Earned my business great service while the owner assembled new bikes and serviced walk in guest. At no point did I not feel like a valued customer. We discussed frame length brands colors and inventory yet to be assembled. Well I left the store to think about it and returned asking for particular color turns out I struck gold. With one in stock and he went to assembling it right away few adjustments and I was on my way home just before closing.

The inventory continues to grow, and this shop is definitely into supporting LB riders and making the scene happen. If you’re a rider, check them out.Not everybody on the phone is all that knowledgable about parts on a technical level, and it’s definitely a laid back place, so don’t send your parents here by themselves unless they’re cool. If you grew up around skate shops, this place is about like that. You’re gonna recognize the personalities and the vibe.

Came here looking for a helmet ASAP, because safety first. Johan helped me out right away and answered all of my questions regarding the helmet I chose. I found a nice helmet that fits really well, and he got me ready to go. He was courteous and knowledgeable and funny. Totally recommend and will return for all of my bike needs. :)

Best bike shop in Long Beach and the white kid named Johan kinda cute! Lmao but fr this bike shop tries its upmost best to make the customers happy and feel welcomed! When I was building up my dream bike build Nate was being so helpful and understanding and got me all the parts I wanted, he made me feel important as a customer and he always made time to talk to me and give me some tips or ideas on the bike build. Honestly this bike shop is amazing and what it is doing is revolutionary for the bike scene much love 💜

I visited the store in the morning time during the pandemic and a gentleman named gerardo was very helpful helped me with my skateboard and everything and let me borrow tools it wasnt too much of an inconvenience for him to get down on his knees to help me prepare my board because I put the trucks on wrong. In addition to that he showed me some of the merch the hats that were competitively priced and also some of the different bicycle components that they sell in the store the store is right across the street from walgreens very convenient so after you go bike riding or get a bike you could go across the street and get a nice cold beverage or some ice cream. Or even McDonalds next door great location right on redondo and anaheim.

Hit or miss on service depending on the staff in the store. The misses include changing my schrader valve to a presta valve without my consent, losing my valve cap, and not picking up phone calls (I attempted at least 3 times over 2 hours). Low prices but I would pay more for better customer service and better quality repair. I own a regular cruiser bike and this shop seems to specialize more for BMX type bikes. They might be good for that- I dont know from personal experience- but I would recommend going to a different shop if you own a regular day to day bike.

The best bike shop in Long Beach. Full service for any style of bikes.Specialize in BMX so of course.. any BMX needs you have can be taken care of here. 100 %Best Brands in BMX and these guys are doing a lot of good for the local bike community in Long Beach. Go see these dudes.

Well start from the beginning..I had ordered 2 wheels and then got a call a week later telling me that one of the wheels are out of stock, no big deal so then I said go ahead and get me 2 foldable tires and just refund me the remainder I didnt hear anything back from them for 2 days so I gave them call and asked if they had shipped my product since it had been 9 days since they had taken the money from my account & they said yes and would send the tracking information. Upon receiving the tracking info I noticed that the package was being delivered to somewhere in LA (I dont even live in CA) I called FedEx and they informed that the package did not belong to me. (They had sent the wrong tracking info) Then I contacted Golden Days and let them know they had sent me the wrong tracking info they said that they would send me the proper tracking info within a day but ended up taking 2 days with me having to contact them once again. My item was delivered and I had received the wrong tires which I was fine with I was already just done with waiting and wanted my package. So I contacted golden days AGAIN because I noticed that my refund hasnt been sent to me. (It had already been 3 weeks since I placed my order) The owner ended up sending my refund thru paypal but instead of issuing a refund he sent it to me as if he was buying goods/services from me, the refund was $110 but since he sent it that way PayPal charged me a fee of $3.49 but because it was under goods/services I ended up receiving $106.51 but it hasnt processed yet because he wont take the necessary steps on his end that PayPal has suggested and now Im having to wait 30 days for my refund on top of those 3 weeks. Tried contacting the shop numerous times about making the correct adjustments on their end but has refused to. In conclusion, I HIGHLY do NOT recommend ordering ANYTHING from this shop unless you are willing to go in circles.Order placed: 08/20/2020When money was taken: 08/22/2020When I received my package: 09/01/2020Todays date: 09/26/2020Its sad to see them begging for customers to help their small business out but dont take them serious and treat them like garbage.

I could not give this company any stars. I dropped my bike off to be repaired earlier this week and no one bothered to give me a call. Finally I called the 3 days later and they stared to play the “blame game”. Poor customer service. It’s very unfortunate

Went in to pump a super flat tire. They helped me confirmed that I actually had a flat and took thirty minutes to fix it for around $20. Cool folks and cute dog ✌️

OPENED 10 MINUTES LATE + KEPT MY BIKE FOR ONE WEEK WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING + TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME AT LEAST 250$ AND 2 WEEKS OF WORK TO FIX MY BIKE. NEXT BIKE STORE I VISITED FIXED IT IN 30 MINUTES FOR 25$ !!! RUN AWAY!!!

Owned a run by guys that actually bmx. Phenomenal service and they offer any bmx part. If they don’t have something in stock they get it in the next day in shop or on your doorstop
