recently took 2 cars 1st car after I got it back from them j got on the freeway the weights flew off. The second car I took for alignment and balencment I dont even think they bothered balancing the wheels or did a bad job they vibrated like crazy and they have been taking a longer than usual

I pulled up with a valve that wouldn’t take air and thanks to Chris the matter was resolved within minutes. Thanks Chris on a cool Saturday morning in late August

I badly needed an alignment and Big O was recommended by a friend so I headed on over there with my 3 year old niece in tow. They had me sit in the waiting area and told me it would be a little bit before they could do the alignment, but not too long. I spent 3 hours keeping a toddler occupied in their waiting area before one of their employees came to tell me they couldnt complete the alignment because my track bar was wasted and both CV axles were leaking. Mind you, I had replaced my entire front end not even 2 weeks prior. And having to wait that long just to be told they couldnt even complete the simple job was infuriating. I drove down to Brakes Plus the same day and got an alignment no problem AND they found and replaced a bad wheel bearing for a fraction of what Big O probably would have charged. At least I know what shop to avoid in the future!

I needed new tires. I called to make an appointment. I showed up a little earlier than my appointment time and they took me right in. I was out in less than an hour. Great service.

All of the guys at this location are just the coolest dudes ever. I drive up? There’s a couple guys out front saying what do you need? What can I do for you? They joke around, they look like they’re having fun, the service writers have accurate information and tell you realistic promise times. They patched my wife’s tire once before, they replaced a valve stem in my tire that was an “emergency.” They just simply take care of you. They take care of you at this location. That’s all you need to know. 5 stars. Legit 5 stars.

Patrick Dannen and his deft team of mechanics absolutely fixed my Rav up on a moments notice, despite my wife not being able to get a confirmed appointment, they got me in and out in an hour when the time became available.I mean, its still a Rav, I am still hitting 0 to 60 in a flat five minutes, but it drives like a dream, man. Well be back.

I had a tire that wasn’t holding air. I went to the nearest Big O to help me. It was in Longmont. Andy was so kind. I really appreciate everything these guys did. They put on my spare. I was able to call my Big O dealer in Loveland to order new tires and have them installed. Thank you so much to the Longmont Big O.

I had my tires replaced. With an appointment, it only took about 45 minutes and was very convenient. I also had the wheel lock lug nuts replaced on every wheel because I lost the keyed socket.When I went to rotate my tires later, I found the wrong thread pitch was used for the replacement lug nuts. They were more than willing to replace the lug nuts and damaged studs with OEM parts at no charge.When I got the car back for the second time, two lug nuts weren’t fully torqued. One was only hanging on by a few threads (took about one full turn to remove).

I never have felt one way or the other about a tire shop, but the crew at this one is courteous, kind and fast. I went in for a tire patch and they got right to work, didn’t try to sell me anything, and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. Definitely earned my business when it’s time for new tires.

Weve always had great service here from Andy. I had the displeasure of working with Sean today and came in to rotate my tires. The tech told me I need brake pads but the rotors were good and it was somewhat urgent. Sean comes out and tries to tell me I need rotors too without testing them and they cant do them until Monday. He also charged me $50 to rotate my tires which theyve never done before. We give these guys a lot of our business and we have four cars but they just lost our business today.

They are into giving Coloradans a good deal and stand behind what they sell. Unlike many of the other shops, Big O mounts and balances tires for a reasonable $18.50 a tire. Long time Longmont residents use Big O on South Main....

Just moved to Colorado and had no idea where to go to replace my breaks. I decided to take a chance on Big O Tires, and I am happy I did.I left my car with them to quote what I needed, which was break pad and rotary replacement with a coolant flush. However, I couldn’t afford the coolant flush so I said I would do just the brake replacement. Took about 1.5 hours and then I came to pick up my car. I saw that they did the coolant flush and were charging me for it, so I told the man ringing me up that I told who I was initially dealing with not to do it. Without another word, he knocked it off the bill, giving me a free coolant flush. Then they also gave me their online coupon of $20 plus another $60 mail in rebate. All the workers there were extremely friendly and helpful. Such a positive experienceBottom line: I now know where I will be going for my future car needs. Thank you guys!

First time Big O customer. Had an appointment yesterday for new tires and alignment. Got my tires with no issue however the mechanic refused to do an alignment unless i agreed to have additional work done including ball joint and tie rod. I just had these parts replaced weeks ago. I took the truck for a second opinion and it was confirmed that these parts are in good condition. I will go elsewhere for the alignment but I would warn others to be wary of Big O upselling you for something you may not need.

Can’t say enough good things about them. Prices were fairly priced. Customer service was excellent. Free tire rotations and free nail patching.

A few weeks ago Tyler helped me with a hole in my tire and my head lights. He went above and beyond! My dad swears by Big O as well and he said Andy has always been super helpful. Great and fast service. I highly recommend!

Took 3 hours for an oil change. People coming after me were leaving before me. Couldnt find my keys. Called me to tell me my car was done. Like they didnt pass me 20 times in the waiting room. I told them I was waiting. Got new tires here the time before one went flat on the way home.

Mechanics are forgiving if we have to do our own work. Theyll inspect the car & offer to do what needs done. Also, make sure to explicitly ask your mechanics to keep your car locked if left in the queue unattended. It should go without saying. The Team You Trust to leave your car locked should keep it locked by default.

Theyre good theyre quick and they know what theyre doing and the prices are awesome

The fact that Big O has fixed 2 tires with screws in them for free, and has worked on my truck, and police car, I am happy with their service.

Great service! I just got a new set of tires, at a great price!

I had some tires mounted at this big o location while I was at work. I paid for the service over the phone when they were finished. I asked them to leave me a quote for additional service and the keys inside my vehicle and lock the door. Planning on using my Ford’s keypad to gain entry after work when I could pick it up. I got there and the door was unlocked and no keys to be found. That left me stranded without a vehicle in Longmont and no way home to Fort Collins. The shop was closed and nobody could be bothered to help me. Extremely disappointed.Not sure if I will ever use big o again going forward.

Not blown away by the service - some of the reps are rude. The prices seem comparable to that of Discount Tires but Ill probably go there next time for friendlier service. Otherwise, they seemed to do a good job with mounting my new tires and the service was fast.

Service was good. The only complaintWas the long wait to get a slow leak in1 tire fixed. However, they fixed it at noCost so i guess it was worth it.

I ordered a specific brand and tire from them and made an appointment 2week out. I went to my appointment only to be told that the tires I ordered were not there and I had to wait a few more days. So I set up another appointment for 1 more week out and instead of going there right away I called 1st to make sure my tires were available only for them to put on the wrong tire on to my car and then tell me well thats what you ordered. I will not be going back to them.

Julian is the best. Seriously- that dude is dialed in and 100% a pro every time. He is always busy (because he shoulders a lot of the work) but no matter how busy he moves fast, knows everything, makes things easy, and takes his job seriously. This dude should be a manager because his work ethic blows me away.I work at a car lot and we get our tires done there. Turns out every lot in town that uses Big O knows Julian and ask for him personally. That shows how good he is. Every salesmen and manager at every car lot know this guy and all sing his praises.Otherwise their products and prices are good. But what sets them apart is their team. The rest of the guys are great as well too but this place is 5 stars because of Julian. Ask for him when you come in.

Got off a 10 hour night shift at 6am and came outside to a completely flat tire. I was able to get 30psi in the tire but I didnt trust it to get me home.Big O opened shortly after I arrived, they remounted the tire free and let me know the wheel was corroded underneath and leaked around the bead.I got home safe avoiding any bills that morning. They were courteous and very quick to get me on my way. I kind of regret that I couldnt even give a tip or anything that morning.

Sean, Andy, Julian or Bill. Doesnt matter which one you talk to, the service is great. Always done in a timely manner. These guys have helped me on too many vehicles to list. I appreciate everything that happens in this place and will continue to use them for tires and alignment for a long time to come. As a shop owner I understand the job and expectations that consumers have for this type of work. I believe this group of guys are meeting or exceeding that expectation and actually care about what they do and the people they are doing it for.

Very impressed with this Big O in longmont. They had originally said they had my tires in stock, but wound up not. Andy offered to upgrade me or go to louisville to get the right tires. I took the upgrade, which turns out was sognificant and they kept the price the same! I am so very impressed with the customer service here. As a woman, you always worry about being treated fairly. Andy was kind, patient and honest. They have won a customer. I will recommend them to all my friends!

I am a older lady. I tried putting air in my tires myself but felt like I was letting more out than I was getting in. So I went to Big O for help. I had bought my tires there so I hoped they could help me. The young man I talked to said he would put the air in the tires right then. Good thing too, I had over filled the one tire. He was so nice and helpful. NO CHARGE and he didnt make me feel like an idiot. I will continue to buy my tires there and send others there as well. 😀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the few shops that can do alignments on a Jeep Wrangler with 37” costumer service is great! Julian was very helpful and I will definitely come back if I have anymore issues.

I really cannot express how incredible this last experience was! I was about four deliveries into my job at Pizza Hut when I realized that my tire was flat. freaking out not knowing what to do I told my boss and I was going to call big o because I had bought tires from there recently and knew they had a great replacement policy so I called them, mind you they closed in about 20 minutes and they told me to come on in!! they fixed my tire in 20 minutes and had me back to work and ready to deliver food again! I seriously appreciate it and kudos to those who were working that day who made that possible! I will be contacting the corporate for big o to let them know that they have a great team in Longmont!

I have always had them balance and do alignment for me. They are quick and usually very attentive. This time though they missed a nail in the tread.

BIG O IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET TIRES!! I love how the staff is so thoughtful and caring. I went there for 2 tires and left wit 4 at the same price as 2! my tires were so bald and the gentle men there didnt want me driving in the snow in the condition my car was in. They put all 4 tires on for me in minutes and the place was packed. Everyone was in and out of that place so fast it amazed me. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY HAVE ME SOLD!
