I guess everyone was right, they offered me no help at all. I wanted prescription glasses and Target optical is covered under my plan. I ended up giving to Lencrafters and they took care of me there.
Three members of my family have seen Dr Megan many times for exams. We keep coming back because Dr. Megan is thorough, easy to talk with and very professional. She is knowledgeable, professional and willing to try several options in order to get the right contact prescription.
Dr. Megan was very thorough and caring. I definitely recommend!
Good service. Been going for a couple years. The front desk/sales associates can range anywhere from kind, experienced angels to rude, money hungry, and snappy. Doctors are kind and funny. I got new lenses recently and when they popped the lenses out, the frames snapped. (not their fault, frames were old and brittle). Still waiting on a new pair of glasses (they comped it don’t worry) to be shipped in, but until then I can’t drive myself to work, my classes or anything. both of which are extremely difficult with lacking vision. I’m happy with the way they handled it but I wish there was a way to track when my new frames were coming in/how long it would take.
Dr. Megan has always taken excellent care of me. Ive been a patient for years and would follow her anywhere!
Taking forever to get my glasses kept postponing shipment date!! I need my glasses for headaches and this is just causing me a bigger one!! Get your stuff together.
Do not go here. Just dont. The turn over rate is insane, and youll never talk to the same person. I called to verify their systems were running and verify my insurance is accepted, but when I get here the system is down and I need to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. Why would I call to verify things, just to sit for 20 minutes while they watch some spinning wheel on their computers too afraid to tell me that they messed up? Then they offer me compensation that doesnt help my issue. Dr. Borden used to be the only reason I kept going, but this time was the last straw. In a time when a person can get everything online and delivered to their home, one would think theyd step up their game to compete. They have lost one more client to the new age.
I recently moved closer to this location, I discovered it takes my Eye Med insurance so I decided to give it a try.It was a very positive experience. There is a primary doctor and substitutes when she is absent. When I first picked a date for the appointment the staff informed me the primarydoctor would be out that day. I was given all the information I needed to make decisions at every step of the way.I particularly appreciated the assistance of closing which was the least expensive option for buying my familys glasses.Ill definitely be a repeat customer!
I went here for contacts. Although the doctor is nice, the staff not so much. I won’t go here again at all. I got the wrong ones the first time., I had to try them at work to know that so it took time as I was on vacation. So after I found out they were wrong it became a rush. I had to guess what would work and was told they need to be right as I won’t be able to exchange again. This is not an exact science. So I paid a lot of money for the wrong contacts and really have no money to re buy. The manager there is rude and uncaring. I have the wrong prescription for a year. Even if I want to pay full price for yet another exam and hope it’s correct, I can’t afford to rent buy all the contacts at full price. I used my insurance the first time. So think twice if going here for contacts.
Target asked for my review on their website, then said it was being moderated and didnt post it. Do you only post good reviews Target? The doctor is amazing, very focused on giving the customer a thorough exam. In fact I was so impressed I brought both of my kids in as well. Then came time to pick up my order, and it crashed and burned. I will never go back, and strongly urge everyone else to avoid this store for anything but an exam.*note this review excludes Michelle. When she was there I saw her give other customers their glasses and she did it correctly.I went to pick up my glasses, I dont remember the ladies name. She was the older of the 3 female staffers. I could tell right away they didnt fit, and told her they pinched behind my ears. She took them and rubbed the stem for a few seconds between her fingers. She said it was the best way to soften the metal and bend it. It made zero difference. I asked her to turn on the machine and bend them, she said that the machine didnt do any good, and her body heat was the best way to fix it.Now, I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and never once has an ill fitting pair been finger bent to correct the fit. She flat out refused to adjust them when I asked point blank. She didnt check the fit, didnt measure how they sit, didnt check my pupils. She didnt do any of the basic checks you are supposed to do with new glasses. Now I am stuck with glasses that dont fit, cause eye strain, and by the end of every day I have a headache. I refuse to go back in because I can only go after hours, which is when they have this person on the clock. Its a tragedy really, because the doctor is amazing, and Michelle was good too. I can not stress strongly enough that it isnt worth the risk you might be serviced by the one that I got.
Dr. Megan is caring and makes sure you get exactly what you are looking for in your contacts!
This store has to be the worst! The sales person told me the frames would not look good on me and refused to sell me the glasses! No kidding!! She was so rude and did not want to help me. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache!
Very nice and professional team. I’ve been taking my kids here for 3 years now.
I have never used the eye Dr. But the staff on the optical dept knows how to take care of its customers. Excellent knowledge of Eye-Med insurance.
Avoid going here at all costs. They have terrible patient care. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The Doctor rushed through my exam because she was so behind. The rest of the staff act like they are paid on commission trying to selling you glasses that you dont need. The Doctor gave me a trial pair of contacts to try and when they ripped the staff refused to give another trial pair because their vendors wont allow it. I was told I could receive another pair of trial lenses if I placed a contact order with them. I wasnt going to do that because there prices were three times higher than online. Now I have to wait a week to receive the contacts I ordered online from a different company.
