I really hope that the nice guy who helped me sees this review because I did not get his name. I think he had like longer brown hair in a pony tail and was in his twenties or early thirties if that helps. I know Im leaving the review at the correct location. I just passed it and thought of him & was like, okay I need to leave a good review here because he deff went out of his way for me while he clearly was busy enough. But about a month or so ago, I stopped by asking for help regarding my Bluetooth radio in my car? I clicked something on it and I couldnt figure it out what I hit. I know how to connect Bluetooth, but there was some button I just couldnt figure out for the life of me and I tried googling, for days.. It was annoying. Anyways I was in the parking lot next to this grease monkey and thought it was worth a try. I just wanted to say thank you very much!! If I actually need a service on my car, I will stop by this location in the future.

It is so refreshing, in this time in our society, when so much, seems so superficial, where so many, seem lacking in character, to run into Chris and Eric (and the rest of the crew!)! These young men truly care about what they are doing. They are good men, of authentic character, and there isnt a hint of shadiness about them.I had several things done to all three of my cars, and they knocked it out of the park with all three! They were upfront, and willing to show me anything I wanted for myself. Great job fellas, I wont go anywhere else as long as this team is around!

I changed my oil on a 2016 RAV4 but couldnt crank off the oil canister to change the filter. I called and talked to Chris, told him my problem and asked him what it would cost to loosen it so I could fix it when i got home. He said free of charge. My wife brought it in today and he changed the filter as well, still no charge. Great guy and great customer service. I normally do my own work on my cars but if you dont, this is the place to go!

Ive been to this location a couple of times. They always do a good job and the prices are good. $25 chipped windshield repair is pretty great too.

I had the best experience ever at this tiny location In bowls, I’m new in Denver and I don’t have a reliable mechanic so going to this shop after having some problems with my used Chevy Equinox gave me a peace of mind 😊 the guys are friendly and very understandable, at least my personal experience since My car is a 2010 and everything electric ⚡️Definitely you don’t spend much of your time there and that always helps 😊 I’m a teacher so definitely having to have most of my services been done and performed there was a time saver 🙏🏼 Also the one on Wadsworth where Leonel the manager did me a solid and was so helpful 🙏🏼 I’ll will definitely consider this place for you to bring your car 🚗 They already have me as a client that’s for sure 😊

The manager was so awesomme in educating me about the services they performed. The techs were quick to get me back on the road and did a quality job.

I had my oil changed here and they did a great job. I drove home (I live about 5 minutes away) the car was driving kind of weird, but was in a hurry and didnt think too much if it. I had to get my son from school a couple hours later and 3 lights were on. The lights were not on prior to my visit. So I took my car back to grease monkey hoping it would be quick. The young gentleman was very nice and told me they would check it out after they were done with another car. After waiting 30 minutes they finally looked at my car. The guy informed me that they forgot to connect a hose that was disconnected to get to air filter, but then said I ran diagnostics on your car and thats really the problem because the lights on would not have been from an oil change. I informed him these were not on prior to my oil change and he again said well those lights arent related to an oil change. He didnt apologize, but instead made it seem like something was wrong with my car, but didnt actually tell me what was wrong with my car. He never explained what those diagnostic issues were with me so I was left wondering if I should get my car looked at. Its been a little over a week and no lights have come on in my car. I dont think I will be back.

I went in for a standard oil change. The manager, Chris, called me saying that my front passenger brake caliper was missing. He told me the risks of driving my car like that and then offered to get the bolts and get my caliper secured. He really went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe. I had a great experience and will be young back for further oil changes!

Phil was very helpful. Scheduled a time to go in, he was efficient and got the job done fast and right. Very satisfied.

To be honest, I thought this experience was going to be amazing when I called ahead to get my car an oil change. Guy said they could get us done in 15 min, thats how we do things here is what I was told. Arrived and they guy who checked me in either didnt listen or it doesnt matter what you tell them they are going to do whatever they want. Asked for wiper replacements on all three that I have non were given. Unfortunately have a bad tire and asked that the tire pressure not to be put above 25 psi, as I was getting tires tomorrow, was informed that my tire pressures are all 35 across the board!! Like come on. For real why ask what the customer wants if youre not going to pay attention. Not to mention that 15 min oil change is really more like 45. At if youre gonna brag, live up. Wouldnt recommend thus place.

At my previous oil change it was suggested that I change two filters soon. This shop actually pulled those filters out to show me their condition to inform my decision. Had them replace my air filter during the oil service and on the way home the check engine light cam on. I popped the hood and notice they didnt plug it the connection for the engine control module circuit to the air filter housing. I found the plug and it had been dinged up by the serpentine beltbut I reset the codes and its still off, lucky you. Sorry no second chances guys.Invoice 81400

First time going to this shop and quite possibly the last. I just went in for an oil change and asked them to re-fill my washer fluid since it was out. the service was good and they were helpful but they did not fill the washer fluid. I found this out when I was on the highway and couldnt see a thing because of all the dirt getting splattered on my windshield. I kept trying to clear it, but nothing was coming out. After 5 minutes of white knuckle driving, trying not to crash into anyone, I finally got to a gas station to clean my windshield and to find out that the reservoir was bone dry. They assured me all fluids were topped off and it even said windshield washer fluid filled on the receipt. You guys might want to double check your work so you dont piss off another customer. Also, it was a nice surprise to find out that my hood struts were shot and no longer held it up. So thanks for not telling me that either. I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 because it was fast service. However, id rather have you take your time to get it right.

Dudes set me up right for a good price. I rent a hertz car to drive for uber and these guys did the oil/filter change checked the lights and filled up the fluids for 47 bucks. And they were polite. Took like 15-20 minutes and i was out of there. Right on fellas. Keep up the good work.

I went on a busy saturday morning for an oil change. They were friendly and didnt feel like I was pressured into further services. Normally they clean the inside of the front windshield but I think it was forgotten since they were so busy. Not a big deal since the rest of the experience was excellent.

Got a flat tire and found my new car was missing its jack. Providentially, I was next to this fine establishment who graciously helped me. Seriously a great spot, kindness like this is a rare gem these days.

One of the technicians made a goof and overlooked some details on the job (minor).Management found out and immediately took action. They rectified the situation and went above and beyond. I was highly impressed and grateful for the professionalism and service. I could have easily been ignored, but the manager Silver is the man and took some extreme ownership. I would definitely do business here again. I dont post reviews usually but this place deserves praise.Thank you Silver.

Bottomline, just a good crew. Out of the years I have been coming to this location, these guys have been great. That being said, this most recent visit marked the most memorable time to date. Donny (Assistant manager), Oscar, Robert and Joe went far above and beyond your typical stop-in for an oil change. I cant thank them enough! My son took his car in today1/19/19 for an oil change not even hour after leaving the store his vehicle started making a terrible noise when he contacted the store he was given some song and dance about the heater and not to run it, excuse me its winter time and his vehicle was not making noise before he took it in for an oil change and was working just fine I will be watching this situation closely and hope this does not become a problem, because I will be contacting the store manager regarding this matter

Never coming back here they rushed my car out, doing the service in about 5 minutes and didn’t clean up the oil after taking the filter off. I got home and oil spilled off the subframe all over my driveway staining it. Would not recommend this location.

When i went for a free top off of 1 quart of oil the guy told me that it didnt need it. He said he put window washer fluid after i waited at least!!!! 30 min to find out later my air filter was messed with and not put back on right i would rather just go to the one on broadway
