I am so disappointed thus far, I purchased a used vehicle two weeks ago with an extended warranty. Guess what, it has already broken down leaving me stranded and unable to get to work for several days. Finally started to get some answers and a loaner vehicle but still no word on my car besides the expensive extended warranty that I was told was all inclusive!! Guess what, not covered!! I am so so so stressed out, I pray that you do the right thing!!
