Dr. Seidman (?) Went above and beyond to be sure I got the best vision possible out of my complicated eyes. Seeing better than I have for years.

I absolutely love this place. It was extremely clean, fresh, and open. Smelled lightly of cleaning products. The staff is super friendly. Dr. Seidman is amazing. She’s very personable and smart. I have gone here for years and will continue to!

I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Seidman and her team. She has done a terrific job working with me over the past few years getting my prescription so perfect. Its amazing. Ive never been able to wear contacts and Ive never had a doctor work so hard with me to find something that works for me. Carly and Nick are super patient with me as I search for frames and they, along with Jacob always help me get the right fit and adjustments. Through COVID, they have been even more helpful given the circumstances. Theyre terrific!

The doctor I saw here was very nice and helpful. She was kind enough to call me a few days later to check on how my eye was doing which I really appreciate and she was courteous enough to ask the best time to call back. I work nights so I appreciated that. She seemed like a great doctor, was thorough, professional, and courteous!

Dr. Seidman was knowledgeable and personable. This review is not about the exam itself because that went really well. The people who verified our insurance were lazy and also lied to us. My SO has medicaid and they were going to deny seeing him without checking his benefits because they thought it was through Denver Health even though we knew and told them it wasnt. We had to ask them to call the number on the back so they could actually verify his benefits. My vision insurance was verified and they gave me the proper copay for the exam, but they lied about my frame and lens benefits to try to get me to pay more out of pocket. They quoted my frame allowance as 250 and said I was responsible for 100 of that, however my benefits actually cover a $150 allowance with no copay. They wanted me to pay $200 out of pocket for glasses through them that day. I took my prescription to VisionWorks and paid less than $80 for my designer frames using the exact same insurance. Know your benefits before going here!Edit: Response to owner,Your excuses are bogus. The medicaid ID I gave you was correct, but all you have to do to verify a Medicaid is call the provider customer service line or use the provider portal online and give the patients name and birthday which clearly you didnt do before the appointment. I also did not pick out a pair of glasses. I never even looked at a frame because I knew my benefits were misquoted. All you have done is provide more reason to distrust your slimy practices. I just tried out my new progressive prescription sunglasses for golf today. It was the first sunny day on the course and they worked great! I was able to see my ball flight better than my contacts and I could clearly read my golf watch and keep/add score. Best of all, my daughter says they look cool! Horrible customer service. Been a customer for years before they switched over. Drove 20 minutes for an appointment for my daughter and they couldn’t look up my insurance through VSP. Didn’t do anything to help me out and just sent us home. Every time I called they said they couldn’t look up the insurance account. Just gave me an ultimatum to reschedule my appointment that I missed, even though I don’t go there anymore, or get slapped with a $30 fee. Taking my business elsewhere.
