I was very pleasantly greeted after a phone call to remount front and rear tubes, liner, and tires. I asked if I could have it this afternoon- no problem Dash. Returned to pick up the bike and he added a special nut for me for free lubricated the chain was really checking it out and put it in the back of my vehicle with a smile:-) you guys are the best! Thank you ever so much and it was very very fair the price:-) thank you again!

Called at 10 in the morning to see if they would assemble my ebike. They did and had it ready in just a few hours. They even loaded it in my car and figured out a way to tie the hatch down for me. So helpful. When I got home I realized the charger was missing. No worries, they dropped it off that afternoon. So helpful. Totally recommend.

Great Local Bicycle shop :) Busy little shop, good for them in this economy! Social distance markings on floor, masked employees. Reasonable prices... Ive had my tire inner tubes replaced, new cruiser type handle bar installed and new cables to accommodate the higher handlebars.. Thank you Chris for calling to let me know my bike was ready. Dude this place is the jam! I purchased a direct-to-consumer electric bike and assembled it myself. I’ve got a little bit of background in bike mechanics, but wanted to have them look over my work and make sure I didn’t crash into a burning mess on the road. Every person on the team has been very friendly, responsive and professional. I called maybe noon to bring my bike in and it was 100% ready to rock and roll the next day. Upon taking the bike for a 15 mile test ride, SHE’S RUNNING BETTER THAN EVER!!! It felt like riding on a cloud of melted butter, minus a couple of bumps in the road. Seriously, awesome work, professional atmosphere, quick turn around. This is my new go-to spot and I would highly recommend it!!

The shop does great work!! The only issue is theyre the only bike shop in the area so they get busy. Wait times might be long, but the work is worth it.

Second time being here and I love it. Great customer services and amazing prices. Highly recommended for any bike needs. They already help me with a time up, water bottle holder, and change my handle bars for a better grip. Very professional and caring people.

2nd time to come here. 1st time to change the inner tubes, 2nd time to get the disc brakes checked and adjusted. Chris was very helpful, efficient and thorough, and checked everything not just the brakes. My bike literally felt brand new today! Prices are fair and affordable. COVID prevention (masks & social distancing) was being practiced by staff and clients which I appreciated. Glad I’ve found my go to bike shop in Long Beach.

I wish this place opened on time, I even confirmed the time the day before but they still didn’t open on time, I gave up waiting 20 minutes outside; left at 10:20am 12/2/2020. To the owner, if you want to keep up your customer service and have people coming back, I do recommend you opening at the time you told a customer.

Think of used cars salesman when you go there, cause they will push service on you but the service is so good and cheap that its worth it. Just got my bike tire fixed (had a flat) and they estimated 15 min. Probably took 10-12 min which is really good and was 10 bucks so worth every penny.Highly recommend them for any other services.

I really love this bike shop. They have friendly and personable staff and are dependable when it comes to doing repairs and servicing on my bike. Plus, when I bought my bike they gave me options to change some parts around for no extra charge to suit my tastes. Im going to miss them when I move out of Long Beach in the fall.

I initially had gone in to have my grandfathers bike fixed up and some basic repairs (i.e. tubes, tires, brakes, etc.).I was told the bike was ready two days after i was told it was going to be done and when i called to check the status i got the feeling they hadnt touched it. I picked up the bike and started to ride home, when the rear wheel came flying off nearly landing me right in front of traffic. I immediately took it back and they rode it up and down and made some corrections. Turns out they forgot to tighten the rear wheel.I went back a second time to buy a tire for my girlfriends bike and after installation i noticed there was a bubble in the tire, that was clearly circled with a sharpie. I wondered what that mark was for. The long and short of it is i would never go back there not even to replace the broken product they sold me. terrible service, akin to a used car salesman. i dont get the feeling they have any actual training, and they have a very limited product selection. I wouldnt waste your time or money and just go to another shop before going here. Worst long beach bike shop hands down!

Ive been meaning to write this for a few months, but I have adopted this shop as my shop, it having replaced a shop downtown. I probably visit twice a season and always in emergency: always fast, friendly, informative service at a great value. Gave me three price options on refurbishing (or trashing) an old mountain bike. Customer is first here.

The guys are really helpful but most of their accessories are third party goods that dont last very long. Cheap knockoff brands for the most part.I cant speak for the bikes or for their repair ability, but I would reccommend to go online to find good quality products and then visit them if you need installation help.

Bought a real comfortable seat (13inc) for 40.00 bucks.. plus they did the adjustments and added air for free... soon they will have a maintaince guy out front for anyone that may need some quick air!

Chris was very helpful, with his knowledge of bike tire n tube got me a pair of brand new tires n tubes my bike is smoother n even faster than before I was in n out thank you Chris, I will be going back there.

The first strike I made an order called a week later and the order was never put in. The second strike they didnt have a simple derailleur hanger. The third strike was when I bought two heavy duty inner tubes one of them leak right by the valve stem it was defective I got the third degree on a refund then find out he didnt have any more tubes. The top it off I dont like being treated like Im South of the Border and hearing quotes like for you senior special price bike shop is 15 × 20 feet. My bedroom is larger. Dont waste your time there are plenty of bike shops in town,

90 day warranty, they can fix the bike if you need it, absolutely NO refunds but you can exchange for something else within the store.

They made quick work of repairing my flat stroller tire and it was inexpensive ($8)

This is by Far the best Bicycle Shop in Long Beach, CA.

Every time I go there and fix my bike I have problems still afterwards, for example they got bike grease all over my disc rotators and it dried so my front brake barely works, they messed up my handlebars setup and do a horrible job with cables, go to a nice shop theres plenty around

Sitting out front of your shop and you’re not open.. don’t have your business hrs set for 10 am if you aren’t actually going to be here. Wasting my time! I cannot stand when people and businesses are unprofessional!!

So disappointed by A&D bicycles on 7th . Not by their products or store but by the aggressive road-rage style driving of their delivery driver and the complete non-concern of the management when calling to suggest they might want to calm their driver down because an accident, in addition to other things, would be bad for their bottom line.
