I have been bringing both my car and my truck to this mechanic for the past four years. They always do a great job, and are honest and fair. When I was stranded with a dead car, they came and picked it up and got it fixed the next day, once the parts came in. Ive been bringing my vehicles here since then.My truck seemed to have steering issues since we moved here, and the mechanics have worked with me to help track down the causes with patience and integrity. We have replaced the arms that go from the wheels to the steering assembly, the steering assembly, and realigned the tires. Finally, the issue has been fixed.Whenever I have questions, I get straightforward, helpful answers. They even tolerate me making silly mistakes, like forgetting how to trigger the windshield fluid.When I had issues with the car I just bought, they were able to answer questions about and work with the insurance I had on it.Finally, the online appointment scheduling actually works!! I found times that worked for me without needing to call in, and got several confirmations.I really cannot recommend these guys enough, both for emergencies and routine maintenance.

Me and my family have been going to Julio and his team for years - this place has always been my go to for any sort of maintenance I need. Julio is the most honest, fair priced, nicest mechanic in town and will go to extended lengths to service your vehicle and give you the best service and customer service possible. In the recent Colorado snowstorm, I slid and smashed-in my passenger front wheel, damaging the control arms and suspension to the point where turning and maneuverability was impossible. Even when most shops and places were closed due to road conditions, Automotive EMTs was open and ready to help me right away. Though the car couldn’t move well on its own, these guys stopped at nothing to make sure it could get into the shop somehow and get inspected ASAP, getting right to ordering parts and working on it the next day. I’m incredibly impressed by the kind and fair service of this shop, and I’ll be happy to return for any of my future automotive needs.

These guys are the absolute best. They have done a very thorough job at a VERY fair price. They always fit us in with in a day or two of calling and we just got a grease problem looked at and cleaned and they didn’t even charge us. Highly recommend these nice people for anything you need done.

Despite having a large backlog they were able to get a used car inspected with no advance warning and provide us a full set of diagnostic results within 90 minutes. They also explained everything in great detail to my sister who was considering buying the used car, as well as give their opinions about its condition and helped us make an educated decision about purchasing the vehicle. The prices were also 40% lower than anywhere else we could find so were pretty happy about how comprehensive the results were, and the value, given our time constraint.

Very friendly, trustworthy people at this shop who know what theyre doing!We originally went to Firestone for our coolant leak, after changing the water pump, they gave is our van back still leaking and told us it was going to be an expensive fix that they couldnt do.We then took our van here where they found it was a simple, relatively cheap fix. They fixed our van and we were on the road the same day!The point being, they took the time to find our leak whereas Firestone didnt try and sent us away.You want great work and custom service, go here!

This place is freakin’ great! I had my vehicle seen at another shop and they wanted $1,000 for a speculation on my needed repair. I brought it here and they were able to totally diagnose the real problem and fix it properly for the proper amount. Thank you, Julio! You guys rock! You have a customer for life!

That was the nicest and the quickest auto repair experience that Ive ever had! I started hearing strange sounds from the car when steering and I searched on the Internet for a good auto repair shop. This one was the best I found. I explained the situation and had them look at the car in a minute they told me what could be wrong. They fixed it and refilled the power steering liquid and all of this for free and in no more than a couple of minutes. Very nice customer service!

I took a used car in for a pre-purchase inspection and these guys saved me from buying a vehicle that only had 6 months left before a $3000 repair. They did a thorough check, found that the car had been in an accident (even though it wasnt reported on carfax) and explained the pros and cons of buying a car in the shape that it was in. Both of the people I had taken with me to buy the car were very impressed with the speed and thoroughness and we all agreed that we would take our vehicles there again.

I brought my 2002 Saturn Vue in with a bad exhaust leak and I met with Julio, who was recommended by a good friend. Julio was very professional and I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a very reasonable price and repaired the problem. My Saturn never ran better. I will be recommending Automotive EMTS to all my friends.

I brought my car in here for an oil change and that went well (as expected). What impressed me about the service here was the additional inspection done on my vehicle. After finishing the oil change, they made me aware of several other repairs needed and provided their detailed estimates at checkout. There was no pressure to get the work done immediately, so I can look over the estimates at home and determine the best time for those repairs.The waiting room was a bit small and cold, and the floor could have used a bit of sweeping, but it wasnt gross or anything (just some leaves and light dirt visible). Not that it bothers me, but there was a fair bit of audible cursing I could hear from the waiting room. So, maybe dont bring your children along to wait with you here if that matters to you.

Highly recommend - we love these guys! So friendly and reasonable. Weve have a lot of issues with our vehicles over the past year and Julio and his team always take amazing care of us. My jeep broke down and was outside my home in Erie; they picked it up, hauled it to Longmont, fixed it and didnt charge me an arm and leg. Big shout out to Junior for working on our VW passat as well. As of late we had a fuel pump recall which created some issues for us. Got it out of the dealership and drove it straight to Junior who took his time and fixed everything at such a reasonable cost. Fortunate to have found Automotive EMTS.

Im new to the area, but I recently went to Automotive EMTs and they seemed reasonably priced for the job they did. Corner of 19th and Main.They diagnosed my problem, eventhough I attempted to steer them astray, scheduled me a few days later and had it fixed quick.A bit of a younger scene at the shop and they drive some nice project cars. Which, to me, shows that they still have a bit of passion for autos and auto repair.
