I just purchased a 2014 Nissan Armada from AutoTrek. Very low pressure experience. Extremely kind staff. Found out that of of the break pads/rotors that they had fixed before selling needed additional work two weeks later. Incredibly helpful and took care of the problem right away. I would buy from then again in an instant. They go out of their way (especially the GM I worked with) to take care of you.

I had such an amazing experience here. My partner and I got into a hit-and-run accident a few months ago and had been without a car since. Im a current student and not working, and my partners insurance got mixed up and was late to pay off the loan, so that showed up on her credit. We were having an impossible time finding a place that would approve a loan. I worked with Amy Strawn specifically and she worked her tail off trying to find a way to help us get a car. She suggested different banks to try and any time something didnt work out she had another suggestion ready to go. She was patient with my really difficult situation and she kept working with me over the course of a week to find something that would work when she could have easily just sold the car to someone else. Amy was available and kept really open communication with me about what she was trying and what she needed from me. She turned what would have been an extreme headache of a situation into something really good, and in the end it worked out and I got the car that was right for us. I couldnt be happier with how hard everyone there was working to help us out, and I would absolutely go back and suggest this place to anyone. Ive never felt more like the person cared about me and not just about selling cars. Incredible customer service. Amy went above and beyond what was necessary of her job and Im so grateful for how things worked out.

Terrible experience. Ive bought a Truck and Jeep from them. The quality control and maintenance safety check are terrible. My truck had a turn signal light out and the horn didnt work from the second I first got the truck. Had to spend close to $500 fixing it myself. The Jeep had a lift kit and the mechanic told us it was the best Jeep hed seen. It had the entire driveshaft snap and a shock completely break free. They either dont know what theyre doing or just dont care. DONT RECOMMEND! BUY ELSEWHERE!

This was the best car buying experience Ive had by far. Our auto consultant, Trung, was absolutely amazing! We came from north Denver to purchase a specific car so he made sure it was available and put it on hold for us once we were headed his way. Also, before we made the drive all the way to Littleton he told us, unsolicited, that there was a mechanical issue that needed to be fixed. So he said we could test drive the car but he wouldnt sell it until it was in perfect shape. Then, since we purchased the car but had to leave it to be fixed, he drove it to our house a couple days later and took our trade in back to AutoTrek. What used car salesman does that!?!? If Trung is at all representative of how this place operates Id buy a car from them anytime without hesitation!

Buyer beware !! Shawn Rodgers is a liar he will lie to your face to cover his skin. Do not trust him or autotrek. We bought a car that has had a continuous transmission noise that Shawn himself verified. But when we went back to have it checked before our warranty expired we were told that no noise exists. They then had the transmission fluid flushed with out our consent now our transmission is shifting erratically. This review is our only recourse of action due to the fact Shawn Rodger is a liar.we will never reccomend autotrek or its shared tree mechanics .

I drove 30 miles each way to find out the car they were advertising had major hail damage and was generally beat up. Neither was in the ad description. Major waste of time, and a dishonest way to get you in to the dealership, in my view.

Something has changed since the last time I purchased through them. Obviously after talking to them I never received a response back reference the vehicles I was considering at he time. The gal seemed more interested in selling me a new vehicle rather than want I was asking for. Surprising since my credit union had reccomended them initially when I purchased there before.They have lost my business and will be passing this information on to my credit union as well.

I worked with Amy Strawn (I use the phrase “worked with” very loosely here) and it was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Organized through my Credit Union, Amy first called me on 3/10 after I found a used car online that I wanted to purchase. Right off the bat, she immediately tried to steer me toward different cars—more expensive ones that she would surely make more of a profit from. She was rather aggressive, and didn’t let me get many words in. I left the call feeling rather off-put. Shortly after, I decided to text her back to solidify my initial choice: I told that I was interested in the car that I had spoken to her about and asked if I could have a copy of the carfax. Her reply was “Not really what we do but sure. You should have it.” So... assisting a purchaser with information is not really something that AutoTrek does? Interesting. I emailed her back the next day, thanking her for sending it over and asking to schedule a time to test drive. She responded, “I will try and give you a call tomorrow. And we can get this all sorted out.” Again... interesting. I’m not really sure what there is to get “all sorted out,” but fine, maybe emails just aren’t her strong suit. She called me the next day and expressed, multiple times, the difficulty that would ensue in trying to test drive this vehicle. Scheduling a time, contacting the dealership that it was at, coordinating... apparently again this is “not really what they do.” I affirmed multiple times that I wanted to see the car, and I provided her with the best date and times for me to do so. She gave a weird half answer about trying to “work on it” and said she would get in contact with me again in a few days. A week passed with no word from her and the date was approaching that I had said I’d like to view the car on. I emailed her, “Just checking in since I haven’t heard from you in a bit. Will I be able to schedule a test drive this weekend?” That was 10 days ago. I still haven’t heard anything from her in almost three weeks. I suppose customer service and selling cars is just “not really what they do.” I will never go through this company again. Neither should you.EDIT: It has been several weeks since this post and I have still heard nothing from Amy Strawn; however, I was informed through my Credit Union that Amy just added a note to my lead stating “Lead Inactive: The member purchased elsewhere” which I have not. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would highly recommend AutoTrek in Littleton to anyone wanting a vehicle. I inquired on a Jeep Wrangler I found on Autotrader and Trung contacted me immediately regarding it. I drove down to see it and the customer service was excellent. The price is exactly what you pay (no hidden fees) and the vehicle was extremely clean inside and out! I was so impressed by how quick and easy the transaction went and to top it off Trung drove all the way back up to my house over 45 min away that evening to get the paperwork that my husband needed to sign. I bought a car here a few years ago and did not have a good experience. Beware, the first car I bought the clutch burned out within 24 hours of purchase. I was told they wouldn’t replace it but could get me into another car for more money. The 2nd car I got was sold to me without a working horn. Basically I will not return here in the future when I’m in need of a new car.

I came across AutoTrek while I was looking to trade-in my SUV for a smaller car. I found a great looking car online and reached out, Peggy contacted me in a very timely manner and we set up a time for me to come down and look at the car. Overall, the process was so smooth and pain-free :) The test drive was great, paperwork process was easy, they offered me a good amount for my trade-in, and Im very happy with the APR I was offered. It was my first time buying a car on my own and Im so happy it was with AutoTrek!

The car I bought was fine. Couple problems though. The vehicle had an evap problem after I drove off the lot that they said would be covered by the warranty, until it wasnt.After I purchase the car, I find out that the one key they provided was not an admin key, so they say I can purchase another key to program - another 250 bucks. In total, I am at $350 spent and 4 trips back to the dealership less than 3 weeks after the original purchase. The people are nice but definitely something shady going on here.

We purchased a car last month from AutoTrek Littleton location. Overall, we had a positive experience. Our sales associate, Pam, was lovely to work with. She was professional, kind, prompt, and reasonable in the transaction. The price was fair on the car overall and the financing experience was fine. There were two minor things that could be improved in the future: (1) the individual listed as contact, Bob, had a bad number listed on the TrueCar website, which was odd, so we called the main number instead. Fortunately, Pam was immediately available. Ironically, prior to the purchase and for a week after we purchased the car, the other individual, Bob, kept emailing to ask if we were still interested in buying the car. It is concerning that he did not know a car on his lot was sold and it demonstrates a level of dis-genuine care in constantly emailing to see if a sale is possible, but without any personalized attention. When I did let Bob know the car was no longer available to sell me since we had already purchased it, the emails stopped, but he did not bother to dignify with a response or apology for the miscommunication. Improved coordination and personalized care would go a long way; and (2) We did not find out until after the transaction was finalized that the car only came with one key. Generally speaking, two keys are standard and given the high expense of getting a second key with fob made, the fact of only one key should have been disclosed upfront. Otherwise, we had a strong experience and would use AutoTrek again.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with this dealership! Peggy the salesperson was very helpful and financing only took about 15 minutes!! The Lexus has a problem with the parking sensor when I bought it and Peggy arranged for me to get it fixed in the town I live in. Mark arranged for payment by autotrek. Not everyone would do that. The 2014 auto is like new inside and out and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality service and an excellent deal. Thank you Autotrek!!!

Went in and worked with Troy on the purchase of a mobility van to use partially as a camper van. Everyone there was friendly, informal but professional, and easy to work with.I have recent experience buying a car from a different dealer where they didnt give an inch and kept us (me and my sister) waiting. This time the process was a great experience!I had to work with my credit union on the financing for quite some time (hours, due to a snag with the VIN being for a commercial vehicle for some reason...no ones fault though it complicated things), and Troy was helpful through the process.When I pointed out that the driver-side window didnt roll down, they immediately took a look at it. The motor had been replaced but, they explained, the switch was finicky. Troy said they would be able to replace the switch as well.Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you!

Troy pulled me aside before he left me sign anything and took me to see the spots where the car was affected. It just goes to show how much these guys act with integrity in their job and it is wholly admirable, as you dont find that often with their industry. After I waited a little since certain things needed to get into to order I contacted Peggy put in an application for a Pre Approval, and showed up the following morning to look at the car she had it ready and outside for me the car was in great condition as listed and it was exactly what I was looking for the whole process took an hour which was awesome since Ive sat in Major Name Dealerships for hours before, I highly recommend this location also as well I was able to get a killer warranty on the car which makes me even happier..

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with AutoTrek. I was looking for a broker to help me find a used car for my family. The first broker I contacted never bothered to return my call. The second turned up his nose when he found out the price range we were looking in. We werent really sure what we were looking for, but Lon was able to take our vague thoughts and find us something that was far better than we had originally hoped for. We absolutely love the new car!I was actually so dreading the prospect of shopping for cars that it took me months of taking to bus to and from work before I got up the nerve to even start looking around.
