I had my card service last week and what a wonderful experience. from the time i walked in to check out everyone was so professional and friendly. the store was clean and everyone had masks on. i found a new home for my car and will tell all my friends about the best service in town. thank you all very much.

Ryan helped me today. Stopped to get air in my tire very polite & thorough. Filled my tire. Gave me a new cap, apparently mine was missing. Told me why my tire was losing air & told me why I need a new tire. Nail, close to the sidewall: cant be patched bcuz patch has to sit flat. Very nice, polite, friendly. He deserves something special. Please reward him or better yet promote him. Not sure you have trainers here if so, hes your guy. Thank You Ryan!

Had a flat tire just as I was leaving town on a camping trip. They were wonderful, they fixed the flat in a short amount of time and didnt even charge me for the repair. Wonderful service!

This place is awesome! I I’ve taken my car there twice recently because of tire issues. Both times I have been in and out within 30 minutes. They are also very nice. I am so thankful for their service.

I will never go back here again. I was going to leave a more descriptive review but its not even worth my time. I went here for an oil change because they were friendly and could get me right in. At their recommendation I ended up having multiple things done to my car, about $800 worth of stuff. I was about to go on a very long road trip so I decided Id better be safe than sorry. After this road trip I realized there were still issues so I took it back in. They ran some tests and told me nothing was wrong. I was very skeptical. Literally the next day I smelt antifreeze and saw a bunch of it leaking from under my car so I popped the hood, the coolant tank was again empty! Its unfortunate that I cant take my car back here and have to pay more money to someone else to fix the issue. I will update my post as soon as I know what the real issue is and further prove Goodyear did not do their job.Update: Took my car to a Buick Dealership. As I suspected, multiple things were wrong. Water pump is leaking which is causing the coolant leak. Front right wheel bearing is bad. Front sway bar links are bad. They told me other things too but these items I listed Goodyear absolutely should have found this.

Long story short: they used my car for an errand and they do not use the website so the appointment time and cost of services are different.UPDATE: I left a one star review two weeks ago (see below). Goodyear Corporate and this individual store followed up. It was nice to see their concern. They offered a coupon for a free oil change in the future and insisted that using customer cars for errands was against the rules...I scheduled my appointment online. At that time, I had selected free engine light check. I called the store the next day to make sure they had received my appointment. Monty told me they did not use the online service so I would have to reschedule. That was fine, but obnoxious. Monty then told me the engine light check would cost $140 as the technician had to be paid. This was disappointing. Why even have the website when they do not use it?But the worst was when I brought my car in. I have done many oil changes at this location and they have always been prompt, helpful, and nice. This experience was opposite. Monty and I had scheduled our appointment for 10 am and I left my car there while walking to Dunkin Donuts nearby to do some work. I came back to Goodyear at 11:30 and set up shop there. Monty asked what car was mine and told me they would start working on it soon. Why set an appointment if they do not start working on it until an hour and a half later?But the worst part was when they finished the work (for which I had to ask for the price quoted online), I noticed they had zeroed out my trip meter and there was evidence of a fast food run in my car. I keep my car clean and the fast food trash was not there when I left my car there. I asked Monty about this and he adamantly denied that his technicians use our cars to do errands. Unfortunately, he could not account for the zeroed meter, the trash, and the long wait to work on the car. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the service I received here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love this place! They have competitive pricing/price match on tires & the service is exceptional. I have taken my VW’s here for years now & they offer free flat repairs (under right circumstance-of course if u blow a tire or the tire is beyond repair they offer alternate solutions). Ive been long time customer of Goodyear, and have always trusted them. Until my wife and I moved and we started going to this store. To start it all off, I had purchased and three year alignment deal with Goodyear. I made an appointment to get an oil change, tires rotated and an alignment. After being called and informed that my trick was ready to go they informed me after I paid the bill that the could not do an alignment on my truck because the rack and pinion was leaking and that the front driver side inner tie rod was bad, and also quoted me 1200 dollar to fix it. I than took it to another shop to find out that the front end was worn but in perfectly good shape. More recently I had scheduled online for a routine oil change and tire rotation before a up coming high milage camping trip. This online appointment was made online and for last Sunday at noon (07/16/2017). I received a call roughly thirty minutes before hand and was informed that my appointment was canceled and would need to be rescheduled. I was than rescheduled for the following Wednesday night at five pm. So I figured it out at work and luckily was able to take an extended lunch break since the manager or so I think informed me this would only take a half and hour. How ever when I arrived ten minutes before my appointment I was shocked to hear that a simple previously scheduled oil change and tire rotation was going to make me wait at least an hour half. This right here proved to me that this establishment does not care about it return customers, all this company cares about is getting people out the door for good.

I just want to thank all the guys at the Littleton Goodyear. I was traveling from out of state and had a vibration problem, my car was shaking bad the kids were scared. I explained my situation to the manager and he took my car in right away and found a bad tire. They had me in & out in less than an hour and we were back on our way to California.Thank you all so much

I am so impressed with the stellar service I received at this location. I got quotes from several other places and they all far exceeded this location’s quote for the same work. Mechanical work can often involve a lot of diagnostics and trial and error however the bill Rob quoted me before drop off was identical to the bill I paid when my vehicle was delivered. I’m grateful because the same work at the dealership would have costs thousands. Rob had an estimate worked up the same day I towed my vehicle over and the work was completed and my car delivered several days ahead of schedule (which is unheard of in the auto industry). I work in auto repair and Rob showed complete transparency by putting the vehicle on the lift and allowing me to inspect the undercarriage and their work during the process. Nobody wants to have to see their mechanic but I’m happy to know if I must, my vehicle will be in good hands. Rob and his team did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody who wants to strike a balance between high quality, expeditious and cost effective repairs.

This shop is unbelievable. No one knows what is going on or how to do their job. Charged me for wipers but didnt put them on. Put on new tires but didnt think to inform me of needing brakes. Even told them to check back brakes because they were making a slight noise. Claimed it was dust and just needed cleaning. Asked for a sensor replaced but didnt reset it. Paid for an alignment recieved no alignment done. Basically needed my car fully checked and maintenance for my long drive to California and I got the exact opposite of that.

I dropped off my vehicle for a very simple alignment and was called back to tell me that there alignment rack was not capable. I am a master mechanic 25 years and 15 years doing alignments myself I was lied to if I was the owner of this store I’d look really hard at how much work/money is walking out the front door due to lazy unqualified undereducated staff calling the shots.

Usually treat your pretty good if you know the right people and get the right price

This place is a great little garage. The employees are super nice and go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Had an oil change and somehow my oil filter housing was cracked after I had got the change. Wasnt any leaks previously on my car. They replaced it with no problem and only charged me for their cost for the part. Not knowing If it was already cracked or the guy who changed my oil had it crack, nonetheless I was pleased with the service! Monty was very helpful!

Rob was great. Crazy snow storm, he was slammed, but took me in without an appointment. The techs did a great job installing tires on my BMW 535xi. Appreciate it guys.

Two days ago I took my car in for an oil change and routine service and was VERY pleased at the service I received. The employees were very friendly, respectful, and made sure I knew what was going on with my car at all times. When we came back to pick up our car, they greeted us by name - I thought it was nice they remembered us from all the other customers that had been in. They brought the old parts out for me to see, so I knew that the services I paid for needed to be done and I wasnt being scammed. Thank you Good Year, we will definitely be back!

After having a bad experience at Brakes Plus, I took my car here to get a broken control arm replaced and an alignment done. They did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this place.

The man who works up front is quite grouchie. They like to toss expensive scare tactics in there for extra $$$$. Like telling me my timing belt needs changed at 1,200. When my car has a chain not a belt. They are ok doing oil but I would not let them do more than that.

I made an appointment to have 4 tires replaced days in advance. I brought my car in the day of my appointment at noon. two hours passed which seemed a bit long so i called and found out that they only had 3 of my 4 tires (which i had purchased ahead of time) on hand and were waiting untill 330 for the last to arrive. Being in a rush by this point i get my car at 345 and take off slightly irittated by my wait and the lack of communication on their part. The next day i noticed they had also forgotten to put dust caps on the new tires and still have my lug lock key. at this point i decided to check if they had replaced my full size spare i had been riding on with one of my better tread tires i would be disposing of anyway. Big surprise by this point they neglected to do that as well. Long story short dont come here unless you enjoy a hassle.

I wont buy good year tires. Girlfriends car has had 3 tires blow out. All under road hazard protection. Tires replaced and then leak. Go back they fix. Leaks again. They tried to charge her full price for a tire when she knows we have the protection plan. Went in there myself and he found it. Shady.

Last night was unlucky finding a screw in my tire. Right before the holiday too.Goodyear got us in and out quickly and on Memorial Day too.Thank you guys for everything.Really saved our tails.

These guys gave me a great deal on machining my rotors. Less than half as much as Les Schwab.

Went in for an oil change and had them check a grinding noise. Found the source of the grinding, easy fix, and did not tell me I needed a bunch of things replaced for thousands of dollars. I have been very disappointed and ripped off by the surrounding auto shops; I would definitely take my car back to these guys.

Took 3 days to replace one fairly new tire. Drove on a donut that time. The tire looked extremely new. Never hit a pothole and never went off-road. Was told tire is damaged and needs replaced. So on the 4th day I went to get the new tire and was told there booked and it would be a long time before they could put it on.Goodyear tires are terrible.! They had told me to come back at a time...but when I get there they say I have to have an appointment. Do not buy tires here!

Do not trust their workmanship! I bought two new tires and balanced and rotated the other two. The tpms did not get calibrated or serviced, as requested.

Wow what can I say. I went to get my tires rotated for free since I bought my tires there and that was a service they offered. After leaving I noticed a bit of an oil smell which was strange. It turns out they damaged my oil filter and it was leaking all over my exhaust. I replaced my oil filter and everything cleared up. This place is terrible, I am definitely never going back even for the free maintenance they they offer.

Took my car here for a tune up because i was moving out of state, told them to check all the fluids. Well they either didnt check the transmission fluid or they forgot to fill it because my car is destroyed now. They also ruined my neighbors car doing the same thing. He tried to sue them and unfortunately lost. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

After a year of coming here the situation has degraded. Staff tried to say I had power steering leak and needed a $240.00 flush and hose replaced.Had no leak before arriving on 2/26. After I had oil change and the attempted up salefailed morning after 2/27 had leak on driveway..amazing power steering fluid. 2/28 had more fluid on driveway. Fluid is not coming from reservoir,where did it come from if still full ? Called over to shop..Was a waste of time.Called Goodyear Corp and filed complaint. Taking car to reputable service place that Good year is paying for. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a loyal customer until the lying scams started.

UPDATE: After I submitted the review below, the manager Joel personally called and asked about the situation. After explaining, he apologized and offered a discount for the tune up. He clearly did not want to lose me as a customer. He also personally offered to drive me to work after I dropped off the car. Rob also apologized. They really made it up to me and I appreciate the effort. It makes a difference when the company listens to the complaint and tries to fix the issue as best as possible.I took my car to the Goodyear in Littleton for new tires and to address why my car is shaking since we’re driving to San Diego in two weeks. Rob called and told me I need an alignment and casually mentioned a tune up in the future. It sounded like the alignment was the solution to the shaking, I asked if my car needs the tune up before the trip to San Diego and he was like “nah you can do the tune up down the road.” Sounded great, I go to pick up my car, drop $650 for tires and an alignment, get in my car and the thing is still violently shaking. I go back in and ask why it’s still shaking. Rob says “yea cause you need a tune up. I reiterated that I’m driving to San Diego and that I need it to be ok to drive and he’s like “well, can’t guarantee anything..maybe you should get a tune up before you go...” when I asked how much a tune up costs.. he said another $300. Why didn’t he tell me that this is what needed to be done to address the shaking?! I mentioned the shaking when I first dropped off the car and if I bring the car back for a tune up I’m going to be charged again for labor and disposal and whatever else they charge. How many times did I have to mention that I need this car in safe conditions to drive long distance?! The car shakes so violently that it feels like it’s just going to break down... how is that ok to do down the road?! Extremely dissatisfied with the Goodyear.

Horrible! I call they give me a price over the phone for a tire, I show up and they are now trying to charge me double of what they said ! The manager comes out tells me i must have called some where else. So I pull up my phone log show him and still proceeds to say that I never called but thats the number for the shop. DO NOT SHOP HERE OVER PRICED AND RUDE PEOPLE !!! My dads been going there for years and refuses to return now.!!!!

Came in for oil change on my well maintained toyota 4 runner and FREE ALIGNMENT that I bought with tires. the manager lady gave me a 1200 quote for unnecessary work. Also told me no more alignments til work is performed. I paid for those alignments when I bought my tires. Sounds like a chico Rodriguez shady mechanic place to me. Ive bought and received maintenance from goodyear for years. They are good stores. Just not this one! Go for a 20 min drive n stop by the golden location. Much better

I went in last week for an oil change, new wipers and tire rotation. Oil change was done, new wipers placed on my car however.....they only rotated tires on one side of my car. I will be going back up there today have this taken care of. Cant wait to see what excuse they have for this.
