I really do not like giving bad reviews but this must be said. I had a collision and chose Autonation because I assumed a dealership with a collision center would be the best. The repairs were complete on my vehicle; however, when I picked up my car 5 weeks later (yes 5 weeks!) there was new damage! I pointed it out to the lady working. She responded that the damage was already there. UH no it certainly was NOT! She proceeded to show me pictures of said damage. Mind you, none of the pictures had the date or time on them. I explained this fact to her. She responded that she would have the manager contact me. Needless to say that did not happen. So I called today. The manager said the same exact thing as the staff member, but also let me know, no one informed him of the situation. Great customer service Autonation! 😑 The repairs were over 5k and to receive my vehicle with new damage is UNACCEPTABLE! I have attached the before photo taken by my insurance adjuster and how I received my vehicle back. You decide if youd like to waste your money on a place as careless as this. The manager is unwilling to correct their mistake. For this reason I would NEVER recommend this establishment! The fact that I received my car with additional damage is enough to leave this bitter taste in my mouth, but even worse is the horrible customer service. Not only was my original complaint ignored but when I finally spoke with the manager it was useless.As you see Autonation responded to my review. They asked us to call so that they could try and resolve this issue. We did. We were told that the procedure was to take photos upon drop of and pick up with the customer present. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! We told them this did not take place. The general manager asked me to email the before photos taken by my insurance adjuster which showed this damage was not on my car. I did this. The only thing that happened after the email was sent, was it was forwarded to the other manager whom I already spoke with. I was ccd on the email. It said Mike take a look at this. THAT IS IT! NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION SINCE!Do not look at their responses to the countless bad reviews and think they are making things right. They are only making it appear as if they are. My car still has additional damage from this establishment!

I was driving on the highway and a pipe or some object fell off a work truck, bounced up and hit my hood, leaving a long dent near the logo of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was recommended to this shop by my normal place so I went in, got my vehicle safely (during COVID) looked at and got an est. for a new hood soon after. They worked quickly with my insurance to get it done and Diego was particularly helpful. He communicated every step and answered all my questions. My Jeep looked beautiful when it was done, inside and out! I would definitely recommend them for any body work you may need!

Diego made an otherwise unpleasant experience very easy and straightforward. They even made sure I got factory parts and not off market which is apparently what the insurance company I filed a claim against was pushing. Thank you! If I dreadfully ever need body work again- I’ll be back!

Was Tboned in my jeep late march this year, parts and stuff took for ever for specialty vehicle but these guys worked in body work and everything else they could in the meantime. Thanks to the manager Diego Atencio specifically for good communication and answering all my questions in regards to the repair. Thanks again to everyone who worked on the truck, happy to have her back.

Took my grandsons bumpers to be painted and they did a fantastic job. The quality was perfect. It is an old car and the color match was dead on. Staff was easy to work with. Did everything they said they would do. Talked with them daily.Couldn’t have asked for better service.Thank you everyone.

My cars rear door trim piece started catching on the door frame so I couldnt open the door. I took it in to get an estimate and Susan looked at it and brought out a tech to look at it. He worked on it about 15 minutes but couldnt get it to stay so I set an appointment to bring it in the next business day. I brought it in and the tech took the door trim off, adjusted it, and adjusted the door. All fixed! And Susan didnt charge me a thing to fix it! Very awesome experience.

I had a fender bender in a vehicle I had just purchased, they had my truck for almost a month. The communication lacked horribly I had to call them to get an update every time. Zero sense of urgency even after I told them I don’t have rental coverage. They DO NOT have a warehouse stocked with OEM parts, they had to wait 5 days each time the estimator came to receive parts. Did not feel taken care of or valued as a customer. I will not bring my car back here in the future.

I brought in my Jeep to repair some minor bumper damage when someone hit it while it was parked. I got my Jeep back about a week ago and so far the repairs seem to be great, I am happy with the paint and it is very hard to notice that there was any damage to begin with.From the time I brought my Jeep in for an estimate, until I picked it up, Will Ames kept me informed of the progress being made and answered all of my questions. When the repair took a couple days longer than anticipated, the reason was clearly explained to me, and Will had no problem helping with deal with USAA in order to get my rental extended. Great repair and Excellent customer service.

They are very busy and did try to reschedule me but I needed to leave it. They informed me that it could take longer than normal. But would do all they could to complete my vehicle As quickly as possible. The work that was done was exceptionally great. Timely no but was kept up to date several times a week.Everyone at this shop worked great with myself and my insurance company.I do highly recommend them.

My daughters 2016 Jeep Renegade was returned to her last night after Mike assured her it was ready.After being there for almost 3 months, it came home with the following things still wrong:1. Duct tape on the outside, on the paint.2. The new roof doesnt line up correctly. It has gapson the window pillars.3. The left turn signal doesnt work.4. The new roof rack has scratches all over it.5. Gas tank was on empty.6. The Echo Park wash sticker along with her TollRoad sticker are missing. They dont know whathappened to those....The car is just basically filthy...and this is just what we noticed so far.We are beyond disappointed and quite frankly shocked at the care they took on getting her vehicle back to her in a safe/correct condition. This is supposed to be a Body Shop, right? A place you take your car to be fixed. We will see how Mike goes about making these things right.***Another review to follow on how they handle this situation.

My truck was damaged in the hail in April. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They were all professional and courteous, but they also did an amazing job on my truck. Every single inch of my truck was damaged by hail and they fixed it all. It looks like I have a brand new truck!! Also, I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance company, so they ended up giving me a loaner from the Ford Dealership at no charge!!! They saved my life, seriously! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. HUGE Kudos to Warren. Hes the person you want to deal with if you ever need to take your vehicle into this center. He is, hands down, the best person I have ever dealt with. He kept me informed continuously how the progress of my car was coming along. I never ever had to call and check on things. He handled everything with my insurance company so I didnt have to. Thank you, Warren and Autonation!!!!!!

They don’t back up their poor quality work. The poor paint job on our new bumper looks awful. The line doesn’t match up to the car and looks clearly like poor quality repair. They ordered new bumper.. but conveniently it’s been weeks and they don’t keep me posted. They knew we needed to get my son his car at college and they had 3 weeks.They could fix the entire rear and exhaust - including ordering parts - in two weeks but cant get a bumper in in 3 weeks? They are clearly stallingSeriously disappointed. I figured I could count on a AutoNation. Apparently not. Won’t buy our new car there now either.

My rating would actually be less than 1 star if that was possible!!! Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever dealt with!!! They had my vehicle for 29 days and charged the insurance company for a muffler they did not put on. Then they were paid for a new wiring harness that took them 2 months to acknowledge payment from the insurance company. They had my Jeep for an additional day to install this but for some reason couldn’t do it. Never called me to let me know there was a problem. They will tell you they will call you back but never do. Insurance Fraud!!!

Just had my car in for pdr. Automation did a great job working on the car. Very satisfied. I would recommend to my friends. Areas to improve would be, dont play with dashboard and air conditioning units. I came back to my car and ac unit on high. I never touch the ac until June.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just picked up truck for the second time, and they still didn’t address the problems. I can’t see how Mike the so called manager could even put his socks on in the morning. Let alone run a body shop. Worthless, save your time and money and go to a private shop.

This is an update, but similar, to my experience with this business in late 2017 (it is December 2019 now). Earlier this year, I took the same car to my dealer because a water leak to the drivers side floor had started after car washes and rain storms. My dealer asked if any body work had been done to the car; the only work had been by AutoNation Collision in late 2017. I went to see them, they pulled up my file, and from that moment on I got nothing but wonderful service--AGAIN. There was no question from the manager about whether my problem was related to their work. They paid for a rental vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and I had the car back in 3 days. I cant say enough about this body shop. If you need a good one, go see them.I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this collision center, who worked on my 2015 Subaru Outback after it was very badly damaged by the Spring 2017 hail storm. My windshield had been completely destroyed (I was in the Arvada area) so I had to have the car towed to the nearest Subaru dealership, which didnt do collision repairs. I called the AutoNation Collision Center in Littleton a week or so later, and Loretta Baca, the main contact in the center, took the time to talk to me and suggest that I have someone come out to fix the windshield so I could drive the car. She then took down my information, and put me in the long queue to have my car fixed. I called a few months later (driving my car all the while) and she had me in the queue, I just hadnt come up yet. When they did call me at the end of October, and I took my car in, from that point forward they could not have been more customer focused. They kept me up to date on the insurance (but handled it for me) and gave me their best estimate of how long the repairs (extensive--the insurance company offered to total the car) would take. They sent me texts with updates. And when I got the car back, it looked great. They had cleaned it inside and out, and I couldnt be happier. What a great team.

Hello AutoNation, I honestly could write about a 3 page review on how unbelievably bad my experience was with the autonation collision shop in Littleton. I thought that going to a bigger company I wouldnt have to worry about receiving a poor job but man was I wrong. Lets start with the fact that it took over 3 months to get my rear bumper/quarter panel repaired. And if you dont believe me I have over 75 emails that show proof of all the communication I had with the shop back and forth over 3 months. I honestly would have been completely fine if after I was told the car was ready which took 2 months the car was actually ready. When I went to pick the car up you can tell that the car was not buffed out at all, spots everywhere not even wiped down which they told me they dont detail cars numerous times but they didnt even wipe off the tape marks left when they masked everything off but that was the least of my worries as I noticed there was a big chip taken out of my door pillar which was very obvious so no one looked at the car when the tech said it was done and the tech never told anyone of the new damage. Took me about thirty seconds to see it so amazed after having the car for 2 months no one saw it either. But that was just the beginning. After I came back about 2 weeks later after being told car was ready again they had painted it again to replace a center piece in the bumper and they scratched the bumper in 3 different spots to get the piece in or out. And when I pointed it out they were like yeah we see it????? So why would you try to return the car to me with new damage. This happened to me about 5 times in total where I went to pick up the car and found problems because car was not looked at. The only person that I had any communication with was Elisa who did the best she could with the techs she had working for her. Your probably thinking what about the manager? Apparently he didnt exist because I didnt receive a single call from anyone. You would think the manager would know whats going on in his shop but you would be greatly mistaken as I think this shop is run by Elisa. As much as I wanted to be upset with her I knew it wasnt her fault and she was doing everything she could and deserves to be the manager because she did everything. I highly suggest you go to any other shop available in the area because your job will take longer then they tell you and the quality will not be good either. Unless you tell them over and over the mistakes over a month long period until its fixed. I think that they hope people dont care or dont look closely and they can just move on to the next job. To this day which is now 4 months later I havent received any kind of apology for the poor quality and timeline it took which doesnt surprise me as I dont think the manager cares much at all. Hoping someone above the manager will take the time to read this and address these issues because I know Im not the only person with a bad experience as when I was in the shop several times there were other customers complaining also. Being in the market to purchase a new car also, so unfortunately after this experience autonation will not be somewhere Ill be looking for a vehicle.

The service from the ladies we interacted with was just fine. They were pleasant. But after we picked up the vehicle, which had been in the shop for two months for hail damage repair, the inside of the vehicle was filthy with Bondo dust everywhere, there was black window sealant all over the inside of the windows which we had to scrape off, there was overspray from cleaner they must have used to quickly clean up the dashboard. It was so bad that I couldnt even see through the windshield after I drove away, and had to stop to clean it off, which was not an easy task. After cleaning it twice there is still remenance of whatever it was. The very least they could have done was clean up after themselves. Also now the sliding back window does not open anymore. This was poor, sloppy work. We are so disappointed. I would never recommend anyone go to this repair shop.

Avoid Autonation collision center at all cost! This repair shop put me and my familys safety at risk. This Place deserves no stars.They sent us home with an unsafe car after performing shoddy work. They did not repair the bent frame and used aftermarket parts that compromised the crash system (while committing fraud and telling us and the insurance company that they installed OEM parts). This place should not be in business. We are now forced to seek legal action. Please learn from our mistake.After we picked up our vehicle, we noticed it did not drive right. The steering was off and the vehicle smelt of burning electrical. Our early crash warning sensors would go off for no reason, and none of the replaced body parts were aligned. The quality of workmanship was very poor. Not to mention, the paint didnt even match the actual color of the car.After numerous failed attempts trying to get ahold of the manager Michael Damron to correct the problems. I was forced to call upper-management at Autonation. This proved to be the only way to get any response when trying to get the manager to call me back.Long story short. This shop had our car for a total of 4 months and never fixed the problems. We had to take the car to a different auto body shop, which we had to pay for out of our own pocket. After they looked at the vehicle for 10 minutes, they deemed the car unsafe to drive and recommended a frame measurement to see if the frame was indeed bent (something AutoNation never did). I had them do the frame measurement which proved the frame was bent. After this second shop found numerous problems with the shady repair that AutoNation did, the insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss. This whole process took 7 months! All the while we were making payments on a vehicle that should have been totaled in the first week.The best part was Autonation never admitted fault and never apologized for anything. They acted as if this was business as usual. All they offered was to pay for two weeks of rental car expenses while the other shop determined their shoddy work. Never mind that the process of getting this car totaled with the other shop and the insurance company and getting into another car took close to two months.They put my family at risk, and if we would have been in another accident with this vehicle, the frame and crash system would never have performed properly. This company is one of the most dishonest and deceitful businesses I have ever dealt with. Please stay away from this place. Do yourself a favor and pick a different auto body shop. Michael Damron and his crew are liars and AutoNation should not be in the business of fixing vehicles.

Called to schedule appointment, they were 5 weeks out; not thrilled but OK, busy means they do good work, right? Also, they wouldnt order any parts until they had the car, I guess they were afraid theyd get stuck having to return them and wanted possession of the car as leverage that I would follow through with the repair. Insurance company was not thrilled that a 2-3 day job was being quoted as not having a car for a week.The day before I was supposed to drop off they called and told me they couldnt take it, backed up; 4 more weeks until appointment. Accepted the change and started looking for a new shop. When I called back a week later to cancel appointment they didnt even seem to care.Cant believe the dealership referred me to this place.

The communication and professionalism with getting my WRX repaired here was exceptional. They have unfortunately had my car twice and I wouldnt take it to another body shop. They had delays but more than compensated for their delays by ensuring I had a car and didnt come out of pocket for a dime. Highly recommend them for any repair.

Staff: UNPROFESSIONAL| UNORGANIZED | MANNER LESS| BIG LIARS| NOT SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST | specially the Shop Supervisor (Daniel) if I remember his name correctly and his subordinate / Part and Sales Director.I gave my car for repair on front bumper on 17 May 2016. And on 19 May 2016 I was informed (mainly through text messages), technician is assigned and on 20 may 2016 I was informed that they are ordering parts to repair the car.Now again on 24 May 2016, I got a text message that they can not repair the bumper and they need to replace that.Highly unprofessional and unorganized way, that for the last 8 days they could not even identify weather they need to change part or replace the part ?Now when I asked them this question why there is so much delay to reach a decision weather you need to repair parts or change it, I got a very rude reply that β€œTHEY WERE BUSY”.They even had a fight with the insurance company when they asked them the same question…So at last suddenly the same day in evening I was called by their supervisor who shamelessly informed me that they will not repair my car and I can take it to other workshop.The staff their was so adamant & stubborn that they were not ready to listen anythingSIMPLY : DO NOT TRUST THIS CENTER | DO NOT FOOL YOURSELF|

This place is a joke. Brought my F150 in after I was rear ended. The manager told me it would be a 3 day repair. They didnt even look at the truck until the end of day 2. I called on day 3 to establish a pick up date, and they informed me they hadnt even ordered parts yet. Well, over another week later, blaming Ford for sending the wrong wiring harness multiple times, excuse after excuse, eventually I got my truck back. These people live on their own time, no apology for repeated failed promises and they are quick to blame others for their own mistakes. I will never do business with Autonation again.

Collision shop had previously repaired my vehicle and something had come loose. Called and then took the car in. They wanted to schedule a time to take it apart and see what needed to be done. I told them it was a bit of drive for me to go back and forth to their shop. They asked me if I had an hour now and I said yes. They fixed the problem right then. Very satisfied.

Took my vehicle with hail damage to autonation because its affiliated with the subaru dealer I leased the vehicle from. The first somewhat shady thing that seemed like a red flag was getting blank release forms with no pricing or anything that they wanted me to sign right away. Im no legal expert but signing a blank contract seemed ridiculous. I did not sign. It turned out my insurance company declared my vehicle was a total loss so no work was done. I cleared vehicle and verbally gave consent for the vehicle to be released to the insurance company. That message, apparently, did not make it to the right person so release was not given and my insurance company had to conference call me with someone at autonation to give consent again. Im usually not a review person - good or bad, but since autonation spammed my email once a week requesting a review, here it is. Overall, not a bad experience, but a few little things like asking me to sign blank release forms was a bit obnoxious.

Take my word when I tell you its very much worth your while to find a different shop. Liars, hustlers, unprofessional BSers.Im back, for more, after having my car a few days. Ive noticed damage to my car on parts that were removed to replace the parts that were damaged and to be replaced. What a joke this place is!
