Thorough and honest service. cameron the owner is inquisitive, direct, and no nonsense but also solution-focused. i’ve been really happy with the tuneup and repair work he did on my 25-year old swedish military bike. and by the way, the bike shop is also a (surf) board shop (and theres even a bit of cycling apparel for sale). often times, there are skateboarding videos on a small monitor.

First I want to say Cameron had to clean up a mess from another local bike shop. He was so personable, helpful and honest. Not only did he fix my bike but he’s also just a dope human! I highly recommend this shop, unlike most shops it’s same day service which is even better!

Cameron did an excellent job with my bike. I called and it was super easy to set a time for a week later. Price was more than reasonable & he was so fast doing my tune-up / installing my basket! Ive been rolling on my beach cruiser ever since, and its been so smooth.

This place is awesome! Its kind of unfathomable that such quality can be had for such a cheap price. This is the best a bike shop can be. Cameron is the man! He fixed up my bike and even did some extras I didnt know I needed for free! Walked out of the shop with the bike doing more than I even thought possible. Will absolutely come back for 100% of my bike issues. I rarely write reviews but this is the real deal.

Passing through the area and needed to get my wifes brakes adjusted. Stopped in unannounced and Cameron the owner was happy to adjust the brakes. Turns out, we had a broken component or two on the old bike. He was able to get it fixed and even had a used part that worked perfectly and we were able to enjoy our day on our bikes. So lucky to have found this great shop!

Cameron is an angel from heaven. I was riding my mother in laws cruiser when her back tire failed on me! :-( so, I decided to call around the nearest bike shop located within my area. With my luck, it was pretty early in the day. Most bikes shops are closed. So, I called his shop(before business hours) he called me back. We talk business and he tells me to bring the bike to his shop immediately.I received the best customer service ever! This guy knows what he is doing and isn’t for your money. Thank you so much for the great service. I will be buying a bike from you when i have the money.

Had another great experience at My Bicycle today. Cameron is always super helpful, fast, and a great value. Hes always got cool used components in the shop, his work is fast and top notch. I almost never have to wait to get my bike back, which is way nicer than the bigger bike shops. Pretty much I make an appointment, and usually within an hour or so hes got my bike back together and ready to go. Always a pleasurable experience!

My bike had been sitting in a very dusty shed for over a year without being used. I decided to start riding to/from work and using it again. I knew it needed a tune up badly. Its probably been around 2 years perhaps longer since the last tune up. I took it here based on the reviews he received. I was in/out in less than 4 hours from the time I dropped it off until the time it was ready for pick up. Hes not cheap but he cleaned it out. It now rides beautifully. He was kind to not charge me for an extra hour of labor to clean the sprocket area out. Im super happy with the service I received. I wont take my bike anywhere else in the future. I took it back after test riding it to have it adjusted slightly. Now its perfect. I cant recommend this place enough. Its well worth every dime you spend here! The owner is very friendly too.

I called this Company to ask about my bike being put together. The representative on the phone appear to be polite. I was trying to ask questions about services and he started to cut me off. That’s fine everyone has a habit of cutting each other off but when I tried to proceed he said, “you’re not listening — listen to me.” So I patiently listen to him, after being patronized and interrupted and told him I was interrupted as well. But I’m not going to be giving my money to someone who’s being rude to me.After I left this review. Which was just 3 stars before it became one star, the company called me back. When I didn’t answer they replied with this weird, nonsense reply:“I’m always here to help and listen . Sounds like you got the wrong shop .Please call My bicycle if you need assistance with your bicycle .We are not a company and there’s no representative answering phones here . It’s just a good old bicycle repair shop .CheersRide fast ...”Give us a call... and there are no representative answering phones here...”Lol lord

Owner is super-friendly, and I got a used bike for what I -think- is a great price. It was a bit of an impulse buy - Id been wanting a good bike, knew what I wanted but didnt feel like spending several hundred dollars for a new one, and just happened to walk past, see the sign used bikes for sale right under pretty much exactly what I was looking for. So I didnt really do my research. I could definitely tell he gave it a good tuneup, though.

The owner is super cool and passionate about what he does. He pretty much restored my girlfriends vintage bianchi alloro and we love it!! He knows what hes doing if you want your bike done right head on over to My Bicycle!

Borrowed a bike for the week to see if i want to buy it from a co-worker and the chain fell off...so i called to see if they could put it back on for me--i walked in right as cameron was pulling his lunch out..but he insisted on putting the chain on-and showed me why it came off fixed both problems, and noted the bend in the wheel-quickly fixed that, oiled the chain for me... AND fixed the seat that was falling off -up front, honest, listed what was wrong to me and was a great value!!awesome neighborhood small business ...and an amazing little ahop pup too! THANK YOU!
