This was the first time I had used Town Center Auto Repair. We had a power steering fluid leak. After replacing the pump and hose the system was still making quite a bit of noise. Troy took a second look and spent extra time (at no cost to us) in getting the repair fixed. He was super professional and extremely fair and communicative with us. He clearly has a sense of pride in the quality of his work and he did get our power steering issue completely resolved. (He was also genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience to us)I will definitely be taking my other cars here for any kind of repair. Transparent pricing, high quality service, and a mechanic that takes absolute pride and ownership of his work.

They are so friendly. I am from out of town. They got me in as soon as possible. Told me my problem. Fixed it. Definitely wish they was closer to Oklahoma. Great mechanics.

Quoted job accurately over phone. Honest and quick service. When replacing the alternator, they happen to break the radiator. Instead of telling me I need a new radiator like some other repair shops would do, they replaced it for free. This is all Im looking for, honesty and integrity. Honest and hardworking repair shop. My family recommended it, so I took my Jeep in and was not disappointed.

Called Don out of the blue trying to get some emergency repairs in, and he fit me in the very next day. Unlike many other mechanics in the area, Don and his staff charge reasonable rates and genuinely care about what you need in your circumstances, rather than trying to sell you unnecessary things. I could not recommend these people enough and they will always have my business. If you want an honest, down to earth car mechanic, this place is the one for you.

Weve had great experiences here. I feel like a lot of mechanics make you fix something expensive anytime you take your car in. Ive already had a couple of experiences with Town Center where we went in with a problem and they found the issue and it didnt cost very much to fix.For example, my relatively old (2004) car recently failed the states emissions test. Town Center quickly identified the issue (one of my sensors needed cleaned off), fixed it, and only charged me for their time. Im super happy to pay for expertise--what I dont like is having to pay for unnecessary expensive repairs.

We have a couple of older vehicles including our 03 Explorer with over 190,000 miles in the clock. Don and his crew have always done great work at very reasonable prices. They always let us know exactly what needs to be done and what doesnt and in most cases get the work done on the same day. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a mechanic.

These guys are amazing. I have been to a lot auto repair shops in my life and these guys are by far the most honest mechanics I have met. I have gone twice in the last year and the services has been outstanding. I left the other without being charge after they looked at an issue with car. The gave some suggestions on what could fixed the rattle noise and say you no charge. When the last time you have gone to a mechanic shop and they did not find something to bill for. I will keeping to Town Center Auto Repair for future repairs. Finally a place I can trust.

THIS PLACE IS A LIFESAVER! I know nothing about cars, so having a mechanic as honest as Don is a prayer answered. I called Town Center Auto Repair in a panic about my dangling muffler and the next day he did a quick patch job for me that easily fixed the problem, no charge! You can’t find that kind of service anywhere. He saved me well over $200 and even came in on his day off to do the work. Most places would have taken advantage of someone like me. Truly a remarkable business that will only service my car from now on.

I love this place! These are the best mechanics I’ve ever experienced. Very honest and upfront about what will be the best and most cost efficient repair route for my vehicle. Josh is the guy I’ve worked with for the past year or so, and already he recognizes from memory who I am and the work he’s previously done on my vehicle when I call in.

Great place! Honest & caring!! I stopped in think my car was gone, transmission not working properly. Took them 10 min to find a sensor that was loose. They could of charged me a ton just to diagnose, but they didn’t! I will be back!

Got the work done on my car and only what I needed. No BS. The customer service was excellent. Work was done in a timely manor and for a fair price. I am a mechanic and will be taking my car here for any items I dont have time to do myself.

These guys are top notch. The best Ive encountered in many years of owning vehicles. We took my wifes Yukon in for service to another local shop, and they claimed the repair work was going to be about $6,500. A buddy of mine recommended Town Center, so I called Troy. He was able to get us in almost immediately, got the work done timely, and fixed everything that actually NEEDED to be done for about $850. He told me what things were critical, what things we needed to keep an eye on, what things could wait, and what things werent necessary at all. Weve never considered going anywhere else, and I tell everyone I know about these guys. Good, honest, hard-working guys who know their stuff and wont take advantage of you. Why is that so hard to find??

Town Center Auto Repair is the best auto repair Ive had in 30 years of driving! I actually know how to work on my own cars but old age, lack of time, always have me looking at other options these days.I found this shop from a friend of mine that used them & I was amazed at all the details they gave me on my car after they fixed it! (They even showed me the parts that they changed out!) All in all Im a big fan of their total honesty & skills at fixing cars!I have more cars I want to get worked on & I am truly blessed to find such honest, great mechanics not to mention the friendliest people ever!

The girl at the OReillys store next door told me these guys were the most honest mechanics in Highlands Ranch, so I had them repair my car. They fixed the problem for a way cheaper price than the other shops had to offer, and they literally had it fixed within 24 hours. Ive never had such great service. If I wasnt moving to Texas, I dont believe Id ever use another shop. These guys are solid!

I had an exhaust leak that was making a lot of noise and I was worried that it was going to be an expensive fix. When I called Town Center Auto Repair, they set me up to come in the next day to take a look at it. I went in and they were able to fix it on the spot, in less than an hour and the total cost including parts and labor was less than the diagnostic charge at many other shops! I will go here from now on.

Had a battery go bad on a trike ride on a saturday ride and at noon they got a new battery and installed and had wonderful afternoon ride thanks to them staying after closing !

Super friendly service, my car needed breaks done and they let us use a shop car to go get breakfast while it was done. They even suggested restaurants.
