We have been using Midas for years. They are always accommodating and do a good job. We have found them to be honest as well. The only issue we had this time is there seems to be a new scuff on one of the wheels.

Convenient appointment. Fair estimate and repairs. Replaced all four rotors but said pads were still good. I have used them several times with multiple vehicles and have always been satisfied and will continue to return.

These guys saved my day and my weekend! My battery died the morning I needed to go pick up family from the airport, who were flying in for my Mom’s service the following day. Took my car son’s is for an oil change & the brakes were down to the steel. So we had the brakes repaired as well. I very happy that when we take our cars in for route maintenance that they take the time to really look over the car.We have been to this location with multiple cars & the staff is always professional, courteous & takes the time to explain issues.

These guys took care of us real quick and called them on a Saturday afternoon to have them take a look at my AC in the truck and they put me right in. They were able to service my AC within an hour and then give me back out so I could make the trip the very next day.

I am always blessed by Jeff and his team. I have 4 kids at home so its hard to arrange to get my oil changed, but they offered me a shuttle ride back home since I live fairly nearby. They gave me a coupon to use and fast friendly service everytime. 4th year of using them.

I spent over $2000 to fix a few different things on my car. They did a full diagnostic test and 6 days later my car doesn’t start. I am disappointed that I spent that kind of money for my car to leave me stranded! Jeff is trying to rectify the situation and Jay and Jeff are very professional and pleasant, but still doesn’t change the fact that I’m now once again inconvenienced

Very fair and honest. Enjoy working with these guys because they are trust worthy and dont overcharge. Only issues I had was the work took longer than originally planned so I had to change plans last minute and the drivers seat was dirty with black smudges when I picked up my car. I had a pre purchase inspection done here on a Honda from the nearby Ralph Schomp Dealership. Jeff Smith the manager went over the results with me, and advised me against the purchase. The dealership told me that the open recall on this vehicle had already been corrected (as is their legal duty as a certified Honda dealership before selling a car), Jeff told me this was not so. Not only that, the car had two incomplete OBD codes for the EVAP system and Catalytic Converter, meaning the dealership likely purposely wiped the codes in order to clear a check engine light long enough for someone to test drive the car and purchase it before the OBD system turned the check engine light back on. Jeff saved me from buying a very expensive lemon that the dealership was lying to my face about. Of course, when I brought this up to the dealership, the associate immediately got defensive, said the mechanic was lying and that they only said something was wrong because they are a mechanic (the guys at Midas were already being paid to simply inspect the car and then advised me AGAINST the purchase, meaning they would not be getting any more maintenance fees out of me on this vehicle), went and got their manager, and 180ed from This is a great car, I know youll love it to No one is forcing you to purchase this car, we can always look at something else. Always get a pre purchase inspection done and Jeff will tell it to you straight.

Went in to get a new exhaust installed on my mustang. Right before going in, I went to big o tires and was quoted $950 for a cut and clamp installation.. knowing that was absolutely absurd, I called around and was eventually told to come here to Midas. They quoted me $230 dollars, and had said it would take about an hour and a half. I got there, waited in the lobby, and 40 minutes later, was driving away with my brand new exhaust on there. I was bored in the lobby (because my phone died) and the guys up front turned on the TV for me and told me everything that the mechanics were doing (since you can see into the bays). Right after paying, I scheduled my next visit to get my oil change. And you best believe they will be installing my cold air intake, wheels, and suspension once i get em.I’m not sure about the other Midas, but this one is great. Watching the mechanics work on my car, they seemed excited to do it. And when they were revving my car to make sure it worked well, you could see they took pride in their work. Really looking forward to coming back here again! Thanks guys!

My skid plate came loose in the highway. I stopped in and Jeremy “Jay” had me in and out of there within 5 minutes. All of the other gentleman assisting were super friendly as well. I’ve never been to Midas but I think this may have just made me a loyal customer for future services!

I was squeezed in on a Saturday morning which was a blessing in itself. Then the team diagnosed and fixed and issue that had been ignored and glossed over by TWO other repair shops. The service writer, mechanic and owner were friendly and easy to work with. I bet they enjoy having people come in and try to mimic the noises their cars are making. I will be a regular customer.

Went in for brake rotors and pads. Technician broke master cylinder due to lack of experience, tried to order a cheap master cylinder from China when I asked for only OEM. Went in to test drive after the store manager claimed brakes were fixed. Went on test drive, brake pedal went to floor, car did not stop. I asked store manager to correct the issue as the car did not stop, instead he called the cops on me. Cops arrived and agreed brakes didnt work. Brakes still dont work. 0 stars, never take your car here if you value your safety. I want a full refund and will never visit midas again.

The team at Midas was awesome! I never have any time during the week to get anything done as I’m always working so I took the afternoon off yesterday to get an oil change and tires changed. I arrived at Midas after 3PM to ask if they could change my oil and change my tires. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my tires in stock so they referred me to Discount Tires for that providing me with my tire measurements. They knew I was in a rush so they took my car in immediately to start on an engine flush and oil change. They had this completed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. The team was very efficient, chatty and professional. I’d highly recommend Midas for all of your engine and tire needs. 5/5 stars across the board!

I showed up at Midas two minutes before closing time with a screw in my tire. Rather than turn me away, the Midas crew offered to help. This kindness was amplified when we discovered that my vehicle did not have the key necessary to take off a lug nut. Regardless, they were able to get the lug nut off. Thereafter, they fixed the tire and replaced the keyed lug nut with a regular one so that I could drive the vehicle safely. I sincerely appreciate the Midas crew’s dedication to customer service. They were life savers! In gratitude, I will be getting our vehicles serviced by them moving forward.

I went to another Midas location years ago, didnt go well. I was a little unsure when calling this location. I went in for a oil change and ended up needing an oil pan!!! It was very upsetting,confusing and disturbing!! Somehow the guys broke a part and then wanted to charge me almost $ 700.00!!! Could not drive my jeep that afternoon, although they gave me a vehicle to use for the afternoon!!! I live in the hills and had to walk up and down my driveway because it wasnt a 4 wheel drive!!! Very disappointing not to have my jeep!!! In the end they replaced the oil pan at no charge but still charged me for the oil change!!! I was grateful however, that they owned up for the mistake and did not charge me for the oil pan!!! Will never use a Midas again!!!!

Stopped by this local shop to have a hanging skid plate checked out. They got me right on a lift, did a repair and it was a no charge. Way to go Midas on Broadway.

Spent 94 dollars for an oil change and they forgot to put the gasket back on the oil drain plug leaving me with an oil leak until I noticed it.

I have come to really enjoy coming to this location. We started coming here because they didnt have tires in the waiting room ( now do but hopefully will be going back to removing them or my wife wont come back). They are very professional and thorough. I do feel like they suggest some unnecessary items but I think that is pretty normal for automotive places.

My family and I have always had pleasant experiences here. We have had a few issues with my vehicle and they have always been professional and prompt when doing the repairs. Jeff and Mike are very good at explaining the issues and explaining the repairs being done.

I went in to get my muffler fixed on my F-150 and come to find out, my extended warranty didnt cover it. I didnt have to pay a whole lot to have these guys fix it and they did a fantastic job and they had my truck for all of maybe 4 hours. the manager Jeff gave me options on what I could do and if I wanted to go with an aftermarket muffler and what that cost would look like. overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of my fix and Jeff even gave me feedback on my truck specifically and said there arent very many problems with my model of truck. he told me I was probably able to get a refund on my warranty after I gave him some details on the purchase of it, and thats exactly what I did. I was just overall very appreciative of the whole experience.

The technicians and customer service were very professional. My one complaint is that the technician did not wear a mask when in my vehicle. Seems like with everything going on being safe inside someones personal property would have been a better approach.

After a snowstorm I noticed that the skid plate on my truck was hanging down. I didn’t really know who to go to and called around town to a few businesses. Nobody could help me except for Midas. They were super!! “Sure, drop on by” they said. I went in the next morning; they took it right away; took a look at it and said “just a few screws are loose or missing and there’ was a few clips missing. Got it all fixed. No charge.” That’s what I call service!!!

You replaced a coil pack on my 2008 outback turbo that went bad in less than a month. I was riding my bike today to find a replacement for your subpar part and was hit by a car on my way to OReillys auto parts. If you think swapping a Chinchy part for an OEM one doesnt hurt anybody you are WRONG. I was in the hospital for 4 hours today and this wouldnt have happened if you had just used an OEM part or told me I needed to find one.I will never come back and I expect a full refund for parts AND labor for the work that you did.I will remove this review upon compensation for the shotty work you did

Got my oil changed here and later had an oil leak. I thought it was due to them not sealing the oil pan correctly. I brought it back and they looked at it, saw where the oil leak was coming from, and even showed me where it was leaking so i could see. They even offered to top it off for me. Very kind and courteous team. I am happy with the service and customer service.

I needed a new transmission for my Jeep and Dave did an excellent job. He searched for a good deal for a remanufactured transmission and kept me in the loop at all times. I felt very comfortable leaving my Jeep in their hands and its running fabulously!

Halfway through a trailer hitch install couldnt get a couple of rusted exhaust nuts loose. Jim torched them off without a second thought or even an appointment. Huge help and amazing service rarely seen these days!

Most auto shops can do good work and can fix your cars problems. The difference between a good shop and a bad one is how they deal with mistakes and misdiagnosis of problem. This Midas stands by their work and will make sure your car gets fixed right.

I went in with a possible $1000 repair. Not only were they concerned about my vehicle being out of commission for the Thanksgiving holiday, they wanted my repair to be as painless as possible. The office manager was on the phone with Subaru extended warranty trying to get payment for the repair. Fortunately all I needed was a battery. Excellent Customer Service! Ive done my oil changes at this Midas a couple times & always had great service! Then my car developed a strange squeaking noise so I took it in for a diagnosis. First thought was that it was my brakes so they replaced most of my rear brakes, which was great! They need replacing anyways. But still had the squeak. After careful inspection Jeff discovered that one of the Baffles in the gas tank had somehow come loose and was scraping in the inside of the tank! I purchased a new Tank and they did the install for next to nothing! Awesome Customer Service and great experience! Thanks for Everything! I highly recommend this Midas & Jeff Smith for all your auto repair needs!!
