I was looking to rent a bike for about 5 days and ended up buying a Klunker. It had a minor issue from the factory so I took it back to get repaired and they took care of it.The entire staff was awesome and fixed it right away. Terrible Service - Terrible ExperienceCalled about a road bike. I agreed to make an appointment to see the 1 road bike they offered. Showed-up on time and basically not allowed in because they were either busy or had a customer in the shop (supposedly). I played by their rules of making the appointment and still did not receive service...obliviously bike not purchased. I do not understand the purpose of having customers make appointment(s) just to tell them at the door they can’t come-in...the experience did not feel right...ALL of it felt wrong. They do not care about the clients time and honest effort, well...they just do not care PERIOD...again terrible service, terrible experience !

I’ve been having problems on my bike with the bottom bracket and headset, I called to make an appointment and they had a spot the same afternoon, I took it in and it was ready in 1.5 hours. The bike runs perfectly now! Anyone that needs a bicycle repair will know how difficult it can be to get an appointment at other bike shops, so definitively book a spot with GoActiveLB. The guys can spot the problem immediately and will make the repairs quickly. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Great customer service during these trying times, manager made sure to book 1 on 1 appointments in order to minimize customer interaction/exposure. Had a great conversation while he quickly and efficiently replaced the inner tube of my bike. Id highly recommend this local bike shop.

Bad review bro, for the most part. The manager is cool he helped me out alot. Even admited a mistake he made. Dude has big eye brows. Bro its the henchman, white guy with a broken wrist and red hair. Guy did a poor expression of work while on the clock. Bro acted like he didnt care about my situation. Not at all, but to a point where his performance was nonchalant. If i see that guy in the store i no not to go in.

A convenient place to get your bike repaired

Came in with a busted chain and bald tires and didnt know what to get. They helped me out and got me back on the road the next day and now my bike is running beautifully now.

Been coming here for years now but odd thing to say but I brought my bike in for a flat paid 40 for them to fix it and then I brought it right home it was flat again by morning. I brought it back they took 2 days or so to fix it and charged me to fix the flat again smh.

This place can get what you need for just about any bike, but they may have to order this part. They help you with courtesy.

Watch the person closely as they service your bike. Took my bike in for a brake adjustment and my brake pads were switched with a cheap brand.
