I went here after a long needed eye visit. I havent been able to see correctly in a long time. They are all freaking amazing at this location, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my prescription and took the time to do it right. THANK YOU!!

Folks at the Sw plaza location are awesome. I got some unexpected results from the tests and exams. They took the time to discuss and explained everything and all my options. We wrapped up by paying for the exams, but left the door open for me to think about the options for a few days. No real hard sales pressure. I felt that they were honestly concerned about making me feel comfortable in my decisions...both for my eye health as well as financially! A++++++

Horrible experience the older woman was extremely rude and shouldnt be working in Customer Service. The difference between the last time I was here in 2015 and today? Then the assistant manager was kind caring and easy to talk to explained everything but when Southwest Plaza was remodeled she was transferred to another store. This girl was wonderful and gave me a good impression of Visionworks but the treatment today? I will NEVER return to this store. I had this appointment for 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks being as I filled out all the paperwork online the day the appointment was made. You couldnt have had the common courtesy to have contacted me and let me know you didnt take my insurance since you always have before? No you rudely told me you wouldnt take it.after I cane in I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero because you did agree to see me but were going to charge me. Message to Visionworks please train your employees how to show manners and courtesy to everyone that comes in there.

Place is great to get glasses from (style and price), but the wait is always so long! They asked me to come in 15mins before my appointment and I did (thinking I would be seen within a reasonable time I scheduled my exam for) but I ended up sitting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. They’re taking great covid precautions which is great.

Awful customer service. My son purchased glasses and service was fine until they had our money. When he went to pick them up, he was kept standing I the mall, lady brought glasses out and they didn’t fit, she took them back inside then came back and they still didn’t fit, instead of bringing him in to correct the fit, she told hi, they don’t have the equipment. Wouldn’t let him make an appointment to come back for proper fitting, very rude and condescending. We brought the glasses to another eye doctor, who will now be his doctor, and they fixed the glasses at no charge.

Best optometry experience ever--I usually hate these eye appointments, but the ophthalmologist was informative, really helpful, didnt push anything, and just got to the point on eye issues I should be aware of. The eye technicians were great! Super helpful, no pushing eyeglass extras (thanks, Lisa!). Ill be coming back here!

This office has nice frames but they lack experience and skill. It is not a good place for people with astigmatism/eye discomfort/pressure/some other eye problems. The optometrist gave me the wrong prescription and I needed them to fix it. Tried to explained to the optometrist assistant about my problem, but she ended got mad at me instead of fixing the issue. She said she has no idea what glasses I need or why I am even in her office again. The optometrist was not too happy to have me back for “follow-up.” I was told on the phone that for ‘more complex/medical need’, go find a different optometrist. I wish they would have told me that earlier before I pay them extra $40 + insurance to scan my eyes. Overall, this has been a bad experience. I will go to a different office with more skillful doctors and health care ethics.

Staff have a negative attitude especially during covid-19. Have been turned away during covid-19 for an adjustment because I didnt know an appointment was required. I would think you could have freed up 5 minutes to do this. They seem out out by doing anything

Well, we all are making adjustments due to Covid, but if you publish your revised hours as 6 PM then you should not be closed at 5. I waited on hold from 12 till 5 until they disconnected from me at 5 after 5. When I called back, the message said they were closed.I need an appt to pick up glasses that I have already paid $400 for. You cannot schedule an appointment on-line like their ignorant hold voice states as the only appt capability is for an eye exam, yet I cannot enter the store without an appt, health screening, etc. I live two hours away and yet I cannot make an appt until the store opens at 11 AM the next day.Add to the fact that you can no longer use old frames for new lenses unless the frame is in stock at their factory in Texas means this will be my last visit to Vision Works. They have always been over-priced, but now their (lack of) service makes them not worth the bother.

I came here on a whim after a terrible customer experience at LensCrafters in Cherry Creek Mall, and honestly it was a godsend in disguise. Alexis was extremely helpful. My daughter broke her frame and the lens shape is unusual. Alexis helped us to find the exact frame, got my daughters glasses put together and sized just right. She also helped us get the best price. What we thought was going to be complicated ended up going very smoothly. Thank you again Alexis.

This place is horrible. You have to wait ten minutes to get in the front door. You are treated like cattle. You make an appointment time but are not seen until an hour after that. The staff is extremely rude when you ask why you have to wait so long doctor just states well I don’t make the schedules ask the people at front. Do not come here

I like the people who work there and they are very nice but..... I chose glasses and when I came out of my exam the glasses were either put back or attired somewhere and nobody knew where they were. So I had to choose other glasses that I had to settle for. Then when we went to ring them up the price of the glasses did not match the tag on the glasses. So I didn’t get to pay for them and I have to make another trip, I spent 2 hours in there and very frustrated. It also made my family miss a movie that we were going to see for family night out.

I’ve worn glasses for 20 years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Lisa C helped me pick out my frames, ran the numbers to see what would be the best bang for my buck, and went way above and beyond to help me out. When they came, my astigmatism in my left eye didn’t like the prescription. I took them in, they addressed it right away and turns out the axis slightly changed. My new glasses will be in next week, I am so thankful for the helpful staff and getting me the right fit. Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Huff is awesome! She is so sweet and knowledgable. I will recommend this location to everyone I know! The appointment was quick and she switched me to different contacts, I never knew they could be so comfortable! I have been going to a different eye doctor for about 5 years. My insurance changed so I had no choice but to switch. Now I will be bringing my family here!

I came into get an eye exam and was helped by Lisa and Heather. They were both wonderful, very helpful and attentive. They were able to pull up my insurance quickly and I was in and out with no issues. I would definitely recommend going to see Lisa or Heather, if you need glasses or an eye exam, they are both amazing!

Ive taken my kids here for the past 3 years and have had no issues. 6 months ago my son had his eye exam so we could order his contacts. The person who checked us out gave us the option to order 6 months worth instead of a year. Being a single parent I jumped on the option. 6 months later its time to reorder and when I call Im told I have to pay full price because it hasnt been a year so they cant run it through my insurance. Where was that information 6 months ago? The whole point in splitting it up was the expense.Not happy with that news.During that conversation I asked if it was possible to get a free trial pair while we wait because the last pair my son had, one of them ripped. I was told that wouldnt be a problem.A week later (today) I call to reorder, give my credit card number & mention the trial pair. I told the person I was ordering with that I had been told yes previously and she said she needed to call me back because she might need to order the trial pair that they always have on hand. I politely said okay and waited for a call back.My son called to see when he could pick them up and Jennifer decided to let loose on him. Saying they dont just give away trial pairs unless there is a special circumstance and shes been frustrated since I talked to her about it earlier. Completely uncalled for!!Jennifer- if you had a problem with it after telling me everything was fine you shouldve called ME!!!!We cancelled the order and will never go back to that location again. We may never go to a Vision Works at all but never that location.Jennifer- you just lost not only our business but my family & friends as well. Good and bad customer service goes a long way. I wouldve been upset if after being told yes to the trial pair & you then tell me no you cant do it but I wouldve still kept the order. Your rudeness and taking your frustration out on my son is what did it. Good job Jennifer!!

I have been having troubles with my insurance and trying to find someone that would understand my situation and vision Works was so incredibly helpful. I finally have a pair glasses after not having a pair for five years and I couldnt be happier . If there was one employee that stood out and strived it would definitely be Lisa she was an incredible amount of help and helped me understand insurance as this was my first time having to do it on my own.

First time here and we love this place We been in a lot of optometrist places and this has been by far our best experience. We have insurance and they let us now that insurance pay only for 69.99 dollar frame and there is a lot to pick from. In other stores they only bring a box and you have to pick something from that box only and I really don’t like that. Visionworks inside the Southwest mall we’ll be our only place to go from now on.
