The Pride Automotive Service Team,Ty, Heath & Matt,My first contact was using your Web site to request a quote and was promptly taken care of by Matt providing me with what I had requested.Then I called your shop and Matt answered the phone and listened to what I was saying and scheduled an appointment for me to take my 1966 Impala and have the geometry of the front end adjusted and then a front-end alignment after I had installed aftermarket rack & pinion steering.When arriving at the store for my appointment I met with Heath who assisted me with the tow truck since the Impala was not drivable.Once the car was off the tow truck, Heath gathered my contact information and explained to me in detail what to expect moving forward with my repairs.Once the team had assessed my Impala, Ty called me and suggested that I take my car to a shop that specialized in modifications that would allow me to have the aftermarket parts work together.However, I felt that we could come up with some other solution to this issue since I had already paid $138 dollars to have it brought to them.Ty and his team went to work and made a couple of suggestions for me to consider, after careful consideration we came up with a plan togetherThat plan allowed me to keep the aftermarket lower control arm and install the old linkage and gear box.This solution would allow me to SAFELY drive my Impala daily until I could find someone to modify the after-market rack & pinion bracket so that it would be safe and not obstruct the lower control arm .With the addition of the aftermarket lower arm and the aftermarket rack & pinion they determined that this would not work because the lower control arm was much larger than the original lower control arm and the rack & pinion was manufactured for factory suspension.Then, after all of this, the final bill came in below the estimate they had verbally quoted to me for this job.My daughter and I started this project 6 years ago and we have both been very anxious to drive our classic car.The smile and laughter from my 22-year-old daughter as she drives around town in our 66 Impala, means the world to me.I can’t thank you enough for all your help, you have a customer for life.Thanks again for all your hard work and expertise.

Weve been taking our vehicles to Pride for years and its just good, honest service from a crew that knows what theyre doing. We took a new used vehicle for an oil change and secondary inspection after purchasing just recently and they made a couple of timely and sensible recommendations that were spot on and made a world of difference in the way my daughters first vehicle drives. And the expense was reasonable and justified. They were also very forthright in communicating these suggested services. I arrived for 11am appointment a little early. Matt was very accommodating, and was able to get my car in quickly. I asked about places close by for lunch, and he had several suggestions. After eating lunch I returned to waiting area, but in just a few minutes, I was checked out, got a coupon for discount, and was on my way home. Service and courtesy were excellent. I will not hesitate to use Pride again, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I only go to Pride Automotive because of the quality work done there and the excellent customer service. My car battery quit on a Friday, and even though they were completely booked, the service advisor, Heath, went out of his way to fit me in and ensure that I was not stranded over the weekend. 5 stars to Heath and Pride Automotive for the awesome service they provide!

Told me there was $3,000 some worth of work needed on my car. Not to mention the part they need is on “national shortage”. All of a sudden they “found” this part and they can now move forward to fix it. Turns out I picked up the car, as I couldn’t afford the fix. Turns out nothing was wrong with car to begin with. Liars. Do NOT trust them!!

Went in for an oil change and break check. They did a thorough inspection and gave me specific details about where my vehicle was maintenance wise and prices seemed fair. Very happy and will return!!

Pride Auto Care provides quality service with very friendly staff. They sent me pictures of a couple things that need to be taken care of but never made me feel pressured to do more than I came in for. They got my car in right on the appointment time which I appreciated. The waiting area is very clean and well maintained. Leaving town the next day on a trip I felt very confident the work done was done right.

Great shop for all auto repairs and tires! I have been a customer since 2007! I have purchased tires and had my car serviced with oil changes and other repairs there. Since I purchased tires there, they rotate them when I have my car serviced for free. Dwight, Ty and Jody are the best for reliable services! All Techs are A.S.C certified. They listen to and offer great services to all their customers. I drive from Golden and wouldnt trust anyone else with my car needs or repairs. Better then any dealer!

They provided pictures and videos of the diagnosis & repair, ASE certified mechanics, a fair quote, follow up calls promptly, and an UBER ride home on their dime.Honestly, best experience I have had from an independent shop. Unless you have a highly modified race car, this is THE shop.

These guys were awesome. They made everything so easy and worked around my schedule which I am so thankful for.

A failed alternator stranded me nearby and a friend recommended them as I am not from the area. It was late in the afternoon and they carefully took down my notes and thought it would be the next afternoon before it could be fixed. Pride Auto Care kept me we well informed the next morning and had me back on the road shortly after noon. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone in need!

Very professional front counter and phone service.Were not anxious to recommend maintenance that was not due yet (as I have found dealerships do), but told me what they would recommend next time.Took me on time for the appointment and completed the work within the time slot they said the work would require. FANTASTIC!!! Took our car to 2 other places that could not diagnose the issue behind a failed electronic power steering system in a 2019 cherokee. Pride had the right equipment and the experience to figure it out in the first day. They worked with our extended warranty company so thankfully the repair was almost entirely covered. They did a great job. The only downside is they need a much bigger building and parking lot....business is booming for them so finding a parking place is tricky, but worth it!

The guys at Pride changed my alternator out for me in half a day, and while they were fixing it somehow my speed sensor got messed up. They fixed it for free and topped off my coolant while they were in there, at no charge. Appreciate the integrity of their work and would definitely go back in the future.

I took my truck in for its 100k mile tune-up and also to get all the fluids flushed/filled. PAC was able to do everything in less than one full day, and were cheaper than the dealer. Truck is running great! Great service, friendly staff and a great value. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ran into a curb on one of these snowy, Colorado days. After realizing it wasn’t drivable for any distance, I parked my car at this auto shop as it was the closest place I could safely get to. I am so lucky that this is where I ended up. Every time I called them (I called A LOT) they were professional and kind. It was like they had known me for a long time or I was an old friend when I had actually just moved nearby a few months ago.Their work was fast, efficient, and so reasonably priced that my insurance company didn’t need to contest them. Even when my insurance company was being a pain, Heath so helpful in getting them to respond and pay their part after my deductible.

Initially went in for valve gasket oil leak and loose steering shifter. When I picked my vehicle up my truck was running very rough and check engine light came on. The technician inadvertently got engine cleaner into the coils. Heath and Matt made things right by correcting the technicians error with no issues. My truck seems to be running just fine now. Even with the minor mishap I would still use Pride Auto for any future repairs as the guys seem to be honest and really do take pride in their work.

I love this place so much, I drive 45 mins just to come here! Worth every minute on the road to get such professional, transparent car care. I use Pride for regular maintenance but just recently had an annoying electrical issue with my ignition. Great communication throughout and were able to get a programmer in quickly when it would have taken several days elsewhere. And when it turned out a major service wasn’t needed, they informed me immediately and happily. Will keep coming back.

They were quick and very reasonably priced. Waiting area was clean. People were very helpful and friendly.

Pride has always done an excellent job on my gasoline and now electric car. They are taking good precautions about COVID19, wearing masks in the reception area when customers enter and when inside your car. They put plastic over the seats and wiped down the steering wheel and key fob before returning them.

Pride took my vehicle in immediately and put it on the lift (3:30 on Monday)They accomplished the work to be done by noon on Tuesday so I could make it to work on time.

This was my first time here after breaking down in the middle of the road. They did a great job of keeping me up to date, I only had to call them once for an update. They were nice and quick. Although I didn’t shop around, I feel as though their prices were reasonable.

We’ve used Pride for at least the last 10 years. There is a reason for that. They are professional, extremely honest, patient with questions and answers, and I’ve never left there feeling “scammed” or “taken”. For a female to feel this comfortable and secure about the information and service I receive on a consistent basis, speaks VOLUMES about the integrity of Pride Auto Care.

Very friendly counter staff who explained everything to me in the detail I was hoping to get. I had completed some work on my vehicle prior to taking it in which required taking pieces apart, they verified it was done correctly and re-installed all the pieces I had taken apart (and even put the contents of my glove box back in!). Highly recommend.

Pride went above and beyond for me! I had all brake rotors and pads replaced on Nov 21st, 2019. I drove 5,000 miles between then and mid January, almost all mountain driving. I noticed the beginning of brake pulsation so brought it in for an inspection. I was told mountain driving (long braking applications) will heat up the rotors and cause warping. So the pulsation was a result of my mountain driving. They had no obligation to do anything as the brakes were of excellent quality and installed properly. However, they went ahead and replace the front brakes as a courtesy. They have a good reputation and deserve it!

I recently have been doing business with Pride for a number of years and the honesty and excellent service cant be matched. I recently had my car in for a new water pump. The communication from Brian was both prompt and complete and the work was excellent as always. I have used other shops in the south metro area before I found Pride but this is by far the best I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great place that goes out of their way to help. I had a flat on a tire I had purchased from them, that wasnt able to be repaired so I had to buy a new tire. They didnt charge me for the installation labor, reduced my cost to just the cost of the tire itself. Ive been bringing my car to them for about eight years and they never try to up-sell me when theyre doing repairs. I highly recommend them.
