My Internal timing belt was well past replacement. Auto Authorities did a quick and nicely priced repair. I would recommend them to friends.

I absolutely love everyone here! They are all generous and easy going. They are honest and upfront with their prices and they even accommodate for busy lives and schedules! The staff is incredible and so easy to talk to especially when you need more clarification cause you arent a car expert!! The work they do is top notch! I have had so many bad experiences going elsewhere and now that I found an honest relaible company, I wont go anywhere else. I was reluctant about putting my car in a shop because i have no knowledge of cars and i was afraid someone might try to haggle me. After some research i found that Automotive Authorities had 5 stars and after doing business with This auto shop i understand why. Liz at the front desk was totally understanding that i have no knowledge of cars and explained what was wrong with my car to me in a way that i could understand. I dropped my car off on tuesday and picked it up on wednesday. I was so amazed with how fast they prioritized getting my car done for me. Liz had even asked me if i needed a ride home after i dropped my car off which i thought was super nice of them. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the longmont area and i will definitely be back. Thank you Automotive authorities for taking care of my little nissan! you guys seriously ROCK!!!

We had a problem with our engine and the injector needed to be replaced. This is a very trustworthy mechanic. They charged us a reasonable price and did the job in a day and recommended something else to repair in the future, but didnt need to do it now. Highly recommend working with them.

Cory and Ti have helped me with all of my trucks and they are extremely professional. They offered to pick me up and drop me off as well so it didnt interfere with my day. They had a written estimate for multiple issues the same day. The fact that these guys are local and actually care about their workmanship is awesome. Exceptional service: I have taken my vehicles to different places in the past for service; however, Cory and his team at Automotive Authorities have provided me with the best service Ive received. They are professional, have found problems with my vehicles that have been overlooked or caused by other service companies, and have always taken the extra step to ensure that my vehicle is working properly. I feel that they have been very honest, and have gone above and beyond to check my vehicle for safety or maintenance concerns and are competitively priced and honest compared to other places and stand by their work and have reached out to make sure that the vehicle was working properly later services were complete. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else for service in the future.

We were fighting fire and had our engine go down with a power booster problem. Not only did they do a great job, they got us in that day knowing it was an emergency. I would highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. The price was great and the service was impeccable. I cant thank them enough for getting our fire engine fixed and back out on the line.

Update: I stopped going here since they arent a fan of masks which made me feel uncomfortable. When I was there most recently the receptionist walked in without a mask and when she put it on it said something along the lines of the mask being useless and used for political gain. Its a shame.Original review: The people at this place are so nice! Ive been taking my car here for oil changes and switching between snow/all season tires and they always do a good job. They have a shuttle service too.

Just want to say they are the best! I took my truck there to get some work fixed that another autoshop messed up...When I took the truck it was a mess ( parts missing, broken pieces, timing belt put on wrong, O2 sensors put on backwards, and more) Automotive Authorities figured it all out and got my truck running within a few days. They were professional, and super friendly!!! Will definitely go back.

I took my 1993 Ford Bronco in because I was having some issues with the vehicle that couldnt be assessed via google. I was warmly received and told when I could expect it for them to begin work on it (they had several vehicles ahead of me). They were accurate with their assessment. When I told them when I needed it by (leaving on a trip), they stayed over 3 hours past their closing to fix the Bronco. They quoted me a price before they finished work on it and stuck with that price. Im very pleased and will definitely return if I have problems and will highly recommend them to others.

My wife and I have taken our vehicles here for the last 5 years. Cory and Ty are always friendly, give us rides home after dropoff, and leave our cars clean after service. None of that grease on the running boards, dirty hand prints on the steering wheel nonsense that Ive experienced over at the Toyota and Ford dealerships. Most importantly they do great work for less money and are familiar with our cars. Other than recalls, we dont bother with dealerships anymore since finding Automotive Authorities. It seems like the best mechanics start their own shops these days- and these guys are no exception.highly recommended.

Cory gave me the best service Ive had. He helped me make sense of the information my dealership gave me and told me what really needed to be fixed. The dealership had told me I needed a new radiator, but after some tests, Cory told me the actual problem was a new thermostat housing. He drove me home himself during his lunch break after I dropped my car off. After my car was running he took the time to show me the parts that were replaced and what was wrong with them, then explained the warranties for the new parts that were installed. I was followed up with every weekday until my car was back in my possession, and then he checked in again to make sure everything was still running well. Perfect service. Great people to work with

I had my car at two different shops to get the heater fixed. This problem has been going on for a year but doesnt do it all the time. Both places said they couldnt find any problems but charged me diagnostic time anyways. A friend suggested I take it to Cory at Automotive Authorities. Not only did he find the problem and fix it, he charged me less then I paid the other two shops for there diagnostic time. Thank you Cory I will recommend your shop to anyone who will listen.

My partner and I live in a school bus converted to RV, which, when we recently in Longmont, was having a number of issues. After another shop in town not only failed to fix the issue but also backed our bus into something and thus annihilated my bike hanging on the rear, we decided to give Automotive Authorities a go. Through a tumultuous shitstorm of diagnosing and repairing, reevaluating and persevering, Ti was both professional, meticulous, and a pleasure to converse with. In addition to the awesome service, the whole crew was super accommodating of our predicament as two folks living out of a dysfunctional vehicle, and went above and beyond in helping us out. Highly recommend this mechanic to anyone in the area!

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while, but this is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I was serviced about a year ago when I lived in Boulder, but this place will always stick out in my mind for their exceptional service.I was treated with the utmost respect and didnt feel like anyone was trying to rip me off (unlike most other repair shops). When they couldnt figure out was wrong with my car, I was offered a full refund of their services. However, they kept at in and found the problem. Very professional. If I was in the area I would go out of my way to do business with them again.
