My 4Runner had extensive damage in 2017 and Service King completed the repairs at that time. This year, I noticed rain was coming in from the roof, so I took my car back to have it inspected. The team at the Littleton location is super easy to work with, communicative, and professional. They completed all necessary repairs and honored them under the lifetime warranty of the original repairs from 2017. A great experience all around and it was great to seem some of the same faces from 4 years ago.

Came here for a repair a little over a year ago. The work was well done. Some issues cropped up with a noise in the suspension and a rocker panel coming loose that were apart of the repair. Jason and Sean were extremely professional and polite and got the car back in and took care of it right away under warranty. We totally get that stuff happens sometimes and you just need to roll with it but the customer service by Service King (at this location) was exemplary. I highly recommend.

We sustained hail damage less than a week after buying our 2021 Audi Q8 in Texas. We had our initial damage estimate done with this shop in Littleton, Colorado. We decided to get the work done there as well. The quality of the repair was great. The team was friendly, professional and delivered the car on time. I would highly recommend their service.

I called 6/17/2021 to get an estimate of a very simple task, 4 belt moldings.I spoke to a gentleman Andy, (finding out afterwards, hes the director SK)I wanted to write a review on Andys behalf. The professionalism, sincerity, kindness, working with me and matching prices with other offers, was unheard of in this industry.So, offering this to a customer, just shows that... SKing is all about serving the customer, and NOT so much $$$$.Unfortunately, with COVID and now parts being SO backed up, due to customers finally being able to get their cars fixed, my parts was on very long back order.I will definitely recommend Service King to my friends, and anyone looking for a honest, professional and put their customers first - Auto Body service shop.Thank you Andy, for your genuine honesty and customer service!Denice

If you have the misfortune of being involved in an accident but are able to (thankfully) still kinda, sorta able to drive the car after applying copious amounts of orange duct tape to various fender parts that are flapping in the breeze, then by all means ask your insurance company if you can take your taped up love bug to Mike & Billy and Company. Needless to say, you will be in good hands. Excellent hands. Well done, guys (and girls)!

Where do I start. At the beginning there was no communication.. I’ve called left several messages even had to call the main office just to get someone to help me. On the point of receiving my car I drove away and the bottom guard fell off and had to return it to get that back on. I am also still missing a piece of carpet that is supposed to protect the knuckle joint underneath my steering wheel. As which shouldn’t have been taken off anyways because the damage was done to the front of the car nothing needed to be done on the inside. Apparently it is my job to go hunt down another 2017 Ford escape to prove there was something there. I have taken my car to service King several times in Northglenn and not had a problem. I will never take my car to the one in Littleton again. And I don’t want to forget to mention when I start my car in the mornings it sounds like a belt is going to fall off. I’ve had this car for a while I know what parts are supposed to be there because I clean my car. And I know what my car sounds like in the morning on a cold start. It’s not supposed to sound like this. The staff was nice and friendly but they didn’t get the job done right and they’re not taking care of my problems that they left me with. I do not recommend this location to anyone unless you want to do their job for them. Thanks again for losing parts of my car that I paid thousands of dollars on...I’m adding to this review three weeks later. I just had another part of the bottom of my car come off. This is twice now since getting my work done at this location. I am ready to contact a lawyer.I am updating this once again about a month later. Finally got sick and tired of my car leaking and making noise And having parts fall off. Took my car to O’Meara Ford... This place is ridiculous come to find out they fix your cars with zip ties!!! Yes!!! Zip ties....Look closely they’re black!! too bad they weren’t smart enough not to zip tie it to something important. Thanks for causing me a headache and more troubles with my car. Because of this place I have been out of a car for almost 4 months now... I would like to say thank you to the service King in Thornton though. Thank you for helping me clean up the mess that the Littleton office created. Maybe you should go over and train them because obviously they’re not qualified to be doing this sort of work

Horrible. Went to inspect car this evening for major hail damage repair work that was completed. Before my wife even inspected the vehicle with me the person in charge wanted our deductible payment. That right there was the first sign that something was not right. I noticed a different shade of paint color when pulling up and looking at the front quarter panel compared to the drivers door panel. Person assisting us did not appreciate my very blunt review of the work performed on our vehicle. I told him that we would come back in a week when they corrected the deficiencies. He did not want to hear that as he tried to explain to me why they couldnt match it. Person assisting us clocked out and did not want to talk to me anymore as I hurt his feelings. Im sure this guy is sick of being a punching bag and defending shoddy body work to many customers like myself, but they really need to get out of this line of work if they cannot do it correctly. Stay far away from this place. I really wish I had something nice to say.

Service King got my prius back in shape after a little fender bender. Jared Albrecht was so helpful, and ensured that my car was fixed while we were on vacation so I didnt have to rent one. He was great about keeping me posted on the status. They worked seamlessly with insurance, so it was absolutely no hassle for me. And my car looks beautiful! Thank you Jared and Service King.

I was rear ended by a hit and run driver on July 16 and my insurance recommended Service King. Most of their shops were booked out a month but this further location had an appointment available the next day. Even though it was just getting rear ended, my car was at a dead stop and the other guy hit me at full speed. I was concerned about damage to the frame. They took the car on a Wednesday and didnt get me the estimate until the following Monday.Buyer beware - when you sign your car over to them, you area fully authorizing them to do the repairs. Although I had indicated I wanted to know the extent of the damage before determining how I wanted to proceed, they were charging me for a tear down.The behavior of the person in charge of my claim at Service King was border line bullying. I was being told that if they didnt charge me for the tear down, my insurance wouldnt pay that expense and Service King would be out the money. I doubt they are hurting for business if insurance companies just send them business. The fact that the manager was outside talking on his cell phone rather than doing his job to resolving my issue.

I had a terrible experience with Service King 10-13 February 2020. From lack of communication, to telling me my car was done but I wasn’t allowed to pick it up until the next day, to destroying the new car smell in my car I cannot think of a worse customer experience. There was no interest in showing the car or the work they did. When I showed up at the scheduled time to pick it up, they acted like I was unreasonable to have the car cleared of snow around the repair area to inspect there work. When I asked what the terrible chemical smell in my car was, they told me they don’t have a sense of smell and to not worry about it. I had to leave the windows down for 4 days in 20f degree weather to dissipate the smell to a tolerable level... new car smell gone on top of freezing my family out while driving around. I’m sure Service King isn’t not the worst in town, but I’m sure there are many better places to take your vehicle for repairs.

My brand new tundra was involved in a collision. These guys (Jason in particular) made the repair process smooth and they did an excellent job! Jason went above and beyond in his service (they even picked me up and dropped me off at the light rail when I had to get my car!). Most importantly, they did a great job in fixing my truck and getting it back to new. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Its never a easy situation when it comes to being in an accident and the hassle of making arrangements to get an estimate, then scheduling drop off and then the rental car and blah blah blah, but with Service King its so not like that. They do everything for you and are so good about working with your schedule. They take their time with your car as if they are the owner. Perfection is what my first thought was today when i picked my car up. Im thankful I found the body shop I did. Love them!!!!

Worst place to bring car. I believe they used used parts on my car. the back seat forsure was used. never finished the work. Wont contact me in regards to finishing work. Returned car to me with broken parks that were not broken when we dropped off.

I was promised an estimate the same day I took my car in. Awesome! Didnt happen that day, no big deal. After three days I followed up and was told I would receive it that day. Still didnt happen. Finally a few days later after another email I finally got the estimate. Hallelujah!I also needed them to send pictures of the damage to my adjuster. Long story short, its been three weeks and it still has not been done. No communication, no follow through, nothing. I am so tired of constantly having to follow up and hold these guys hands.The kicker... I used to work for a large insurance agency. Service King would drop by fairly often to get us to refer them business. They were nice guys, so I sent all my clients there. They know who I am, and they are still this bad? How bad must they have been to my clients?I realize after the most recent hail storm all the body shops are crushed, but we are only talking about sending an email.Please just send the pictures.

10 Weeks still no vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off for repair on 08/16/18 it is now 10/29/18 and my vehicle is not ready. I have had 4 so called completion dates starting on 10/04, everyone of them have come and passed with no update on my repairs. The only update I get is they are putting the vehicle back together (for the last 3 weeks this has been the same excuse). DO NOT bring vehicles here. I cant even comment on the quality of work since I still havent received my vehicle, which it better be damn near PERFECT! This location gives ALL Service Kings a BAD REPUTATION!

I have never been more disregarded or blown off by a business. I was supposed to get the hail damage fixed on my car in September 2018. My appointment was cancelled the morning of due to “parts not being in” and a voicemail was left. I tried to call back but was unable to get someone to tell me anything. I never received another phone call back for months.For the past 3 weeks, I have been trying to get someone to call me back to explain the situation but to no avail. I called multiple times, left voicemails and messages with the secretary and not a single call back. I finally called the main Service King center number and they were able to get in contact with someone and I am now being told 5 months later that they aren’t able to fix my car at that location and that they don’t have my estimate on file. I am now having to start the process over and won’t probably be able to get my hail damage fixed for another 3 months.

Find someone else! Heres my story: The process of getting an estimate seemed smooth enough: I spoke with Kacey Ladewig, my insurance paid them, and I started the wait for parts to get delivered, so repair could be scheduled. Time went by ... 3 weeks, then 4. I called back and went to Kaceys voicemail 3 times in as many weeks and never got a call back. In the 4th week I contacted my insurance company to engage with Service King, and my insurance company replied I reached out to Service King in Littleton and they advised they are no longer certified [to handle your repair] but these are the 2 locations that are ... I am so sorry that Service King did not call you to advice that they could no handle your repairs. So much for using Service King!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.My experience with this bodyshop was incredibly frustrating. I will try to remain factual in my review, but bias is hard to avoid after my experience.My car was in for two months. I had to facilitate communication with insurance and Tesla both. There was NO communication from the bodyshop during repair without me first asking.The bodyshop ordered wrong wheel, which delayed repairs because it was back ordered. This was before taking the vehicle in.Once I dropped it off, they had parts from Tesla within 2 weeks, it took another month before I was told it was ready for pickup, after many ‘soon‘ promises.When it was ready for pickup the first time, the front license plate holder was falling off, a scratch they repaired had been dented and was arguably worse. The rear passenger door was not closing properly, a scratch they were going to buff out had not been touched, they starched another part of the car. They scratched the tint on two windows for the doors they had to repair scratches on and the hood of the car was reporting an improper latch. I did not take the car due to safety concerns and frustration with the repair quality.They did the additional fixes but again I had to facilitate most of this as I no longer trusted their ability to get repairs timely. During the next two and a half weeks I only got updated when I called. Usually I would get a call back, but sometimes I would not. They learned a week in that they needed a new window and ordered it after a week. When I went to pickup the car a second time the front license plate holder was STILL falling off. They fixed it and I left a few minutes later with the car.I left the car parked for about a month after repairs and when I started to use the car again noticed additional repairs that were required due to their work. Tesla was great and gave me a loaner while Tesla fixed the remaining issues - it took about a day. Tesla also billed the shop for these repairs, which included fixing the front passenger door, which was not properly put back together (there was a gap between the interior and exterior panels), fixing the rear passenger door handle, which would pop loudly when receding back into the door.Long story short, there is little to no communication from this shop unless you call first. They will not meet their promises deadlines, and you’ll probably have to take it back for repairs again.I have also been informed that this shop is no longer allowed to take Tesla vehicles. If you need a place to take your Tesla, Stuttgart Auto Body is great! Wait for their availability if you can. The experience is night and day.

I had a front fender impact repaired for $2,700. Within one week the seamcame apart. The manager promised he would order a plastic part and then do a 15 min repair. Despite numerous messages and calls there was no response, by now 3 1/2 months
