From calling in advance and working with the person at reception to the mechanic, Michael, walking us through every question we had, which resulted in us feeling very assured. The fixes we thought were needed (and expensively) were in fact not, they explained why and finished so quickly we were shocked. We’ve already recommended this spot to others!

I have used Swift automotive for a few different services at this point and they are always professional and provide quality services. I appreciate the time they take to explain why a service needs to be done and what their findings are. I have now twice had a vehicle somewhere else (dealer warranty and a check before we sold a vehicle) and when we brought the vehicles back to Swift they were honest and explained why a service did not need to be performed and why. They could have sold me on large repairs but instead were honest on what was really needed. I cannot thank them enough for the way they treat customers and the quality work they perform.

Our go to mechanic. Friendly and honest. My AC stopped working in May and had to get the air compressor replaced. The mechanics replaced it in a day and my AC has been at 100% since, so glad that we went to Swift Automotive!

I took my sons 1999 4Runner in to Swift Automotive because the power windows and locks wouldnt work. Another shop told me it was a master switch and I needed to replace it. I purchased a new part and it didnt work. So, I took it to Swift Automotive after getting a referral from Porters Auto Body (amazing shop too). The car geniuses at Swift found the problem and fixed my sons 4Runner while still using the original parts - I saved hundreds of dollars and time thanks to this shop. It will be my future auto repair shop for life!!!!

I called and spoke with Gary this morning about getting an inspection on a vehicle my son wanted to purchase. He and his team got us in same day and completed the inspection in less than an hour for an extremely reasonable price. This will be a lengthy review, so fair warning.I moved here 9 years ago and took my Tundra to Toyota dealers figuring that was the best service for my vehicle. We all know dealers price high, up sell, and take all day for an oil change. I moved on from that so save money and went to Big O, Midas, and even Jiffy Lube. Same sort of treatment and was told the truck is getting older and a through z needs to happen asap. I even had a Big O center tell me my sway bar in my lift kit was broken, and thats why my steering is veering right when I drive. Never heard that before so I had them show me, and miraculously everything was fine and a balance and rotation was just fine.After years of going through this I started looking around for private shops to support local business. Struck out a lot, over paid a lot, and then a friend of mine who I trust told me about Swift Automotive. Shes been taking her car there for over a decade and said she only trusts them for her two vehicles. I needed tires, fluid levels changed out, balance and rotation, brakes, alignment, etc. I was expecting this to be a 3,000 dollar expense because thats what everyone else said.Well Gary and Cory walked me through everything. I got the best deal on 35 inch tires, full synthetic oil change was the best price Ive gotten in 9 years, differential fluids were the best, and all the the other worries ive had were just an up sell from other places. Gary walked me through everything on the truck and showed me the repairs they did, and what the other rumors were. I left that day with a good business relationship and pleased that my truck is in good hands now. After the balance, and alignment, my truck has never ridden smoother in the 13 years Ive had it.These folks do a phenomenal job and are getting my business from here on out. Its hard to describe and auto shop with the word integrity, but these folks got it. I live in East Aurora now and will gladly take the 45 minute drive to them for any car services I have. This shop is solid, and I would recommend them to anyone. Best prices, best customer service, and best work ethic out there.

I have used Swift Auto for a number of years when I owned a service business for our service vehicles and private vehicles. They could always be depended on to provide accurate assessments and repairs at competitive prices. Now that I am retired, I still take my personal vehicles to them for routine and major repairs and they continue to be a trusted resource for all my vehicle needs. Cory, Gary and the team can depended on to provide the highest level of customer service.

Nice shop that charges reasonable rates. My truck started having issues a couple of days before moving out of town. The guys at Swift were able to get me in and inspect my vehicle quickly. While they werent able to recreate the issue, they did suspect it was transmission related and maybe even software related. Later in the day, Ford released a recall about transmission software. Looks like Swift was right on.

First time dealing with the folks at Swift Automotive, and I found the staff to be knowledgeable, flexible, fair, professional, and their follow up was top notch. The alignment technician, Roger, is the best in the business. We also had them service all the differentials and transfer case. Thanks, well be back.

A great big thank you to the guys at Swift. Ive got a restomod 69 Chevelle that two other local performance shops tried their hardest to ruin as best they could. Ive since taken to doing my own wrenching, but still needed help with the alignment and answers to invariable questions that arise being a newbie shade tree mechanic. Roger dialed in the alignment and shes driving like I always knew she should... and... shared his knowledge and experience answering all of my questions leaving me much more confident in my ability to tackle my own mechanical work. Sure am glad I found you guys!

Absolutely Amazing! The staff here is friendly, extremely honest and very fair. They will not have you fix something that doesnt need to be done or will find the best price for you. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and decked out with model cars. I will defiantly be back if I need anything else done.

Since moving to the area almost a year ago, Swift has been my go to mechanic after multiple recommendations from Facebook. Theyve always been great, but today they went above and beyond. I had lost my wedding band in the center console shift area and they took me in last minute, found my ring(!), but then Gary did not charge me. I cannot believe the kindness that he displayed. I highly recommend them for not only their incredible service and fair prices, but also their kindness.

Fantastic!Just moved to Highlands Ranch, and a couple of weeks ago I asked some locals for recommendations for a mechanic that works on domestic vehicles. Somebody suggested Swift Automotive in Littleton.I took my vehicle there for a diagnosis, and after speaking with Matt at the front desk, and Carl the mechanic, I ended up scheduling my service for the same week. Swift had the vehicle for 4 business days. In speaking with Matt, he was up front with the cost estimate, and what the job (it was a big one) was going to entail. Their communication was clear and they went above and beyond to explain procedures.Matt called me at the midpoint with an update on the progress, and called me when the vehicle was finished. I test drove the vehicle with the mechanic, who wanted to verify that things were fixed.The vehicle runs almost like a new vehicle (its a 2008). Swift fixed the list of issues that I took it in for, and did so in a timely manner, with a reasonable cost. Every employee I met was polite, courteous, and friendly, and the two that I dealt with, Matt and Carl, shot straight from the hip with honest answers and advice.Swift Automotive has earned my trust and will be my go-to shop from now on. Ive been going to swift auto for over a year and I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else. I brought my truck in as a lemon when I first bought it and Matthew and the guys fixed it up to brand new. Theyre honest and trustworthy guys who do great work! If your car needs anything done take it to these guys!

I brought my 2007 MINI Cooper here for my windshield wiper-blade not working, and an oil change.Owning a MINI typically means a high price, ALWAYS, for repairs. Not here. I dropped my vehicle off with Gary at 7:00am, and he called me by 10:00am, letting me know that due to heavy snowfall, the bolt for the windshield wiper blade arm had come loose, and they tightened it up for me. When I asked what the diag fee/labor would be, “no charge. That’s not how we do business.” Wow! Now that came as a shock because I was fully expecting to pay for the mechanics time, and would do so happily, but that was just beyond my expectations. It didn’t stop there.When I picked it up, my oil change (synthetic) was competitively priced ($68- remember folks, MINIs have smaller engines, but I’m use to paying $80+) and Gary informed me of the potential repairs down the road. Seeping rear struts, and a seeping valve cover- “but nothing that is urgent-could be 6 months, could be a year. We’ll keep an eye on it. I’ll also tell you if the cost of repairs is worth it, or if you may want to get a different vehicle.”Again...wow! Gary was honest, and put the potential, of a high dollar repair that would make money for their shop, aside to ensure that my dollar would go to where it needed to.Regardless if I repair my current car here, or end up replacing it with something else, I’ll always come back to Swift. It’s not easy to find a trustworthy shop who puts your interest ahead of their own.This isn’t the only shop I’ve taken my MINI to in Littleton...beware of Kellerbros...I left there with a laundry list of items...I had already repaired the year before.

They did a great job with my VW, quick brake job at a reasonable price. The reason I am rating them so highly is the people. The owner Corey came out and shook my hand. Matt, the guy who checked me in/out was as friendly as they come. Can tell they are great people and I love supporting small businesses who do things the right way. Highly recommend them. Ive gone to several service shops in the multiple states I have lived in and Swift Automotive is easily the best. The three things to look for at any auto mechanic are ability, honesty, and fair pricing. Swift has always been able to get my vehicles in quickly, and their mechanics have been personable and knowledgeable. I was there today to get a second opinion on a dealerships recommendation for a drive train fluid change (my truck only has 40k miles). While Swift could have also recommended the fluid change and made a quick buck, they instead showed me the fluids, which appeared fine/clean, and said I could easily go another 15,000 to 20,000 miles. Whats more, they wouldnt let me pay for this inspection, asking only that I come back when the fluids are ready to be changed. Their pricing when that time comes - about 30% less than the dealer quoted. I wont take my truck anywhere else.

Excellent! I originally brought my car to Swift for a pre-purchase inspection. They did a great job, but neglected to pull a spark plug, which led to some issues (and extra money) down the line. They have worked hard to make-up for their small oversight, and have gone above and beyond to get it done right. I would highly recommend this business, and I dont plan on taking my car anywhere else!

My girlfriend s CRV had a hard to find noise. They were convinced it was the alternator and put a new one in, but had the integrity to call and say they messed up - that replacing the alternator didnt fix the problem (didnt charge for any labor associated with that), gave her a courtesy car for the weekend, turned out to be the water pump.They are always upfront with costs - probably even overestimating at times. Ive never had any surprises when paying my bill.

I took my Titan to Swift after the dealer failed to fix my AC problem 3 summers in a row. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue..they didnt attempt to overcharge me to replace all the solenoids when only 1 was malfunctioning (Something they see a 1/2 dozen times a year) and less than 1/3 the cost quoted by the dealer. And they didnt get sqeemish when I told them I loved them ;)
