Unbelievable and unmatched service. Every person who works here is very kind and always bend over backward to help with whatever we need. Very Very fast friendly service. Called on a Friday after 2pm and they had my car done by 5. Straight forward honest pricing. Listens to the customer. Called 3 other shops before Christian brothers. Other shops wouldnt even hear my test results from running the charging system diagnostics. They listened and explained why I was correct about needing a new alternator. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!Thank you so much Ron!

Came in at 9am with a window that wouldn’t roll up. I expressed that I needed it done ASAP because I didn’t want to leave my window taped up overnight at my apartment complex. I’m pretty sure the part was already on its way to the shop even before I was done talking to the advisor. They drove me to work, called me in the afternoon when the part came in, and it was fixed by the time I got off work. AND was less expensive than I thought it would be. Kudos to Christian brothers Ken Caryl!

My girlfriend and I were traveling from Sacramento California back to our hometown of Superior Wisconsin when just outside of Denver a by 150 miles our speed sensor went out. This caused the transmission to stay in 2nd and 3rd gear only. We were able to get it to our hotel on Denver and first thing the next day I started calling around to different shops. Every Hyundai dealer or service shop in town was booked up and not taking anybody. I ended up finding these fine folks on and they told me they were able to get in to look at it at the end of the day after I explained my situation to them and how we needed to get home and couldnt stay more than two days in Denver. They were able to find out what went wrong and fix it in a less than a day. They just had to order the part in which came in first thing the next day and they had us back on the road by noon that day. They did all of this and they did it at a fair price. Very quality group of gentleman and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help. We made it back home the same day as well! Thanks again guys!

Very easy and effortless with being able to have my car towed and looked at to find out the issue. Ron who was the person in contact with me about my vehicle was awesome and great. He is definitely thorough with communicating any issues and the process of what will be next to happen as long as me the customer okayed for it to be done. All this was done with me not having to be there at the shop and was given the best customer service, definitely have never experienced a automotive shop with great service like this before. I can for sure say that with Ron’s great customer service and knowledge he has definitely paved a new road for me with future services that I may need and will be coming back.

Immensely disappointed with this shop. We had been here before for the same service (a simple oil change) and after the way my husband was just treated by the manager Matt, it’s easy to say we will not be back nor will we recommend this to anyone. My husband called to clarify the estimate we received in the service email. We used the attached coupon (same as we have in the past) and this time we’re being billed for double the price. The manager quickly became agitated and seemingly irate with my husband. He was only asking for clarity and trying to address the coupon used. This is a matter I would usually like to address internally by asking the manager to speak to his employee because I understand people have bad days however in customer service every interaction is important. Unfortunately this time it was the manager. Not only am I upset to find out it was the manager who decided to behave so rudely but I am upset by the misrepresentation of the Christian name. Christians have a Christ like reputation to uphold and for a business to represent Christ name and behave so poorly is unacceptable. A Bible on every table top, Jesus signs on the walls and worship music playing does not make up for the behavior and the scam being played. It’s unfortunate that a coupon has caused this level of unrest but the wording is very clear, it’s the same coupon we used prior on the same car. I am unbelievably disappointed and will not be back. I just double checked and they did not rotate my tires either! Awful!

Came in with no appt. Asked if they could replace burned out out rear stoplight. They said yes and they did it for no charge. AMAZING business sense. Will be back for sure.

The shuttle service was very helpful being a stay at home Dad of 3 and the driver was super friendly. The emails updating me on progress with pictures was awesome and something I wished I had when I was working on cars. Friendly and welcoming staff.As a dad of little ones, I wanted to highlight something and thank you for it, the changing pad and diaper supplies in the bathroom. Definitely the first mechanic shop Ive seen with one. Much appreciated.

I brought in my car because of some suspension noises I was hearing, a repair to a wheel bearing was made and my front struts were replaced. When I got the car back I noticed I still heard a concerning noise and brought it back in to have it checked out. I received a call from Ron the next day who explained that it was a sway bar link that had gone bad that they had missed and that they would make the repair free of charge since they had missed it initially. This is why I trust Christian Brothers and continue to bring my vehicles to you exclusively. Its impossible to do everything perfectly all the time but what is possible is owning mistakes and being honest, to me this is how a business is properly run. Thank you!

One of the best mechanic shops Ive ever been to. They are really professional, thorough, and provide amazing customer service (they gave me multiple update calls letting me know the status of my repairs, the timing of the parts they ordered, scheduling, cost estimates, etc.). Very kind and not pushy at all. They also provide a very thorough report of all the items they check and any areas for future concern. I will definitely be going back to them again.

This has been my second encounter with Christian Brothers Automotive and it was another great experience. I had major work done on my car and had to get it in earlier than my original appointment and they accommodated my needs. The diagnosis of the problem areas were clearly communicated along with detailed pricing which was fair for the work required. Timing of completion was communicated. Very pleased with this business!!

WOW I have never been so impressed by an auto repair business. Extremely friendly service, clean and comfortable waiting area with nice leather couches and beverages. I was in and out in an hour for a battery replacement - this is after they drove the battery from another location. What really impressed me was updates on how long it would be and the casual conversation to make the time pass. One thing I observed while waiting was another customer picking up her car being so thankful that the repair cost was a lot less than expected. I witnessed an honest auto repair business which is hard to find. They have earned my business for all future auto repair.

I thought I was in for an expensive repair to a windshield wiper that failed. But I got my car back an hour later and the technician at CB found it was a simple fix. They didnt charge me a dime. Love the honesty!!

I’ve brought my 2012 Acadia to Christian Brothers twice now- they spend the time needed to pinpoint the exact problem and honor the fact that it is under their warranty. On another occasion, we brought in our 69 camaro, and for the first time ever, thanks to Matt, t runs like a charm! Everyone is extremely courteous and straight forward. Highly recommend this location!

Gear shift linkage broke on Yukon on Sunday. Called Christian Brothers in Lakewood Colorado on Monday about 7:30. AAA towed the Yukon to the shop about 10 am. They found that ball joints needed repaired too. All repairs done by 4 pm on Tuesday. Very friendly staff and very informative about repairs. On vacation and appreciate their fast response to my problems.

I can not recommend this shop for two reasons. The first, I went in for an alignment and over the next few days noticed my steering becoming looser and looser from the tires. After returning the next week, the problem was fixed, leading me to believe the dangerous issue had been due to an oversight which was then corrected upon my return. The second reason is the way I was treated by Matt, very condescendingly, he disagreed with me and tried to gaslight me into thinking his shop was not culpable. I left there with heavy distrust.

I cant say enough about this place. They have gone out of their way to help me fix problems on my car-without trying to add on things or make up things to make more money. I love that they take pictures of everything and send it to me to show me what the issue is. The staff is always friendly and willing to explain things in more detail when I ask. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone to CBA twice and all repairs were done well. Friendly staff and owner. The last time I went, one of the items was to replace the right front TPMS which was already shown to be not functioning on my dashboard display before their diagnostic search. They went ahead and did a diagnostic on all four tire sensors which cost me $129! They said they looked at all four sensors and as a result they said the right rear sensor needed to be replaced as well even though my dashboard read out clearly showed it was working. They went further and said they recommended that I replace all four because the life expectancy of them is less than my 13 year old truck. They quoted me a price of nearly $800 dollars to perform the work. The fact of the matter is that I had the current three working ones replaced a year ago. My concern is that, why did I need a $129 diagnostic on this item when my dashboard already said that the left front one was the only one not working, which is why I asked for it to be replaced. In addition, the price from them was to get them all replaced and was almost $800 when I had the others replaced just a year ago. Big O Tires only charged me $89 dollars apiece for the exact same repair! That’s about $360 total for all four opposed to their over $700 + $129 diagnostic fee! It took away my confidence in them and made me wonder if I paid too much for all my other repairs I had done. Their prices always seemed higher than others but I trusted them and their friendly service. So, I paid $129 for a misdiagnosis I clearly didn’t need when I could have had it replaced for $89 at Big O Tires without the diagnostic! Very disappointing. Now I will always check with other repair shops for my repair estimates to make sure I’m getting a fair estimate and I suggest that everyone else does the same to protect themselves.UPDATE: After accepting the owner’s invitation to discuss my issues, Spencer was very quick to respond. He truly wanted to discuss my concerns and after doing so he went out of his way to do everything possible to work with me. I ended up very pleased with what was done and let him know he had regained my trust and my loyalty. Thankyou Spencer! I will continue to recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone who asks if I know a top notch Auto repair shop!

We had just left the house to go camping and blew out a heater hose t-fitting. They were right where we pulled off. They had a t-fitting delivered and replaced it without charging me. Great example of biblically loving your neighbor.

If you want to use a shop that will NOT stand by their work, this is the place. I had the Lone Tree store replace my valve cover gaskets 2 years and 2 months ago. After several months of excessive leaking (that I only noticed at the beginning of COVID), I finally brought it back to the shop. They stated the repair was beyond their warranty mileage and timeline (by 2 months) and that I may have a bent valve cover. I took it to a shop that specializes in Toyotas. See pictures below. The valve cover gasket was incorrectly placed by Christian Brothers by over an inch! Absurd. I returned to show them the photos and to give them the chance to do the right thing, but the owner continued to deny any sort of compensation. Even the sales rep at the front desk stated that it had obviously rolled when placed. When it is blatantly obvious that your mechanic did a poor repair job, THIS is the time when a reliable shop stands behind their work, admits to a job done incorrectly and holds onto their reputation as a trustworthy neighborhood shop. FAIL. This business can certainly talk the talk (and had my business for several years) but CANNOT walk the walk when put to the test. Who knows what else has happened under my hood. Move on.**As an update. I was invited to speak with the owner. After discussion, he agreed to refund my labor costs for the initial repair. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss this issue and we have now parted ways. I moved on to a new mechanic.

Had AC system serviced. Fixed on time and even replaced a small part at no cost. Have been bringing vehicles here for some time abs will continue to do so.

Had my car towed here when it broke down on the side of the highway. had them do a diagnostic test on it and they told me that the distributor was bad and told me $800 to fix it. After a little research on my own I was able to find the part for a lot less and I came in and talk to Joe the service manager and he called Napa and confirm that the part and labor was only gonna cost half of his estimate so I was able to prove right there in his office that he was overcharging me.they still didn’t care so buyer beware would not recommend anybody

Nice people, but not what I expected / hoped for ... Came in for an oil change and with that they did a free inspection.I think their inspection was just someone looking at a computer reading and going off mileage repair recommendations, and NOT at the car. How do I know? Because they recommended that I do a LONG list of things that I had already done on the last 3 months, including:-- Spark Plugs-- Timing Belt-- Transmission Fluid Flush-- Cabin Air FilterI am pretty sure that any decent mechanic can look and see that the Timing Belt cover has been removed. They should also be able to see that the spark plugs are new and that the filter is new and that the transmission fluid is new ... But they didnt bother to look, and tried to get me to pay like $1000+ for stuff that has already been done.I dont think they were being dishonest ... I just dont think they never bothered to look .... Which to me, is a bad sign. They are the experts. but, instead of acting as expects, they just trusted the computer. I was hoping for a lot more.In their defense, when I called them out on it, they actually did look it over and pointed out some things that DID need to be done. But ... That was only after I called them out.Very nice people, and nice environment, but nothing special from my perspective. Seems like every other shop in terms of up-sell, and lack of ability to trust them to be valuable trustworthy consultants. Just another shop, thats in it for the money.

What an experience to go somewhere with exceptional customer service, honest automotive services and pricing, as well as getting the job done in a timely manner. So thankful that they were not only able to change my oil but fix things that really needed to be fixed (axle, brakes, an alignment )in the same day. We recently winterized our daughters car at Christian Brothers. Very impressed with the level of Customer Service and flexibility of the staff! Really appreciated the insight of technicians --- especially with creating a To Do List for tackling the most critical maintenance items-- key to the safety and performance of he car.We had limited time to get the car in for service. All the maintenance was finished in 3 appointments! Really appreciated the suggestion to check-and do the alignment.. This made the final step to add snow tires so easy and right on target. Christian Brothers is a very warm, comfortable, and friendly automotive shop. The shop is clean and inviting and the staff are the best! They are knowledgeable and courteous and always do what they say they will do with no surprises. They are also very informative as they inform you of needed or future repairs, however do not pressure you into doing anything. Pricing is reasonable and fair. The courtesy rides are a plus! I decided to go here instead of a dealership after having a bad experience with a local dealer for some repairs. Christian Brothers was excellent, very professional and helpful. The pricing was extremely affordable. Pick up and drop off was timely and very courteous, the staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Havent had a problem with any of the repairs but was assured IF I did have any problems they would take care of it. I will be taking my car here most likely forever, even for oil changes...not just repairs.

I was in the middle of a sale of my car, the family was coming from Co. Springs to pick it up and the day before the pick up, the check engine light with a few others came on. The two Toyota dealerships were a minimum of a 9 day wait, as were many other Auto shops. Christian Brothers were able to squeeze me in the next day after I explained my situation. They fixed the issues all in one day at a fair price and even shuttled me home and back to the Shop when the car was ready. They were polite and courteous and the waiting area had plenty of snacks and drinks that my children raided as if I hadnt fed them for a week. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again myself.

Lived in the area for a few years and it has alway been hard to find a truthful mechanic. Was referred to this place from some co-workers and friends and my wife and I are so happy with all there help with our cars.We have had many things done to our cars in the year and they give you the honest opinion on what needs repaired or what can be held off. Very helpful as well if you just have questions about issues with your car and dont demand to bring it in their garage.Also a bonus that they provide you with a courtesy ride when needed.

Great service overall, from the moment you enter. Kind and informative interactions, clean and welcoming atmosphere, love the snacks.. Most importantly though, I’ve had a clear knocking sound from my son’s rear wheel area. Took it to Honda and what they said was the problem wasn’t. Long story, but even though I didn’t have to pay for the dealer service, the knocking was still there. Christian Brothers took their time, identified the problem (loose brake assembly), fixed it at a reasonable price and now not only no knocking, but car is actually safer for my son. Thanks guys..

1000% REAL POST! I took my car in yesterday (Jan 30th) I went in with my power steering completely shot and I had no other options, honestly I was polite but a frantic. I told the manager what was going on and he got me in right away and found the issue. They gave me a deal of a life time and my care as been running amazing ever since! I HIGHLY Recommend them. I will forever go here! What an amazing company and team!

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to! Each staff member is so kind from the phone call to the visit in person, and not only are they kind, they genuinely care about you, your vehicle, and your safety on the road. They go above and beyond what you would expect from an auto shop. The lobby/restroom is super clean, there are complimentary snacks and beverages, and the owners wife, Andrea, actually took time to speak with us while we waited. I have already recommended friends and family here and will continue to do so!

We have an vehicle that weve had for 8 years and was making a noise that we knew wasnt something good. I took it to the local Firestone store and they said the timing chain was bad & needed to be replaced. They said the best way to do the repair was to replace the engine for a cost of $9K - $10K. That shocked us and we took it to Christian Brothers and they had the same diagnosis but could fix it for $3,500. They said the car was in great shape & with the repair would last another $100,000 miles easily. We appreciated the honesty and the savings was dramatic.

I have been going to this place for 2 years. It didnt start out this way but now they will over charge you for the most basic repairs. When I asked why it would be almost half the price to get my struts replaced at the dealer with the same exact parts they said well that seems like a good deal, you should go to the dealer. I guess most people dont care what they pay for automotive services since they are thorough here but I feel like they use their Christian name to rip people off.

The people who work here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They give great customer service, and you can tell they truly care about the customer and their car. Id like to give Spencer a shout out for outstanding service, and is always willing to go the extra mile. Theres no where else I would trust my familys cars with. Thank you!

What a pleasant experience! We, unexpectedly, needed a water pump replaced on our Saturn. Make no mistake, I’d replace this myself if it was any other car but no way was I touching this one. At any rate, we showed up unannounced & Christian Brother got us in & our within a few hours. On top of that they gave us a two year/24,000 mile warranty on their parts & labor. No doubt we’ll be going back...hopefully not for awhile!!!

Great customer care and diligence in ensuring the best service possible. They communicated well on what to expect and I know I can trust their estimates for work needed and they won’t add more than is needed. They have a great, clean sitting area as well as complimentary shuttle back home or work if you are nearby. They’ll come pick you up after repairs or maintenance is complete.

Ive brought my wifes car to CB Ken Caryl multiple times now for repairs. Its an older SUV that we are trying to keep on the road. Weve always been treated right. Auto repairs are always expensive, in general - but christian bros is definitely more cost efficient than taking her car to the dealership. Ive always worked with Ron and Matt (primarily Ron). They are AMAZING. They totally destress the repair process. They are true customer service specialists. I even called them one time for automotive advice and they Matt gave me the advice I needed over the phone to do the repair myself. No other shop I know of will do that. I also have to brag about Ron. The repairs on my wifes car took longer than I was originally quoted. Ron loaned me his PERSONAL VEHICLE to get us by while the work on her car was being finished. Ive never experienced customer service like that anywhere else. I would also like to say that after some of the work that I had done recently, one of the new seals that they replaced had a slight leak after it was redone (hey, automotive work is not an exact science). I called and they got the car in and replaced the seal quickly and without any fuss at all (and obviously without a charge). My point is, they stand by their warranty. Its never a fight to get things done right with Christian Brothers. The real shining stars of the company are the people, though. Ron and Matt are the reason that weve kept coming back - and will continue to come back. If I ever open a repair shop, Im coming after Ron and Matt to work at my place!

After a terrible experience with a different oil change place in the area where my wife got up-charged and up-sold when she had three young kids, I was absolutely livid. I was determined to find a place where this would never happen again.We found Christian Brothers (CB) and we will never go to a different place again. Gone are the days where we might get the feeling of being taken advantage of again. Spencer and his team has top-notch customer service and mechanics. Because my wife has to take our kids to school in the morning, they offered for drop off and/or pickup. This thought didnt even occur to me before CB, and we are thankful for it.One thing that I appreciated during my oil change, is they email you an inspection list, which goes over possible things that may need to get fixed. I dont feel pressured into fixing or replacing things. CB genuinely wants to help inform you and coach you through the decision process.I am thankful for having Christian Brothers so close to my community and would recommend them to anyone who has automotive needs. The only problem is they are so good at what they do, that they are incredibly busy and I would suggest scheduling an appointment ahead of time.-Joel Cuthbert

I recently moved to Colorado and I was looking for a reputable mechanic in the area for an oil change and a diagnostic on my air conditioner/blower mower. I called Christian Brothers Automotive on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd, to make an appointment. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was professional and courteous. I was told that they were booked for next day but had an opening on Thursday, Oct. 24th, at 8am. So, I took off from work to bring my car in on Thursday. Well, when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, they had no record of my appointment and I had to give them my name and information and reason for the visit over again which I had already done over the phone on Tuesday. Then, I was told that the oil change and diagnostic would be finished no earlier than 5pm. I told the gentlemen that I needed my car by 2pm in order to pick up my kids from school. That is why I scheduled an early morning appointment. He said that they were too busy and could not accommodate 2pm. He didn’t seem to care that I made an appointment two days earlier or that they lost my appointment. He offered to make an appointment on another day. However, I had already taken off from work to bring my car in on this day. Why should I need to take another day off from work because they lost my scheduled appointment? Also, nine hours seems to be excessive to do an oil change and a diagnostic. Since they made the mistake in losing my appointment, they should have been able to do it by 2pm. I saw good reviews for this business, so I thought I would give them a try. However, I’m very disappointed with their customer service and will go somewhere else for all my automotive needs. Sorry, but you lost a new customer.

Excellent experience. Everyone at Christian Brothers was pleasant, courteous, and professional. I was quite satisfied with the work done on my vehicles. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

Very gracious individuals there. Really honest. I was blessed by them today. They got a much needed repair done in really good time! Plan to use them for everything my car needs from now on!

The shop is brand new and kept very clean. Matt treats every customer so nice. I love how they don’t up-sell you on stuff you don’t need. It’s nice to find a shop like this that’s so honest and trustworthy. Go here, you will see what I mean.

I waited a month to give my review to make sure I got what I paid for..My transfer case went out in my car and I worked with Roy.He allowed me to leave my car there for the weekend so I could figure out if I could get the money to have the work done.Roy is super friendly and professional and the staff did a great job on my car. I actually think it works better now then it did when I bought it.I surely will be going back if I have any other issue.The price was not bad and they did do some extra work that was needed at no extra charge which is always a plus.I am super satisfied with how my car was returned and also very happy with the free inspection they did and the print out they gave. On what things will need to be done in the future.

Very polite as they charged me an unconscionable $550 for a starter. Then argued about the extremely high quality of the and their books labor prices. A new starter costs $150 tops. $300 for a starter and install is fair. $550 is a rip-off.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They did an inspection of my entire car, not just my problem. The price for all completed work was reasonable and they didnt charge me for diagnosing the problem. Highly recommend.

The guys at Christian Brothers were amazing! I showed up a day late and desperate for service on my Mercedes. They managed to get my car in, complete all the work that day and perfectly. They still managed to save me 30% over the dealership. They even left a nice cold water in my car for my drive home. I’ve found my new service center!

Friendly, professional, and most of all....trustworthy! Sure, I could find a place to do the work cheaper, but being able to trust my mechanic is huge, and I dont mind paying a little more for that!
