I was able to get an emergency appointment, same day, with Dr. Stanga, after experiencing detached retina symptoms. I did end up with a Posterior Vitreous Detachment (PVD) but no surgery required. However, the highlight of this appointment, as others, is that Dr. Stanga has the equipment and knowledge but also takes the time to explain everything to the T. He is young, professional, and yet very personable. Did I mention that he returned my anxious call the evening before from his home within 5 minutes?

The doctor and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful. The doctor takes the time to thoroughly explain things, and he helped me get back into contacts years after a Lasik surgery by explaining all of the latest options. The opticians are very friendly, helpful, and patient and always help me find the glasses I love most.

Dr. Stanga is such a great doctor. They have amazing patient care from everyone staff member as well. Great experience overall!

Dr. Stanga is always great about getting you in and out but took time to take care of all my needs. The staff up front did a GREAT job in helping me pick a pair of glasses. She was honest about how they looked and that made me feel more comfortable picking a pair. I usually want a family member to go to give me honest feedback but I didnt need one this time!!! My husband and I have been going here for many years and we always have great visits. This year was the first year I took my kids. Dr. Stanga and the lady at the front desk were so nice to them. I was impressed how Dr. Stanga communicated with my boys and he even got my youngest (5yr old) to complete and eye exam while still having fun. Its not like many Dr. offices where you walk in with kids and they look down their noses at you like you like you are bothering them. I was also really impressed with the front desk lady and how she calculated up a few different options I had to save me money and even suggested that I dont replace my current glasses but rather just buy the piece that broke saving me even more money.

I was on vacation and had an acute eye issue (corneal erosion). I went into the Urgi Care next door and the woman running the clinic sent me to Dr. Stanga. He brought me in without an appointment, and treated me immediately. He literally saved my vacation. He was attentive, and knew exactly what to do. He even gave my wife some advice on some of her nagging eye issues. I live 1K miles away so I will probably never be back, but I wanted to thank the doctor and recommend him to anyone living in or visiting the area.

Dr. Stanga and staff is always top notch and gives you best personal care, which kills me to write this. Coming in towards the end of the year is always stressful and busy with everyone trying to get appointments done before holidays, I luckily got in which Im thankful for but It did this time around take 30 minutes past appointment until I saw Dr. Stanga. My appointment went smoothly and once I got with him it was cake from there just the wait time was a little more then usual. It was quite difficult to schedule an appointment communication wise; not sure if it was my phone or theirs but our calls dropped and at one point I had to hang up and call back because I couldNot hear them clearly. When I came in I did notice the phones seem to be really out dated and old, maybe time to update? Aside from the that the past couple of times Ive been in for my glasses Ive noticed Lack of help and with phones ringing off the hook and people waiting to be helped by one person. Not sure if its just a busy time of year or turnover with staff but when the gal finally helped me she did apologize for the wait but it was obvious she was the only one there. Other then that though I love this place and Dr. Stanga and I recommend him to everyone I know!

I highly recommend Dr. Stanga for the best quality eye care available. Dr. Stanga took me on as a patient when the prescription eye glasses I had received from another eye doctor were giving me headaches. Dr. Stanga determined that I had reacted to the eye dilation drops and then performed an exam without the dilation. Dr. Stanga and his receptionist then changed out my eye glasses with minimal cost to me. I have now gone to Dr. Stanga for two years and plan on going to him for the rest of my life. I am currently 63 years old with a baby cataract in both eyes and I know I can trust Dr. Stanga to tell me when I might have to have surgery which would then require me to go to a specialist.If you want an eye doctor that will take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. If you want an eye doctor that will tend to your needs as he has done with me, as now I have my eye exam before any dilation. Child lost his glasses and cant see - they cant even squeeze him in despite that we have been patients for 5 years - the next available appointment is in 2 months - this makes no sense
