We have used them in the past and have been very happy. I took our 2005 Subaru there this time for a detailed check as the car is moving out of state and being driven by my newly independent daughter. They could have talked me into many things knowing the purpose, but called and basically told me they couldnt find anything wrong other than a couple of lights out, oil change, etc that I knew. I opted for brake service because it was getting close to needing new pads. They continued to tell me how nice it was that I was doing it before needed. Highly recommend for honesty. Prices seem fair. Also prior to this, they provided advice and help dealing with another shop who had done extensive work on the car and some of that work needed fixing. I was able to secure some refund by the previous shop.
Service manager, Ace, is punctual, kind, and professional. I was impressed with the speed these auto garage mechanics were able to get my Subaru into the shop, diagnose the problems, itemized the necessary fixes, and continued with priority recommendations with associated service and parts cost. Then, were gracious enough to let me store my immovable vehicle for 24hours while I figured out what my next move had to be. I love these auto garage mechanics and management!
Ace and the crew at Toy Doctor are awesome, and Im thrilled to have a Toyota specialist right down the road.Had a check engine light on my 1999 Land Cruiser on a Saturday morning, when most shops are closed, so I decided to hook up a code reader and see what it says. Misfire on cylinder 5. Im home on a short vacation from work in the Middle East, so Im not trying to deal with vehicle issues instead of camping on my limited time off. So I got a bit impatient and took the Cruiser in to another shop that was open on the weekend (Sauls Autotek. Had decent reviews). I told them about the code, and the next morning they called and told me I had blown my engine, and then immediately tried to talk me into a Chevy LS swap for $14000. I couldnt roll my eyes any harder during this phone call. Just one giant red flag. These guys really swung for the fences. The 2UZ-FE motor in the Land Cruiser is pretty well known for being one of Toyotas most reliable ever. So I waited until Monday morning so I could call Toy Doctor, as I should have done in the first place. Ace and the crew had already helped me out with the annoying squeak from my sway bar bushings a week or so prior. I told them what had happened with the other shop, and Ace told me to bring it on down and theyd take another look.I picked it up and limped it into Toy Doctor. Got a call the next day that all I needed were 2 ignition coils, and Id be good to go. They wrapped it up as soon as the coils came in, and sure enough, it ran just fine. These guys saved the little bit of Colorado summer I get this year, and I will continue to use them for both of my Toyotas in the future. Always a good sign when you see other modified Cruisers and 4Runners in the lot.
I took my 2000 4Runner in this past Monday and Ace helped me out. I got my car in, fixed and back to me in one day! This has never happened to me before. Ace gave me detailed information about what was happening with my car and was up front and honest about the cost. My 4Runner came back to me in great shape again. I highly recommend this shop!
Toy Doctor is personable, answers my questions, and is able to repair my Toyota quickly.
I took my 4Runner in for an oil change and the staff was friendly and professional, even taking the time after my appointment to try and diagnose a concern I had, which I thought was a step above! They appeared to be taking COVID measures to keep the community safe, which I appreciate too! I will be using them for future work too. My only concern was that recommendations were based off mileage and not the actual fluid condition. However, that’s pretty standard practice for most shops. Know your vehicle and what’s needed and when and you’ll be able to heed the advice when needed.
I had a diagnostic done in our 2004 camry. The report was thorough and helpful.
The owner and staff at the Littleton location treated us and our Sequoia like we were their most important customer and do so every time we go. From our full engine replacement to smaller standard services. Older now, I chose to not do many of the repairs myself anymore but have extensive automotive knowledge. Toy Doctor Littleton is HONEST, Uses OEM PARTS, and THOROUGH! I couldnt be a happier customer.
They know exactly what they are doing here like nobodys business. The only car place I trust for my toyotas. So Glad to have them so clase! Thanks boys for all the hard work you put into all my cars even when I run it way past the point of no return.
Well run operation, clean waiting room, efficient and professional.
No push for extra repairsLet me know cheapest way to get mu old truck fixed..Ill go back.
Toy Doctor was amazing and by far the best service and car maintenance I’ve experienced in the Denver Metro area. I have a pretty beat up old car, they gave me all of the information I need to move forward on my maintenance. They remained professional and were happy to give me the bare bones facts about my car. I appreciated their help and insight and will continue to see them for many years to come.
I went in for an oil change because I received a coupon in the mail. I live nearby and was also looking for a new place to go to other than Midas across the street. I had an appt and still waited 2 hours. They didn’t have my filter on hand but yet knew all week of my appt and the vehicle I would be bringing in. You would think they would check their inventory. When I went to pay there was no standard inspection report to go with it. Tires, cabin filter brakes etc. apparently my car was in perfect condition and needed nothing. 75k mikes.. yeah ok. The service advisor had an attitude and talked down to me. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews. Maybe they only give good service to customers with Toyota’s? Ha.. Doesn’t matter, trust me I won’t be going back.
Awesome service! Fixed the problem!
I went in with a problem, thinking it was one thing. They didnt try to sell me what I didnt need. The billing was open and honest, no guessing what the bill is.Very professional, and friendly staff.
Winterization of car and complete change of fluids and battery
I use them regularly for a special transmission service and am very happy with their service.
Satisfied customer of 3 years
Cheaper than the dealer. Polite.Ill be back.
Have been to the Toy Doctor now 3 or 4 times for the major maintenance, bushing replacements, brakes, even oil changes and tire rotation. Everyone there goes way out of their way to make sure your car is done right and that you are happy with it. Prices are very reasonable. I will always be a Toy Doctor customer and will recommend them to those I know who drives Japanese imports!
Service was fantastic and I will put my trust in them anytime!👍👍
I have used Toy Doctor on several occasions for a service and repair. The work has been reliable and on time. Their customer contact model is great— they always advise you what’s up and they always answer or call back as promised. When you ask for an estimate for a specific add-on, they put the estimate on the ppwk AND in your service record, for future reference. I like what and how they’re doing it.
I brought my modified GX470 in for a timing belt service and a brake caliper upgrade (to the newer GX460 front brakes) and the guys at Toy Doctor got everything done for me at very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone with a Toyota or Lexus.
I absolutely love this place! They always do an excellent job explaining the services needed. They are super cost effective and can get you in easily! I would recommend them to anyone!
My first time with Toy Doctor, and it was a very good Experience. I’ll definitely continue going here from now on. My Tacoma has 166000 miles and I decided to replace the fluid in the front and rear differential, the transmission, brake fluid, and serpentine belt replaced. In and out same day with a reasonable price. Groove tried to tell me it would cost about 75 percent more. This was so much better!
Great service once again. Went in for a routine oil change and also to have squeaky brakes investigated. Brake pads were found to still have life, staff recommended having the brakes deglazed which was done and solved the squeaking. They did not try to sell me new brakes or any other unnecessary service - this is an ethical shop!
Toy Doctor evaluated a problem gave me a quote and provided me a loaner car. I thought the estimate was too much. I returned my loaner and paid required evaluation fee. Even though I did not do this particular repair I would still return to Toy Doctor. I like this place a lot
I needed service on my vehicle and was referred to Toy Doctor by a parts desk professional from Kuni Lexus who has taken his 4Runner here for service. I called to get a price on a steering rack replacement and spoke to Joel. Joel let me know that he would need to get back to me and that never occurred. The basis of this review is derived from my first impression with this business as a result of the service salesperson to whom I spoke. I would have appreciated a call back with a price on the service as promised. I took the vehicle elsewhere.
The Toy Doctor was very helpful with my Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately many repairs were needed but Joe was very helpful and made a list of top priorities.Of course the work that they did kept me on the road and that I am thankful for.By the way Joe and Chase are very friendly, polite, and very professional. Like most people car repairs are headaches but their sweet dogs sure do help minimize my stress levels during the whole process.Thank youC.Solheim
Have had good experiences here in the past but this time was very different. Not sure if management changed or what. Was quoted one price and when I showed up it was “re quoted” 20% more. Was told I need multiple services that had already been done. Was told they would need a half a day, but they ended up having for a day and 1/2 because they didn’t order part. When I picked it up the vehicle after exhaust work the check engine light came back on and I had to take it back and was charged an additional $140 diagnostic fee to conform there is $1500 of additional exhaust work that needs to be done. Obviously never ran any diagnostics to test system after original work. Super sloppy and now and will now have to find a new place. Don’t mind paying for quality work, but HATE to feel like I am being taken advantage of!!
My visit with Toy Doctor was absolutely wonderful! The men There are so kind and considerate. There was lots to do with my car and they checked it all out and fixed it and kept me posted a number of times during the day about how things were going.I love taking my car there. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else
The guys are professional & friendly. Can get me scheduled within 1-2 days for service & I am very happy with the service I get for my 2 cars. Good price & value- I know they are using Toyota parts instead of making some other brand fit.Work is always done in a timely manner.
Super super super 👌👌👌. Great technicians and great skills. I always prefer Toy doctor for Toyota, scion and Lexus vehicles. I have a 2004 Camry, which had some engine issue 2 years ago so visited grove Toyota on Broadway these guys told me that engine got blow out. Car didn’t run and they offered me 500 bucks . Then I visited to Toy doctor these Supermen fixed the issues for 500 bucks car is still working fine without any issues even 2 years after the fix.Reliable, dedicated and skilled staff ...👌👌👌Thank you Toy Doctor.
It’s only been a couple of days since the work was completed, but so far so good. But I can say that were very responsive. The cost was the same as the Toyota dealership, and I did think I would get it cheaper, but that’s my fault for not checking first. One item they recommended was new CV boots for $1200 (both sides). I checked with two Toyota dealerships and found the cost to be $950 and $918, so the dealer was considerably cheaper. The descriptions of work were identical, so I don’t understand the cost difference. I’ll check the dealer first, next time. Note: I ended up going with another company in Littleton, co for $735. They simply replaced the items rather than trying to clean and keep the original equipment, but I wasn’t sure I had original equipment because the vehicle has over 200k.Recommendation: check costs with the Toyota dealer before going to this company. Otherwise this looks to be a reasonable choice.
Love these guys. Excellent customer service!! Hard to find these days. Family owned, not a chain. They are very transparent with cost and provide excellent advice when needed. Very knowledgeable with the car, the warranties, the re-calls. I use Toy Doctor exclusively for everything.- Devoted for life
Always easy to work with and fair prices.
Battery died. Jump start didnt work. Took battery to shop and left it for charging, which didnt work eitherToy Doctor technician came to home with new battery and installed it at no charge. Recent good customer rebate reduced cost by 50%. Doesnt get any better than that.
Love this shop! Theyre always professional and quick with my (unusual) requests
Good service and nice people.
Great people there very helpful
Sanded headlight covers/did a great job
The Toy Doctor staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. They work on our 1990 Toyota Camry that has 225,000 miles on it. Due to their attention to detail the car just keeps on running! The staff also dont try to stick us with unnecessary work on the car but make recommendations based on safety and realism and on its age. Really appreciate that aspect. Weve been using Toy Doctor for repair work for over a decade and glad to have them in business.
Toy Doctor always does a great job. They are on time with their ETAs and honest with what needs to be fixed. After being screwed over by another mechanic for years Im glad I found someone I can trust.
Trying to find a good place to service your vehicle can be scary. One of our cars is a Toyota Highlander and we found Toy Doctor a year or two ago. We have found them to be honest (a word I dont use lightly) and reliable. Shawn, at the front counter, is friendly and helpful. Oscar, when he calls with the evaluation results, is wonderful. He is thorough and is willing to answer all of our questions.
Been taking my vehicle here for many years, and as always they do a great job! Very friendly personnel and very timely service...!
The toy doctor is awesome! Oscar runs a tight ship down there and they have never let me down. I found this place because it was close to my house and I wanted to get a second opinion from a big box repair shop. Toy doctor with straight up with me and told me that the suggested repairs from the big box was not necessary and I ended up saving a lot of money. We take two of our cars there and are always very pleased with the service and how professional everyone there is. If you are a Toyota owner I highly recommend this facility.
The techs and customer service people at Toy Doctor are friendly, ethical, professional, well-trained. Their repairs are fairly priced. If something goes wrong with the repair they do, they dont charge you for the follow up work.
They have serviced my Lexus since the original warrant ran out. This 2006 vehicle with 170k+ mile still runs perfectly thanks to their attention and quality service. Great customer service and trusted satisfaction on my part. Highly recommend!
The people were very nice and helpful. However, they were going to charge twice as much as I ended up paying somewhere else. Also, they picked apart everything on my vehicle to find ways to up sell me on more work and they even charged me $145 to do that inspection. Very glad I paid for a tow to take it somewhere else because the savings more than made up for the cost of the extra tow. I’m sure they do good work and they better for what they charge.
Chris and the entire staff are awesome and will take care of you and your vehicle!!!
I’ve been a customer of Toy Doctor since 2007. They take such great care of my old Toyota and have kept me on the road for over 130k miles. I highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else. I’m up to 186k now and still runs like a champ thanks to Toy Doctor
Always happy with the work Toy Doctor does. They always look over my whole vehicle even if I am just getting an oil change. They tell me whats wrong with my car (If anything) and never pressure me to get the work done then and there that day. I can take it back and get the work done as I can afford it. Its appreciated.
I requested and was given a detailed written estimate for services and repairs. I also requested a d received the original parts for review. All my questions were answered clearly and were very helpful. It was pleasure working with everyone at this shop.
Toy Doctor does outstanding work.
I have only great things to say about Toy Doctor so far. I took my 2000 Toyota Camry into a different service center on Wadsworth and got the normal “little woman” treatment and a list of services with no explaination. After doing a bit of research I took that list and found the Toy Doctor. They took the time to explain and show me the parts of everything that they replaced. Every single step of the process was explained with care and understanding. I also got a ride back to my house (which isn’t close!) free of charge. At the end of my appointment I received a written explanation of everything that was performed, a warranty on what was done, and suggestions for service down the road. He wasn’t pushy and was willing to take the extra time to explain where and when these services should be done. (he even told me when there was one that would be cheaper elsewhere)Two days later when it got cold my brake light started flickering. They let me come in with almost no notice and checked it out/added brake fluid for no charge. There was absolutely nothing but respect and care shown to me at the Toy Doctor and my 16 year old Toyota is running great! Thanks :)*update: they have since replaced my entire front brake system, again, amazing service and offered me a loaner car to drive as mine was inoperable over the weekend :)
Handled expertly as always. Was fast and inexpensive. Thank you
Toy Dr. always does a great job of quickly and accurately diagnosing all the various problems with our 1997 land cruiser that noone else seems to figure out (including me). They are super high tech, even sending a webbased evaluation with pictures of all the various issues. Highly recommend.
Great service as always
Toy Dr is great.
Great service! Will definitely use them again.
My cousin took her car too Groove Toyota on Broadway and got a high estimates . Me being skeptical, I searched around and found Toy Doctor. Although it was very last minute, they had the car repaired and on the road for 1/4th of the cost and less than a 24 hour turn around time. If you have a Toyota, definitely bring it here. Sean, Oscar and everyone working here are professional and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more!
TOY DOCTOR - LITTLETON, CO 8061 S BROADWAYOctober 01, 2017After over a decade of doing business with this store (2 CARS), I came to trust the business enough to send my wife (first time) in for an oil change and new wipers on her 4-Runner. She comes back with an additional charge of $65 for replacement of the cabin air filter,,, that I had replaced less than three (YES,,, 3) monthsbefore! Even the stores invoice stated the cabin filter (STARTING TO GET DIRTY).To make this incident more annoying, I had discussed this appointment over the phone detailing very specifically what was to be done, before my wife took the car in. I was assured nothing else would be done unless I approved it.The filter replaced, was less than 3 months, and less than 1000 miles in service on a car driven only in the city, and always garaged! Further,,, the access to the filter was tagged with a replacement date sticker! It is clear to me that the filter was not even looked at because the replacement date sticker could not be missed,,, NO WAY! Did they show my wife a DIRTY FILTER they keep around for when a lady, any / all ladies show up?? When I discussed this issue the next day at the store, they could not come up with the replaced cabin air filter! How many customers have been ripped off by this honest business??Ive never had any doubts about how WOMEN get abused, violated, conned, and taken advantage of! Now that I have experienced it close to home, I find it even more appalling, atrocious, disgraceful, deplorable, than I ever knew I could be capable of feeling. I always thought this business was trustworthy - NOT anymore!
Excellent place to receive services. For almost two years I have been going to Toy Doctor for maintenance care and each time I am just as impressed with the first. My husband is an engineer so when I initially went he was skeptical of the parts they would use and recommendations. Not anymore. They use original manufactured parts, provide a great analysis on how your vehicle is running with future needs that will be coming up. No scare tactics or crisis mode mentality. The best part of Toy Doctor on Broadway is their honesty! In addition to their competitive pricing, knowledge and very friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work and bring your car/SUV/truck to them for service - you will be amazed at their quality and pricing.
I tried to remain a loyal customer, but the new changes make it difficult. They no longer give over the phone estimates, they now require you to bring it in and pay for their diagnose fee, money grab!!!. Same as all the Toyota dealerships in the area. If thats the case you might as well take your car to a certified Toyota dealership where the area waiting rooms are much more comfortable and spacious, more amenities as far as free drinks on hand and snacks in some cases because of the pandemic, and more importantly you dont have to wait for parts, they have it all for your Toy. I loved it when this place had a mom and pop feel, but since theyre acting corporate I might as well take it place that has corporate amenities...I have 5 kids, but my Tundra is my TRUE love:) Joe, Daniel, Chase and I wish I knew the young mans name who worked on my truck.. Thanks guys! and of course a special thanks to Neby! I hope I spelled his name right Chase, we all know how sensitive you can be sometimes. By the way they replaced my timing belt and they did a GREAT job at it at a good price. I drove my Truck to California for a family road trip shortly after and it did AMAZING! Over 300k miles and with the Toy Doctors help itll make it another 300k easily. Thanks again fellas!Sincerely,JR
Toy Doctor is so great everyone Ive worked with has been so professional, helpful, and very nice. Shawn and Chase were helping me at my last service and it was very enjoyable to work with such great enthusiastic people who were helpful and made my nice care even nicer. Love you guys and thank you. XOXOXOXOX
Ive been into Toyotas since the sixties; Ive been to dealers and independent repair shops; it’s been my experience that they both run more cold than hot, but not the Toy Doctor. Ive been going to my mechanic here for about eighteen years, and this is no B.S…Ive NEVER had to take my car back for additional work on repairs already performed, nor has my car ever been misdiagnosed, and the prices are reasonable. From the front of the shop to the service bays, this place is a slam dunk for killer professional service.
Took my 4runner in because I needed a milestone maintenance and they gave me by far the lowest quote out of anyone I called. In addition, when they found some issues in the car, I was told the severity of each issue, so I didnt feel as if they were trying to just keep selling me parts I didnt need. Got the car fixed much faster than I expected, as well! I will definitely be going back when I need something next.
If you drive a Toyota or a Lexus, Toy Doctor is the place to go. A good Mechanic shop is hard to find, especially if you already hate car repairs. That said: Toy Doctors Friendly, Experienced and knowledgeable staff make it all a little easier. And the customer care shuttle/ride service, complete with a pleasant and safe driver, made getting repairs much less inconvenient. I still hate having to fix my car; but these guys might make me forget that.
Fast, friendly and they only do what needs to be done. I found the dealers try to do everything thats recommended even when its not needed. Ive saved hundreds of dollars here.
Thorough evaluation and repair of items and very responsive and helpful with my questions. Highly recommend their service.
I had a major problem with the steering mechanism and left front CV boot. Toy Doctor repaired both quickly. In the process of the repair the front axle seal was slightly damage causing a very small leak I detected a couple days later. I took it back to Toy Doctor and they immediately accepted responsibility and repaired the seal the same day. Such human errors happened. To their credit, responded the right way and took care of the problem thus making me a future return customer.
Every experience we have had with Toy Doctor has been positive. They have not only consistently delivered quality work at very competitive prices, but they are always very open and honest about what does and does not need to be addressed with our vehicles. The level of trust they earn is excellent, especially in the automotive industry.Bottom line, I would absolutely recommend Toy Doctor to anyone and everyone!
Toy Doctor always takes great care of my car. They are very thorough about checking for other issues and phoning me with the information, options and costs for each. They are never high-pressure about selling their services, which I appreciate.
Rare honest mechanics & a nice clean shop, highly recommend! I live in Oregon and had recently changed out the diff, t case etc fluids on my 4Runner. While in Denver over the holidays I had Toy Doctor check out an issue, and while diagnosing they confirmed all the fluids etc were up to date without knowing the history of the vehicle; meaning they actually checked the fluids and didnt try to upsell me unneeded repairs. Since then two different dealerships have tried to sell me diff & t case services while Im in for an oil change because they obviously dont check the fluids first.
Amazing customer service !! Always accommodating, will provide a ride when needed. Very prompt when your time slot has been scheduled for your vehicle, never a wait. Will always call you first if they see additional work that may need to be done and then provide a new expected time of completion. I have had nothing but honesty from these guys and I never feel like I am being up sold.NEVER had a problem with the work quality. I LOVE that they provide me detailed estimates of what I can expect in the near future and they help me to prioritize most critical vs. can live without for a bit. Helps me to budget for future expenses. They always take the time to explain what everything means and how it impacts the car. I never, ever full rushed. The facilities are clean and welcoming. I am so fortunate to have found this shop !! Only Toy Doctor is allowed to work on my car.Quick example of quality: I had to take my car into Kuni Lexus for a recall. As the gentleman sits down to say, hey, here is what we found wrong with your car... Long pause and then he says; Actually, we found nothing wrong with your car, your car has been well maintained and at this rate, you can expect well over another 100 miles out of this car.(2006 is250 - currently at 147K miles).HUGE kudos to Toy Doctor ! Love you guys ! Keep up the good work !-Kimberly
I take both my cars to Toy Doctor Littleton, because I always get great service. From the minute I get there, Mark and James take care of me and make sure I feel comfortable. Toy Doctor seems to make a sincere effort to have fair prices on both the parts and labor. I have never once felt they were trying to charge me higher prices, or up sell unnecessary work because I am a female. A feature I appreciate is the ability to email back and forth with the service writer James, it makes it easy to accept or decline recommendations without playing phone tag. Also, though it may seem a small point, the bathroom is very clean...I dont feel like I am entering a mens locker room.
My 95 4 runner was towed to a dealership. The timing was messed up. The technicians at Toy Doctor quickly found the problems and corrected them. It runs beautifully. This is why I have been going to Toy Doctor for years.
Always fair
Had another well known shop do an estimate of work on my Camry. Thought it seemed very high. I took it to Toy Doctor and had them do a look with no notice of what other company said was wrong and of the other estimate. They did inspection and came back at nearly half the cost. Then reviewed first estimate and with them and many things other company said needed work TD said was not the case. What was consistent with other estimate was done at a more reasonable price. Car has performed very well since then with no indication other items really needed to be addressed.
I have had my two Toyotas serviced here for many years and have never been let down.
Professional and courteous. Weve always had good service here!
Quick service, very professional and friendly, always satisfied with their work!
Before giving a bad online rating, we always give the owner an opportunity to correct a situation first. Im so glad we took a deep breath and did this today. I have taken my vehicle to the Toy Doctor, in Littleton, since 2009. I faithfully schedule appointments everytime my engine maintenance light comes on. We have always been satisfied with the customer service and work. This time we had a new radiator installed; unfortunately we had to take my vehicle back because of a radiator leak. My husband had a few issues and called Artie Kosack (the owner) and explained his concerns. Let me tell you, this man is all about customer service, correcting a problem and went above and beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with Arties attention to outstanding and exceptional customer service!!! We highly recommend the Toy Doctor in Littleton. Thank you Artie….. in the automotive business you are a rare gem, you are honest, treated us with respect, understanding and most importantly you exceeded our expectations!!!
I have taken my 2010 RAV4 and my sons 2006 Scion here for years and am impressed by the customer service and honesty of this shop. Major watch for recommendations have been confirmed by Go Toyota when I have been to the dealership for factory recalls. My husband is so impressed that he is seriously considering purchasing a Lexus as his next car. I spread the word about Toy Doctor whenever possible because I believe that a good business deserves a good word.
Toy Doctor is okay for repairs, but dont buy parts from them!I bought some air filters and oil filters and the guy there said I could return them if they were not right. The first air filter was incorrect, so I took back the air filter a week later for one vehicle and the other guy who works there said they dont do returns. Well, that is 100% different than what I was told the week before by the first salesman. He did take that air filter back, though. The next day, I went to change the air filter in my other vehicle to find the guy had sold me the wrong air filter for that vehicle even though I gave him the exact year and engine model! I went in to say he sold me the wrong part and the response was, We really cant be doing this anymore. I protested and pointed out the guy sold me the totally wrong part. He understood and got me the correct part.Even though I ended up with the correct parts in the end it was a huge hassle because one of their employees didnt know the return policy and couldnt get me the right air filters.Bottom line... Go to the dealership for OEM Toyota parts!
Installed a rear bulb very quickly. Appreciated the service
As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. Theyre a little more expensive, but they know what theyre doing when it comes to Toyota and Lexus. I had 120k maintenance done, they explained everything and did a very good job. Still going 4 months later and havent had any issues. They did advise me to get a new CV boot soon, which I still havent done (my own fault). There was also a squeak that had been driving me nuts for about a year that 2 of my mechanic friends I and spent hours trying to sort out, still couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Toy Doc fixed it and lemme tell ya, Im very grateful for it!
Ive been a customer for years. My car is 13 years old and has over 100,000 miles on it. It is in excellent condition because of the care Ive received from Toy Doctor. I will continue to rely on them to take care of my vehicle. Ive never felt like Ive been ripped off because they always explain everything and show me the parts that were replaced. When I drop my car off for service, they always offer me a ride to where I need to go. And then they come and get me when my car is done. This is the kind of service that I expect from a company that I do business with, and they certainly meet my expectations!
Awesome honest place to take your Toyota to! Great prices and they know what their doing! Wont take my Toyota any where else.
This is a excellent shop, very thorough, they save me a ton of money. Very high integrity!
We own a 1999 Lexus 470 and used another mechanic for many years. We began having problems with that particular shop and began the search for a new shop that understood how our vehicle operates. We discovered Toy Doctor and took our Lexus to their shop for an oil change and discovered quite a few sins and omissions in our Lexus. We were given written estimates and priorities for repairs. We will begin the process of addressing this list of 1 through 6 and the experience with Toy Doctor seems reasonable to expect the best repairs money can buy.I recommend that all Toyota owners look South on Broadway for there car needs,( please leave room for us).Thank you Toy Doctors,Ruth Abbott
Great service, friendly staff. Used Toy Dr. for several years, always had good results.
I had some positive experiences with them. My wife and I both have a Lexus. Things started to fall apart when they started discussing batteries. I was told my battery was leaking and it was a Sears year old battery. I took it to Sears. Nothing was wrong. Fast forward a year. My wifes battery did go bad. The car was in the garage and she called Mark. A light was on regarding AWD. He said ignore it. We jumped the battery and took the car in, although it would have been replaced free by Lexus. They had helped and deserved the business. When arriving I signed paperwork and asked why they thought the battery went bad. They guy (not Mark) clearly didnt know. He said it needed to be kept full of distilled water. I asked if they did that service. He turned and walked away. Mark came in and the discussion continued. No bad words or voice raising. Mark couldnt or wouldnt answer my questions and frankly treated with disrespect. When I left I said I likely wouldnt be back. He said that was just fine. I asked about my asking questions and he said, You asked them in a condescending manner. Ive NEVER been treated like that and wont go back. There are other better choices. Not recommended.
The team communicated well and kept me informed. There were unexpected charges due to the age of the vehicle, but they were discussed before any further work was completd.
Total scam repair shop. Had a spark plug that had backed out and they literally told me they could not tighten it up and needed to do major head work to fix it. I tightened up myself in the parking lot and its still fine 50k later. Never again!
Probably one of the last honest mechanics around. I bring both my Toyotas here and have referred several others.
Great service!! I use them for my Prius, Avalon, and Tacoma 4X4. Accurate estimates and friendly staff. I highly recommend Toy Doctor!! Great service even with new C-19 processes!
Fast and efficient service. They keep our three Toyota cars running well.
Quality work, reasonably priced, professional staff! Thank you.
