We were in Denver on vacation and our car broke down on Labor Day Weekend. The guys at ProAuto Care were able to get our car in right away after the holiday weekend and we were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. Plus, the work we had done(timing belt, seals, etc) was warrantied giving us great peace of mind on our way home.

Pro Auto is like taking your car to a trusted family member who only wants the best for you. They care about their customers and really listen. They have delivered great results for every aging vehicle in my family fleet as if the cars were theirs. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Yesterday, as I sat waiting for my battery to be replaced I listened to this side of incoming phone calls and if that was all I heard I’d’ve been suspicious of their sincerity, but over the top politeness is their default nature. They never went beyond making sincere suggestions. Aside from the quality of the work PA performs I’d be a customer of theirs because of these guys.

I also had other work done, not posted above. All work was done professionally and on time. I haves used Pro Auto at both locations for many years and have always haves had the same service described above.

Pro Auto Care got my old Ford Ranger running great, and for the price agreed-upon...which was fair! The experience with Chris in the front office was pleasant, and the services rendered were prompt – despite the volume of work they do. This will be my go-to garage for all future maintenance and repairs... they don’t try to sell you, or charge for, any unnecessary parts or labor! Also, while I didn’t think of Pro Auto as a tire shop, they installed a new set of badly needed tires, for a price that I don’t think could be beat by even a discount tire shop.

I received excellent service from start to finish. I have a high mileage daily driver that needed a significant overhaul on many parts and services. The service, work, customer service, and personal nature of the employees are surpassed only by the spectacular pricing! I self diagnosed new timing chain guides… This place actually diagnosed and called me back the next day to tell me the valve cover sounds good, I’m just hearing tire noise (which I had suspected before but written off because people describe this faulty chain tensioner sound many ways online and tire rotation was no change). So instead of $2,500 for new tensioners I got to put that money towards my other known problems which were a new window motor and regulator, pinion seal, tie rod ends and alignment plus save a grand. They easily could’ve said I needed the tensioners anyway, sound wouldn’t have gone away, argue how it’s better now blah blah all the reasons people hate getting their car worked on.Also while I was originally trying to find a place I was quoted $3,000 and $3,900 for the guides and didn’t ever get a call back from 3 other places. One other place DID quote $2,200 but didn’t sound like they knew what they were talking about and I got this feeling my bill would be higher by the end. Chris knew all about my Nissan Xterra motor already and gave me a good feeling so I was going to spend the $300 “extra” to get it done there and I’m glad I did.

First time here - brought my sons 4-runner in before we drove it to Texas. Super impressed. I told them to fix whatever they felt needed fixing - brakes, balancing et...they were honest and took pictures of potential future issues but said the car was in pretty good shape. They changed oil, checked my car from top to bottom, rotated tires, and checked/filled all fluids.Highly recommend.

Pro Autocare is a great group of mechanics that are down to earth and care about you. I’ve had random noises fixed, basic services completed, and honest feedback when something is needed and when something isn’t. Def 10/10 recommend if you have any doubts.

This place is such a Godsend! Chris was so kind and helpful. He was great at explaining why things needed to be done, broke down costs, and prioritized repairs so I could select what fit in my budget. He also let me know what may be coming with a small oil leak but not necessary to address for the next year. I was so relieved to find an honest auto mechanic that did not overcharge. About 1/3 of the price that dealership quoted me and even less than another mechanic who didn’t explain things to me at all. I was also happily surprised to know they had a loaner car I could use for the day. So helpful! I am so grateful to find this place, and you have a customer for life!

Good service, friendly folks. A hair pricey for an oil change (part of that was just engine capacity), and unfortunately couldnt lift my F-250 for a tire rotation. Would imagine zero issues for smaller cars their lifts can handle.

Trevor and Chris are both super professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They are transparent and let you know exactly what’s going on, how much it will cost, and they do their absolute best to get you in and out. I have had my trunk motor worked on, brakes replaced, oil changed, and filters replaced here. I always get phone call updates and constant communication. I have only had good experiences here. The work is good and the prices are fair. I will continue to take my car in here.

Was not very satisfied with the service provided. Brought my car in for a full diagnostic and Pro Auto tried to sell me a battery, telling me this is why my car had trouble starting. I was rather certain this was not the case as the battery is less than a year old. The auto parts store I brought it to even said it was fine. So Im out $130 for a diagnostic and now my car wont start. Had to tell them to check the starter which was another $60 even tho they didnt even properly diagnose my car the first time. Will not be returning or recommending their services in the future.

My vehicle was overheating. The proposed solution was relatively simple, but after picking up the vehicle it overheated immediately. As the shop is far from my home, it’s also a colossal waste of time for me to come to the shop if the vehicle is not ready.Update...the replacement part (OEM) was defective. It survived the test drive and idle, then died. The guys did a good job getting me back on the road.One star deduction because this was not a perfect experience.

This great shop with many intelligent mechanics. They are honest about the job, they wont tell you something else is wrong just so they can get a buck out of you. If you think you may have a problem somehow with the work theyve done they will happily follow up and check everything free of cost and break everything down for you to better understand. Which honestly makes me feel very secure if I ever have an issue.... they are the best and thats no lie

I’ve been using Pro Auto Care for years. They are always honest and straight forward. There’s none of that weird feeling (instinct?) when someone is trying to take advantage or add on unnecessary work. Not the cheapest, but as in most areas of life, you get what you pay for. Good shop.

My experience with Pro Auto Care was very positive. My Subaru’s clutch went out last Tuesday night— I brought it to the shop around 11am the next day, and my car had a new clutch by 5:30 pm!The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were sure to contact me with updates as the job progressed.
