Absolutely horrible service on two separate visits. For my eye exam, they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I wasn’t offered any kind of warranty on my lenses, and I own an automotive repair shop, so it would have been nice to have that coverage if something happens… my husband had an appointment scheduled on June 26th for frames after my 3 y/o bent his current ones. The assistants were great for his visit, but the doctor was very rude and again, felt like they were rushing to get us out. They didn’t do a full exam since the doctor told him it didn’t look like his prescription had changed… his lenses were just so scratched, she claimed that’s all he needs. Once they came out from the waiting room, she took his glasses off his face and started shaving glasses on him that we both told her are not the type of frames he typically likes/wears. She took his current glasses away and put them on the carry tray mixed with all the other frames so he couldn’t tell which ones were his. He CANNOT make distinctions without his glasses so that was a little absurd she took them away from him and then expected him to be able to see without them. Once I told her I was going to help him and she left, we went to check out and left. They said it would be 10-14 business days before his frames were ready… his phone stopped working so I called twice to ENSURE they had my phone number for once his frames were in. I even called a third time to just check and see if they’d shown up and the office might have ended up calling his old number. This morning was exactly 14 business days, 7/12/2021, and still no phone call. My husband called to ask for an eta and they told him they’ve had his glasses for a week now and called his other phone SEVERAL times and left messages. After I called multiple times to change his information so they could get ahold of us properly.This whole situation is extremely frustrating and we will not be returning to this location due to their lack of communication and detail.
Have been coming to see Dr Hamilton for 8+ years after I found her in the mall one day when I was suffering and angular closure due to an allergic reaction to a new medication. As I was going blind, she helped keep me calm as she quickly got some contacts in my eyes and called to get me in for an emergency appointment with an eye surgeon. Have been a loyal and satisfied patient ever since.
Recent trip to Denver saved. My contacts were killing me my eyes were dry and hurting to a point that I was laying in bed, calling my doctor back in Florida to find a solution. My 2 year old broke my back up glasses the day before so I was left searching for any help. I called this Pearle Vision and spoke to Erica.Erica went above and beyond to help me get another set of contact lenses, rewetting drops to help with the dryness and even fixed my glasses so I could finish out my trip.I cant thank Erica and the staff at Pearle Vision enough.Richard from Florida

One of the best customer service experiences Ive had! I was having issues at another Pearle Vision, which refused to fixed my lenses after they had given me back damaged lenses, however I called this location and Erica really took the time to help me. She answered all my questions and got me an entirely new pair! Best of all, I got lenses back without any damage. Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful.I would highly recommended this location! They are very thorough and Erica provides excellent service!
The store manager, E***a, was very helpful today. I was frustrated at a Rx misunderstanding and she was professional and explained things in detail. She has done a great job managing patients/customers throughout the closure of businesses and the pandemic. Its managers like these that show skill and resolve in times of stress and uncertainty, this makes businesses stand out. Im thankful for E***as help and great service.
Excellent! They were friendly on the phone and in person. Monika Whatley helped me with a repair. Quoted a couple of days, but took care of the problem within an hour. The staff made me fell welcome and appreciative that I stopped in.
I had my first eye exam as an adult at this location today. It was a great experience! Dr. Lisa Hamilton and her staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant, quick visit. No watery eyes and pain free! I didnt know what to expect not having gone since a kid. The staff is very helpful picking out glasses too. I would definitely recommend a visit here!
They have nice glasses but their selection was small. I have a small nose bridge and round face and none of their glasses were wide enough for my face and I was told they only had one size. So, I guess it’s cool if your face is thin. And have good nose bridge to hold the bigger rounder glasses.
My sunglasses and reading glasses both had issues. My frame had broken on my sunglasses and my reading glasses had become crooked. I brought them in and they helped in no time! It took less than five minutes for both to be fixed. It was completely free and they did amazing. Thank you Monika for your help and I look forward to business with this company in the future.
Went in with glasses I had bought awhile ago and had no protection plan. My glasses had been stepped on and were very bent. Allison worked wonders and I walked out in 2 minutes with seemingly brand new glasses. Very pleased
I went in yesterday to use my insurance benefits for 2019, which I didnt use yet, but the lady didnt want to take the time to check it out, and just assumed that my benefits didnt start until 2020. So I have to go elsewhere to get new glasses.Dr Woo was great!

I came here for the first time after years of going to smaller eye care providers and Ill definitely be back. Dr.Hamilton was very helpful and so good about explaining exactly what had changed in my prescription. The office staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as a new patient and were willing to work with me on pricing for my glasses. Id highly recommend this location for your next eye exam.
Dr. Hamilton and her staff ensured that I had a great experience. They helped me pick out a pair of glasses and sunglasses while being patient as I tried on numerous pairs. They did not rush me and offered helpful advice in my decision. Last time I ordered glasses I was pleased to find out that they came in ahead of schedule. I would recommend Pearle Vision!
Excellent experience overall. The doctor, Cortney, was very professional and answered all my even most stupid questions. The staff was super nice and helpful. The frame selection was good, and they had a couple of promotions going on.
Deciding between two vision plans -- one giving a discount for exams, one not -- I called for a quote for someone whose health insurance doesnt include vision. I was told $49.99. Surprised, I asked, $49.99? Really? The man on the other end said, Really. $49.99. Methinks thats a darn good deal and dont even need a discount plan because Pearle Vision had a 40 percent discount on lenses. I make an appointment. I show up. Im told the cost is $89.99. I tell the receptionist I was quoted that amount on the phone. I find the person who quoted me the amount, and he says he told me $89.99, then apologizes. I walk out. People can hear incorrectly. But I was surprised at the low price, repeated the quote to him and got affirmation. I had my phones earbuds in and the volume near max. Forty-nine ninety-nine sounds nothing like eighty-nine ninety-nine, especially vocalized three times. Had I been told $89.99, I still would have made an appointment as its a fair charge. But this was a bait-and-switch that took my wife and me 22 miles out of our way. I wont patronize this shop or any other Pearle Vision.
The employees are so kind. They have a wide variety of frames and helped me find the one that fit my face the best! I had such a pleasant experience here.
I got a piece of metal in my eye yesterday and woke up this morning and couldnt see. When I went outside the sunlight was brutal. They got me in in under 2 hours and Dr. Hamilton found the metal. She removed it and the rust ring that it created. Painful yes but Im feeling better already. Long way to go to get back to 100% but they definitely saved my eye today. Thank you pearle vison for saving my vision.
I highly recommend this office. The staff was great and I could get in quickly for my appointment. I was happy that Dr. Hamilton actually recommended several options for my contacts that no other doctor bothered to mention and now I see great. My contacts are the most comfortable Ive ever worn and I get tons of compliments on my new glasses.

Top notch. Got turned away from another facility in the mall due to them not taking my insurance. The ladies at Pearle Vision not only got me in for an exam, but were very professional through the whole process. Im very excited to get my new glasses and year supply of contacts. The front desk reception are rude and unprofessional Grizzle had poor customer service and they are so incompetent that they scheduled my brother with 2 different optometrist.. If you like great costumer service and proper eye care I suggest somewhere else !
I have had 9 surgeries on my eyes. My surgeon retired. The prescription is a difficult one and PEARLE VISION LITTLETON nail it! Perfection at the first try!

I would have loved to give my experience 5 stars because everything was so fantastic until I dealt with the last person, Pam. Unsure of whether she was new, or not very knowledgeable of her job but I walked out my appointment very frustrated. She started by telling me (before even introducing herself to me) that I did not have insurance, despite going through the information with the front desk staff prior to my actual exam. After having to tell her she was incorrect she had to go reprint my information and search for my insurance again. The most upsetting thing about this was the very first thing I explained to her was that I was looking to pay as little out of pocket as possible. She just nodded her head uninterested in what I was saying and printed me out a bill of $154 with at least 3 optional add-ons. I had to explain 3 times with three different bills being printed (my final being explanation being in a much sterner voice than I should ever have to use as a customer) that I need and want only the basic things that are required, nothing extra. Maybe I am naive and not aware that they try to up-sell you but it was quite ridiculous. I ended with having to pay for ultra-thin poly carbonate lenses, that she made seem like werent optional, but they were. It was a terrible experience. Then to add insult to injury she gave me a consultation summary that had NOTHING filled out in it. Not my cost, not my frame choices, no price...nothing. It was terrible.My Doctor, Courtney Putnam was amazing and was very friendly and warm and funny and was great and building a personal rapport, but my good experience ended with her. I wont be going back.

Ive worked with Dr Hamilton for nearly 2 decades and have found her staff and her skill to continually build my trust and respect. She guided me through a 3rd party lasik process and supported me well beyond it. You get what you pay for and Lisa and her staff have been an incredible investment for my family. Call her.
So I worked with Dr. Woo & Monika the glasses consultant! They were courteous and friendly. Wasn’t time consuming or overwhelming. Bought several ray bans and looking forward to wearing them!
I have been going to this location since last year and may I say am disappointed. Last time they said they would ship my contacts and get them within a week. Well they never showed up and when I call there was not record of a order and they had to reorder them for me with no explanation on why it wasnt ordered in the first place and when they showed up that time the box for my contacts were completely trashed, but the contacts were not thankfully. This time I went in and they said 5 business days and they will call me. Well its now 9 days later ( 7 being business days) and I had to call them to see about my contacts and apparently the contacts were sitting there is a basket with my information to be called. Its one thing to give an estimated date and its one thing for contacts to be delayed. But to not have them show up or even a call to let you know the contacts will be in at a later time is just bad customer experience in my book. They can call to remind you about an appointment or even text you about an appointment why can you not do the same with pick ups and delays. It seems once it comes to getting your stuff like contacts/glasses you need to be on top of it because you might not get even though you paid for the eye visit and product. I dont know dont think it should be that hard to get contacts or glasses.
Dr. Merryman (call me Aubrey she says) is the best eye doctor Ive ever been to, and Ive had glasses for almost my entire life! The entire staff was courteous, friendly, professional and welcoming. I felt so at home and will never go anywhere else. Awesome frame selection too! Thank you ladies!

The staff was friendly.Eye doctor screwed up the first exam and got the prescription wrong. Second pass with a different doctor, much better.Never notified me when ready because they wrote my phone number down incorrectly.Tried to get different nose pads on the frames, no go. They couldnt provide replacement nose pads.End result, 6 trips in over three weeks, still nothing usable. I cancelled the entire order and went someplace else, which solved the problem in 30 minutes.Too many problems, one after another. I just wanted glasses, not a bunch of unsolved mysteries and glasses that couldnt be made to match my nose with softer nose pads. Never again.
This is a review of Pearl Vision, Doctor Putnam is not associated and would receive 5 stars. Over the past 2 years I have ordered a pair of glasses each year and contacts for the year as well. The staff in Pearl has been subpar at best. 2 year ago they forgot to order my glasses and contacts for a month, even though I was out of contacts and had paid for them. After checking every couple of days, I had to be very angry before anything happened, and it still took a week. This year they couldn’t seem to get the trials I needed in and no one could ever seem to answer why. Not to mention every time I went in, the person I had previously spoken with was gone. It took 4 weeks to get contacts in, and they were plenty willing to sell me new contacts even though they couldn’t get the trials. I would suggest going elsewhere, as I certainly will in the future.
20/20 in vision and 100/100 in customer service at every aspect of the my experience. Constantly engaging and it is quite clear (er now that I have sweet specs) that this is the best place to contact for your...contacts. Seriously, theyre, collectively, a downright delight.
The eye doctors and retail side are completely separate so when you call and get a retail person, they cant help you. When I called today, the lady asked me to call back later. Awesome. (NOT)The doctors prescribe contacts specifically by brand and they switched me to an B&L Ultra this year, which is complete garbage. There is a nice selection of frames for glasses but everything is SO EXPENSIVE. They charge 60 per box of contacts and i got them online for 14 per box.I can deal with high prices OR bad service but not both. Its my last time going here.
Great location and the nicest staff. They went out of their way to help me when I was in a bind. I was visiting from St. Louis and lost my contact. No one else was willing to help but they called my Dr back in St. Louis and got my script! Thanks again guys, you saved me from a miserable weekend of wearing only one contact!!
The staff at this Pearl Vision helped me identify my cataracts and take the steps needed to get the best vision possible while I wait for surgery. It took several visits to get it right but they were always kind, professional and thorough. I now bring my kids for their eyecare needs. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at this Littleton location. I called five weeks prior to my vacation to make sure I would have contacts. The first time Dr. Lisa Hamilton got my prescription wrong and the measurements for the contacts were wrong. All I got from her was attitude as she raised her voice telling me telling me in front of her staff and a customer I needed common sense. I explained this was the fourth time I came. I needed to be to the airport. I needed my contacts. She told me to go somewhere else and refunded me my $370 when she had the contacts right there. The way I was treated was not only embarrassing this was a waste of my time and I do not recommend poor customer service like this.

Do not go here. Poor Service. Found they “sold” me a $35 extended warranty I never asked for, nor was shown during consultation. I only found after my card was charged, and I read the receipt. No mention of it what so ever during the sales process. Also failed to write me a contact lens perscription when I explicitly asked for one from the receptionist, and the optometrist, during a routine eye exam. When I went back after noticing the error they refused to write the contact prescription... wanting to charge me for a second exam. They are a corporate chain... It shows. Care for the dollar, not the patient.
My experience here was awesome everyone was super patient and relaxed. They have a nice and clean store and the doctor was AMAZING!!!!

Lisa, the optimologist on-site optimologist, is excellent. I told her of a condition that I have with my eyelids that had resulted in several eye infections necessitating antiobiotics. I had seen three ophthalmologists for this problem and their only solution was to prescribe antibiotics to treat the eye infections resulting from the root cause. Lisa prescribed an over the counter eyelid cleanser that I use twice daily. It has completely resolved this chronic problem. I am very grateful and astonished that she was able to easily solve a problem that eluded three different and highly rated ophthalmologists.

I have had the absolute best expiernece with this store, and specifically with Griselle. A year ago they helped me get my eye exam and order some new glasses. After a week, I got my new glasses and they made sure everything was perfect. At their suggestion, I also ordred the insurance. I figured it couldnt hurt and it covered accidental damage. Fast forward a year, and I needed to use the insurance since I had somehow scratched up my lenses. The problem was I had moved across the country and there is no Pearle Vision here. Griselle took the time to help me pick new frames over the phone (my old frames were no longer carried) and overnighted my new pair once they came in. This was easily the best expierence I have had with glasses on both occasions! Definitely check them out!
