I’ve been going to Sean for over 20 years. Sean is very hardworking. The first time I met Sean and used AID, he was located over on the highway 119 frontage road. My car had an issue and he was still working at 7 PM! And he still took the time to do a quick look at my car! I was so impressed! He could have said, “sorry, we’re closed” but he won a permanent customer. I started with my Hondas but now I take all my vehicles to Sean.

I have used AID for 19 years (!) and I trust them completely with all of my vehicles. When I’m out of town, if something goes wrong with my car I call Sean and always get support and knowledge advise about what to do with my car.

I asked them to replace the window motors and mounts on my 1st gen mini cooper and they charged me a hefty price. It was done a full day after their initial estimate. When they finally called me back on that extra day it was after dark and I came to pick up my vehicle. I was informed that one of their mechanics had left his flashlight inside of my door. I ate that transaction even though I had to wait another hour while I watched them pull the interior of my door off again to retrieve the flashlight. Less than a month later the tint that had been on my windows with no prior problems whatsoever was stripped off both of my front windows

Automotive Import Doctors were amazing! From the moment I got them on the phone till the moment I picked up my car they were kind, informative and let me know what to expect. Alan was a very helpful employee and called to keep me updated during the oil change. He was great! The services were affordable and they are located in a very convenient location. Was urged to buy a coupon book and made an appointment for a free oil change at 8am on my day off.....I get there and they said at least 2 hours and that I need to get a ride cause I can’t stay there. They clearly don’t want my business. What a waste of time on my only day off

Ive been using these guys for years. I appreciate their honesty, good value, quality work and really good customer service. Ive had a lot of work done by them over the years. This past summer, I had a bad engine mount replaced on my van. After a few months, I took my van back because I felt a vibration when running cold. They diagnosed the problem to be a part failure in the engine mount they had previously replaced. They then replaced the part for free under their service warranty. Honest and affordable

I had a starting issue with my car and they diagnosed it as a starter and made the repair. I picked up my car and the transmission warning light went on and it made hard shifts back to my house. I called immediately and explained the issue and they took no ownership of the problem and became defensive . I was told they could get the car back in in two days and charge another diagnostic fee.I took the car to another shop and a hose was not reattached in the repair they made to my starter. I did t trust them to look at my car after they claimed there was no way anything they did could have caused the warning light or hard shifting!I would not recommend them and will never go back there!

Shawn has worked on my Acuras after the dealer tried to sell me services we didnt need. They provide quality work at a fair price and go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. Would recommend to anyone!

I was asked to comment on my experience at Automotive Import Doctor and I have NOTHING but positive feedback. Have been a customer for a few years now and it is most important to me to trust the people Im dealing with, in any situation but especially automotive issues. These folks are the real deal! The service writer is knowledgeable and thorough. The mechanic has come out to talk about my vehicle like it was his own, and the owner really cares about his customers. Their prices are fair and I have never had to return because of poor work. This is a small shop which treats its customers well...thats what keeps me coming back and I couldnt be a more satisfied customer. Tom

So far my 2 experiences have been quite good. Last year, I brought my truck in with a report from the dealership, and they actually did not perform one of the recommended services, to replace transfer case seals, since the leak was very minor.Brought the truck back a year later, and had that service and flush and the $59 headlight polishing, since my truck is 12 years old. To their surprise, they had to order the seals from the dealership but were still able to finish the job that same day.

I stopped in unannounced because my coolant was low on my Audi. The guy at the front desk summoned a tech. from the back. He retrieved a bottle of coolant and topped me off. I paid and was on my way in less than 15 min.Going back today to have something else checked out. Called in AM and was able to get an appt. in the afternoon. Will report back w/ results.Had them look at a/c tonight. Was charged a reasonable amount for diagnosis. They couldnt fix it without ordering some parts. Quote was OK but I will try to save some money by ordering& installing the parts myself. I will have them evac. and charge the system. Shawn seems like a hard worker and has a good attitude.

Total trust in Sean and his crew. Excellent work on all my vehicles. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I took my 99 Accord V6 Coupe in because it was making a humming noise at 30MPH and up. These guys diagnosed the issue as a bad transmission and the cost to rebuild it would be $3500. When they called me to tell me, the owner/master tech offered to buy my car from me for a cheap price (bad transmission and all). I thought it was strange that theyd want to buy a vehicle with a bad transmission, so I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. It turned out to be the rear right wheel bearing, something that was cheap and easy to fix. Shame on these crooks for trying to dupe me. A sucker might be born every minute, but that sucker I am not. What a bunch of crooks.

Shawn is the most honest guy ive delt with in the car industry . Greese monkey didnt put enough oil from a oil change in my car he was able to tell me the problem and fix it super cheap thanks man!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. They were rude and acted like they didnt want my business. I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a family members terminal condition, and they didnt even attempt to re-book me. They just said well, sorry, were all booked up and dont know when we can get you back in.
