I ended up at All American based on a recommendation from a family member. I had been shopping around for a lift on my truck and although I was able to find places to do it a little cheaper (only about $200), I went with All American because they had the absolute best customer service! David helped me find the best options for exactly what I wanted and for what I’ll be using the truck for. He researched different options and explained the pros and cons of each. He called when he said he would and gave me regular updates, from order to when the parts were delivered, and I even got pictures while the work was being done. In the end, I got a higher quality lift, shocks, wheels & tires than others had quoted me and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I’ve been driving the truck for a week now and I smile every time I see it. It handles great and I can tell the install was done properly. I have a whole list of other mods I want done and I will NOT be shopping around, All American will be my go to from now on!
I went to All American Four Wheel Drive to get a full long arm alignment on a kit that I just put on the jeep. Ive always been hesitant and honestly dont like leaving my jeep at a shop, but everyone at the shop was incredibly professional, nice, and helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. The manager John is amazing and is great at communicating with the customer. I would definitely recommend them and go back if I needed anything else done. They did a great job.
I dont ever leave reviews, but All American Four Wheel Drive & Auto Repair have been extremely helpful with all of my Jeep issues. Jon specifically has been extremely kind and has sought out to do everything that suits my best interest. They are respectful, honest, and willing to help in any way that they can to satisfy their customers needs. Overall would recommend them to anyone!
The service has been outstanding and I enjoy working with John in the front office. I love the app they use via text message I can see exactly what is going on with my jeep via descriptions and pictures. Always friendly, I highly recommend. John you get a big thumbs up for your great customer service.
Great quality and value for the service. Jon was very friendly and kind! He was reassuring that my car would be well taken care of and accommodating. I highly recommend!
They rebuilt my front differential and did a great job on it when I first came in it was making a grinding noise and they told me to drop it off for the day and they will take a look at it. Later that day they sent me a full diagnosis of my vehicle and told me not to drive it or it could cause a accident. They told me a price and I took it in later on and they got me in quick and finished within the timeframe they told me and was even able to drop it off earlier cause I had to go out of town. Great customer service and very communicative. Would definitely recommend and go to them again in the future for any other work needed. Thank you guys for doing a great job and helping me get my car back on the road.
My experience at place was awesome. You are well welcome and treated as you enter the front door. John makes sure everything runs good on your vehicle be4 you take it. Very nice and helpful people. Thank you John.
John has been very helpful in picking out my lift kit for my Jeep. They get super busy but know their stuff. Id say theyre probably the hottest place in Denver. It is taking a few weeks to get it in but honestly the last year or so whats not.
They kept me informed throughout the day, which was so nice and unheard of with other shops I have used. They told me the cost before doing the repair, and didnt act like jerks when I declined some of the other more minor recommendations they had, which is the normal response Ive experienced in the past. Not o n ly did they do quality work, but they were all very nice and informative. I wont go anywhere else as Ive found what Ive been looking for, for many years now! Thanks guys!!
This shop was great. I took my son’s older Jeep Wrangler in for several issues. They fit the repair into their schedule during a busy week to accommodate my out of town travels, they kept me fully informed prior to making any repairs, walked me through the details, discussed priorities so I could make an informed decision, and completed the work timely, as committed. They were very professional and communicative throughout the job. I will not hesitate to use this shop again in the future should a need arise.
These guys blew me away, they did a full diagnostics on my classic bronco and I got a text, with a link, with a list of problems that included pictures and videos! It was amazing organized and helpful. Ive never seen anything like it! I showed them off to my friends and now with their help can pick and choose what I could afford and what is truly pressing. Being someone that fixes some of it myself they were helpful there too!!! If you have a jeep, or any suv. I recommend these guys (Especially Jon) to talk and walk you through your cars good and bad spots. The price for the service was SO MUCH LOWER than I expected too. And FAST TOO! The only thing i suggest is call them and schedule a drop off. They are busy guys because they offer quality. 5+stars.
Jon was super friendly, understanding and willing to help figure out what was wrong with my jeep. With the free diagnostic test he explained in order of importance what needed to be done and what could “wait” so my bill wasn’t sky high. He explained parts and labor in a way that was easy to understand. Would use these guys again and would recommend their work! Thanks!!!
Took my Tacoma in for some warranty work on failed lower control arms and they replaced them without issue. No fuss at all. The uppers were in need of replacement too, and they did those for me since they had the assembly apart. I did pay for those parts, but what a bonus on labor. Very grateful! John went ABOVE and beyond at every level. I would highly recommend!
Great customer service. Very happy with the quick repairs and upgrades. We will return for future service needs.
I LOVE All American. They are super friendly and they are experts in working with 4 wheel drive vehicles. My jeep has had its issues and AA have done an outstanding job at keeping my jeep in the best shape. I wont take my jeep anywgere else
Appreciate the detail in explaining the issues found and method of repair. Also provided transportation after dropping off the vehicle which was extremely helpful. Once car was diagnosed and repair plan was agreed, the work was completed in a timely manner.
They isolated the problems I was having with my Jeep. When they sent me the report they provided pictures of each element that was damaged as well as details on what the repair would entail. They also helped me figure out the repair order, from most important to least important. Strongly recommend, transparency and professionalism AAA+
These guys are great. Ive been a tech for years, did a motor in my XJ and just didnt have time to finish a couple things before my trip, the quality is amazing. Not many places where the tech takes his time to do small things most people wont even notice that he also didnt get paid for. Thats how you know somewhere takes pride. No issues with any of the work. David is a great guy and the tech did amazing work.
All American was amazing to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and timely! We will definitely go back for all our Jeep service.
Outstanding service. John made the experience great. I felt very comfortable with John and he’s very fair and informative. My 3 vehicles will never see another garage besides All American.
I rarely write reviews on places but this business seems to have things down very well. Not only did they pay for my Uber home after dropping off my vehicle, they also paid for another Uber the next day to go pick it up. Their updates via text and email about that’s going on with your vehicle is insanely detailed also including photos of what they see and how they recommend going about fixing it. Their pricing was fair, but I was happy to pay it considering how great their customer service was. They didn’t try to upsell me a million things on my older vehicle, they just told me what was necessary and made recommendations for the rest. All in all a great experience 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has a 4x4 vehicle.
Forget ever going to the dealership, youll waste your time. Come here instead! I brought my Jeep to All American after spending money at the local dealership and should have started with this shop. The dealership missed a great many things; not these guys. I had a dried out strut plus needed a wheel bearing replaced and an alignment. Originally quoted for a drive shaft too but after further teardown they found it wasnt needed - an honest mechanic! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clean shop, great overall experience. You get frequent updates and communications from your advisor. I didnt have to call for an update ONCE. And that drive shaft I didnt need? It was backordered and All American STILL managed to find it the same day - THAT is top notch customer service. Do yourself a favor, take your ride to a family-owned local shop instead of the inefficient dealerships. You wont regret it.
I own an older vehicle and, like remodeling a house, there are always surprises once you dive in. All American staff goes out of their way to explain what they find and fairly rate what repairs are critical and which are not. In my case, I had a leaking radiator which I chose to have replaced. It took 3 tries due to faulty parts and the All American staff stuck with it and got the job done right.
Although there was an initial issue with determining the problem with the Limited Slip Differential, I was kept abreast of the status as the work progressed. I am pleased with the final work and would recommend their services in the future.
Dave and Jon at the front desk were extremely professional. They did what they said they would do. Also performed a very thorough inspection of other systems and sent phots and videos of their findings so that I could make informed decisions. No unexpected hidden costs. Great organization
I was having problems with my 97 cherokee, I found these guys and their reviews looked good enough and they had free diagnostics which was a big plus for me as Im not big on cash flow, while they were able to diagnose a few of my problems properly such as the leaks and the incorrect spark plugs that the previous owner had put in, they told me I would more than likely need a new engine. After getting two second opinions that was concluded to be false. Theyre extremely friendly but I believe they tried pulling a fast one on me die to my inexperience of mechanics as well as this being my first car. They quoted me 6200 with about 4000 of that being for my engine I believe. If they fit you thats great, but they will not be getting my business. Thanks for the diagnostics and the friendliness guys, thats more than I can say for some other shops
I always have a positive experience here, and I have been coming to this shop for about 5 years. These guys always take the time to explain everything to me in detail so I can really understand what is happening, what needs to happen and what the best way is to go about it. I have never gone wrong trusting their advice.
We made a deal and settled on a price. They not only over-charged me, but it was for something that I clearly did not authorize and I have communications to show this. They won’t respond to emails and refuse to communicate with me. Furthermore one of my issues is still not resolved.
They are a very professional shop. The treat their customers very well, follow-up as promised and pricing is what discussed. Thanks
We really knew we could trust this business and they did excellent work on our 2001 dodge diesel. Would recommend them everytime and will use them for future services! Thanks everyone!!
All in all Ive been very impressed with both the customer service and work done on my vehicle
These guys hands down are the best shop I’ve brought my Jeep to. They have quoted me prices and were directly on. One project they actually came in under quote yet did the job correct. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you to the whole crew!
John at All American Four Wheel Drive & Auto Repair was absolutely fantastic! I came in because my tailgate was unable to open due to the massive tire on the back of my wrangler, but John worked his magic and not only fixed my tailgate, he also took care of some concerns that would’ve been big problems in the future (of the undercarriage). Definitely going back for oil change and alignment and anything else I need for my Jeep in the future!
Excellent customer service and communications. Jon was great to work with on beefing up the 4x4 suspension.
I cannot recommend All American Four Wheel enough! This was my first experience with this auto body and it won’t be my last.My wrangler needed a lot of work. Jon and team were super transparent and responsive throughout the entire process and talked through my options openly and with candor. I really appreciated the continued communication and honesty. Thanks to All American Four Wheel, my little Jeep has a lot more life!
Amazing customer service, very professional and personable. From the moment I walked in until I brought my truck home, my wife and I were treated with kindness and respect. They catered to my exact needs and concerns and followed up without any hidden agendas.I feel my truck is finally performing the way it used to.Not only will I return for all my future needs, I will also recommend my family and friends that, All American 4 Wheel Drive is the place to go!
Really happy with all aspects of this service experience. Has become my “go to” Jeep service.
Great bunch of guys that now have a customer for life! Was told by other shops that I needed about a $10,000 repair on my diesel motor. Drop the truck off at 7:00 a.m. . Went back and picked the truck up at about 6:00 A complete diagnostics was done on the vehicle for free. The mechanics and guys at the shop checked out the truck and worked on it for over 6 hours. They determined that the job I was quoted from another mechanic shop was work that was not necessary.THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HONESTY AND YOUR PROFESSIONALISM. From now on all mechanical work on my truck will be done with you guys. Thanks again for the great job!!!!!!
All-American has been handling all my repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee John the service tech love the way he takes care of his customers I like the way he takes care ofme and informs me of problems and costs and gives me advice on when and how i should have the work done i will keep allamerician for all my needs
Awesome shop! Jon was extremely helpful and took care of my concerns. Definitely a repeat customer.
All American was a very great place to do business with! John was excellent and had great communication with me. They were very upfront and honest with what needed to be done on my jeep and had very reasonable pricing. I will most definitely be back here to keep up the service on my jeep!
I am very happy I found this place, and was very pleased with the service and professionalism that All American Four Wheel Drive offers. Found a new place to take my jeep. Thank you!
Used this shop after our accident. Team was very knowledgeable and very helpful, the work they did was excellent, would use them again.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. I have a 2013 Ford Raptor that needed some suspension and steering work completed. I usually have my work done at the dealership (auto nation ford), but after a horrible experience in just getting a quote from them, I decided to try out All American. They have fantastic customer service and a very knowledgeable staff on hand to answer any questions. All diagnostic work is accompanied by pictures so you know they are truthful in recommending what needs to be fixed (trust me, you will save a lot of money compared to a dealership). I would highly recommend getting work done here. You will save money, have great customer service, and your car/truck will be fixed quickly!
Such a good shop! Honest, full of integrity, and wont try to sell you parts or services you dont need. They are a freedom-loving bunch and I couldnt have asked for more. They respected my personal medical information and didnt harass me or my children about wearing a face covering; they followed the executive order placed by Polis beautifully! Thank you all for respect, kindness, and honesty!
Love the diagnostic report with pictures when applicable. Feel like your under the hood with the mechanic at the time!Very friendly, professional and accommodating. Great experience overall!
Had to have a new Engine in my 2012 Jeep Overland, the guys have taken care of this process with professionalism. Issues arose, and they have taken care of me each and every time. Shop is impeccable, friendly staff. I really like the app used to notify you with photos what is going on with your vehicle. My issue on time is not revelant to this situation due to problems with engines sent to them not performing as expected, so long delays were manageable. Their professionalism in making sure my engine performance is top notch is impressive.
Was on a trip to Denver from where I live a hundred and fifty miles away and I had to get home after a small surgery and they repaired what I needed repaired very very very well! They will always have a customer when I come to Denver and I highly recommended them to all my Jeep friends! Thank you John and crew, great timing and professionalism
John and his team at All American Four Wheel Drive are great. I brought my 04 Jeep in after it started overheating and they quickly and accurately diagnosed what the issues were. They were incredibly accommodating and let me store my Jeep there while shopping around at different repair shops and deciding what to do. Once I decided, their repair work was exceptional and thorough, and their 2 year 24,000 mile warranty gives me confidence in their work. I cant recommend them enough!
Great service and a very honest/stand up shop. I’ve taken my F-150 here multiple times, and I’ve never been disappointed. They’ve fixed my 4X4 vacuum lines, brakes, timing cover gasket leak and more. They’re honest about their recommended service and stand behind their work. I’m new to the area as of 2019 and I’m glad I’ve found a shop I can trust with my vehicles.
Transparent, friendly, professional, fast. They answered my questions and shared some useful knowledge for a first time Jeep owner like myself. Excellent reports before and after service, they keep a great inventory of parts and had both my repairs done way sooner than I expected. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
This shop is a joke! The owner is a thief and a liar. Stay far away from here!
Took my older Jeep Rubicon Unlimited here for initial inspection after buying it used and to repair a broken sway bar control arm. Handled professionally by the team and was returned to me after the work was complete. Didnt try to upsell me on fluids or other mtce, which was good because I had the POs records showing everything was done last year. Now for the good part, I had a problem with the control arm coming off again on my next trail ride. This time it was the other side. I was stunned as I wasnt hitting difficult trails - just getting used to the vehicle. The guys took a look and decided the control arms werent long enough for my lift and replaced them. OK, nothing too exciting there BUT they did so under warranty. This was well beyond my expectation as there really was nothing wrong with their previous work. So, hence the glowing review and the declaration they have a customer for life. Thanks guys!
I have used All American for years and they have always been great. John and the team went above and beyond for me with service and communication.
The guys at all American rock they called me when they found other things wrong showed me pictures and even called my extended warranty to get me back on the road. My Jeep rides better then it did when I first got it. I will only be taking it to these guys from now on for service
As soon as I dropped my Jeep off I knew it was going to be in great hands and taken care of the way a Jeep is supposed to be taken care of. Jon was extremely inviting and walked me through everything that was going to be done as far as maintenance. They also sent me links throughout the day showcasing what needed to be addressed. All American 4x4 has a new forever customer!
Our 2001 JEEP Wrangler was not shifting properly and there were several known and unknown leaks plus the battery cable ends were bunged up. All service and repairs were made satisfactory and came within budget. We plan to return when time comes in the future. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and good.
The first time I used All American was probably close to 15 years ago in my early 20’s when I worked on the office of a moving company that was located in the same business park. Back then All American did amazing work. They were quick, decently priced and did a stellar job. As a office manager I probably wrote 50k in checks to them over the years. This week was the first time I used the personally. I’m happy to say nothing has changed. Still a great shop that I would highly recommend. I’m fairly convinced it took them and hour or so longer than necessary to do the work but as long as it was done correctly and with care, you won’t see me complain.TL/DRIf you need work done on a 4X4 or any vehicle, this shop would be a great choice!
Just bought my dream new truck I’ve worked my whole Life for... Researched in great detail for the right Business to install all upgrades and toys... I chose All American 4 Wheel... John was exceptional to work with... I had Fendor a flares inatalled within hours... John made sure I had a ride to and from the shop until my truck was finished... The work on the truck was Excellent!! I was excitedJohn also spent time walking me through options and pricing for all upgrades I have planned for my truck. He was honest and I could tell building trust with the customer is important to him... That Sold Me...I was looking build a relationship with the right business... John and the folks at American 4 Wheel is the only place I will take my Silverado .... in fact I have another apmnt next week .....Very Grateful,Johnny Hagan
Jon, David and team were great with us as first time Jeep owners dealing with a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited X with a bunch of maintenance issues. We wanted to make sure the Jeep was safe and reliable for our RV trips this year and we are happy we worked with All American to get it back into great shape!
Had All American 4x4 perform an alignment on my 2004 WJ. I also asked a ton of questions in general about my Jeep. The entire time John was patient and provided great advice. The quality of work and advice was second to none!
Went in to have them look at a check engine light on my 2006 LJ. Their diagnostic is awesome. They do a full thorough check and send you pictures and videos of what they found as well as a comparison of what things should look like. Gave me a list of things that needed repaired and even a priority list. They did awesome work. I decided to do some of the repairs myself and they even helped with part numbers from Napa. Jon was awesome. Will absolutely use them again next time I need things done.
Very friendly and professional. Loved their automated communication system, text, email and informative phone calls. Kept me in the know the entire time they had my vehicle. Thorough work completed as promised and on time. No surprises!
I dont really ever leave reviews, but these guys deserve five stars. I first brought my car to them at the beginning of the year when smoke started coming out of my engine on my Subaru. They got me in very quickly because it was my only vehicle and I needed it to get around. After some FREE diagnostics and a very detailed explanation (with pictures) emailed to me, they also worked with my father in explaining the problems since I dont know much about cars. They replaced the clutch and only fixed what I had asked them to fix, and didnt charge me for anything extra. After driving away, I noticed there was still a squeaking sound if my clutch wasnt engaged, but I ignored that and continued to drive it until we got a lot of snow and some of the welding on my heat shield came loose from driving in it and started producing a terrible noise. They ended up replacing a faulty bearing (not their fault) from the clutch kit that was producing the squeaking noise at no cost to me because they have a great warranty policy. They also fixed the welds at what I felt was a more than reasonable price. Two days later my cv axel decided not to cooperate anymore and I couldnt drive my car anywhere. They had warned me about this with the first diagnostic, so they towed my car back down to their shop for free (awesome). They fixed it within about a day at another reasonable price. I noticed that there was still a squeak, so they are special ordering another part and I have an appointment tomorrow to get that fixed, also at no cost to me unless anything else happens. My luck has been pretty down lately, but these guys will even get you an Uber if you dont have a ride to come and get your car. Jon and David up front are very nice, very professional, and the guys in the back do great work. Will keep bringing my car back if I have any other problems. Thanks, All American Four Wheel Drive!
My husband and I took my newly purchased used 1993 4 wheel Ford Ranger in for a diagnosis, it was making a whistling sound when put in 4 wheel drive. My husband thought it might be the bearings but he wanted to be sure. He is very knowledgeable about fixing cars. He replaced the clutch the weekend before. We took it in on as Tuesday night, greeted by the employee, Rodger. He said he would get to it on Friday. We left the Ranger there. It was done on Thursday to the tune of $669.69. They looked at only one side and we were charged for 1 side, the drivers side. they did removed and repacked the wheel bearings for just ONE side.If it had been 2 sides the price would have doubled!! BEWARE! My husband drove it home and the truck was pulling to the right and it never did that before. He pulled of the tires, there was grease all over the brake pad that was causing the pulling issue. Spark plugs were fine, they recommended they be replaced, gap was perfect, a few other items they recommended be replace but we declined as we could do ourselves. All I can say is be CAUTIOUS, know that they will charge you double if they work on BOTH sides of your vehicle, which they fail to mention up front.
Wanted some info only so David was helpful. Appreciate it!
I had my 2005 Wrangler LJ 4.0L towed to the shop to have the P0344 and other check engine codes fixed. After diagnostics were run, they gave me a list of all the problems with my Jeep. Although, I had just bought the Jeep in another state recently, and already knew that I needed to have a few of the gaskets and seals replaced, I went ahead and added them to the list of things to be done. I really appreciated the email and text links of their diagnostics.I was moving across the country on Saturday, so I was hoping that they would be able to get everything done that I needed to get done with the Jeep before end of day on Friday, so that I wouldn’t need to delay moving. I called a few times later in the week to check progress on the Jeep. Each time, they assured me that they felt they would be able to get it done by by Friday afternoon.I’m writing this review on Monday morning from Indiana. I made it to my destination after driving 24 hours straight, while towing a trailer. No check engine light came on. No leaks on the gaskets and seals that were replaced. My Jeep ran like new.I would highly recommend All-American Four Wheel Drive and Auto Repair. I am very happy with the work that they did and the professionalism and knowledge provided by these guys!
Towed TJ from OKC to visit some family in Littleton. When we unhooked TJ at Chatfield State Park noticed rubbing sound coming from front driver side wheel. Wheel was also cambered out at odd angle. Did a quick Google search and saw All American was right up the road. Called andctalked with David. Explained we were in town for a few days and needed to be able to tow jeep back home. Although they were over-busy, they got me in and out the next day. Turns out ball joints with 156k miles were no match for potholes in Kansas roads. Many thanks to David, Alex. Kerry and John for the quick turn. Thought TJ was driving fine before, but feels rick solid now. Great service, fair price.
These guys are great. Fair prices, transparent, no cost on triage.
I baught a tire in for repair and they had it fixed the next day no problem nice people great service and good prices I’d definitely go back
Great staff and quality with my keep lift. Easy to work with and fair pricing.
Nice, clean shop. Very professional and organized, happy with my experience
Fantastic customer service and repairs! They were quick, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.
TL;DR - This is a shop you can trust, that cares about integrity, and does a great job of using Uber, pictures, video, and good ole fashion honesty to elevate the experience. If you have a truck/Jeep/SUV, this is a spot worth your hard earned dollar.I just migrated from years of Audi to a lifted F150 two months ago. Id never sought out a shop that could focus on 4WD or lift kits. Im very picky. I sniff out BS like its my job and have 1 star reviewed dishonest shops in the past. Finding a shop that values integrity is difficult. I found this shop after extensive googling and on a whim called them. I had a weird lift creak and a rear bed rattle I wanted to get sorted out.Upon first call they offered me a free 2 hour inspection, with free ubers to/from work, and full picture/video documentation of all findings. What?! Thats already unheard of ...In the past week Id already gauged my pads/rotors, checked tire tread depth, and pre-validated a bunch of usual dishonest upsells that bad shops try on people. So...why not...free inspection? Lets do it! We scheduled for a time that fit me and it was booked. From the time I arrived until I left the process was seamless. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and a good conversationalist. The provided inspection data was useful and honestly really well done with picture and video documentation of problems.I ended up getting new rear shocks and fixing a vacuum line issue I didnt know I had. The shop personnel were incredibly friendly, the suggested fixes never turned into high pressure sales, and the sales guy even went and did some due dilligence so I could know the exact make/model/price of the shocks as I requested. The experience was a very good one and I was kept informed via email, text, and phone. The shops labor rate is fair. They upcharge a bit on part costs, but again...the shop has to make money and that always comes a little bit from the parts cost too. Best part, no BS upsells. No hint of dishonesty...what a blessing! This is the kind of place I would trust to send any person who knows nothing about cars. They will be getting my future business! If you have a truck, Jeep, SUV, and you live in Denver or anywhere even remotely close, give them a shot!
They gave me a fair price, completed the repairs sooner than I expected and provided a highlevel of customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.
! Please be careful with this shop they sweet talk to you but in reality this is the kind of shop that they fix one thing but they break another thing in your car. Took my Van to fix and they repair the problem when I pick it up my engine was knocking, then I drove away and next thing I have a check engine light unbelievable. Don’t take your cars here they charge more than 100 dollars per hour, I will never use this who ever .
I truly love All American four wheel drive& Auto repair. Dan and Glen are amazing I finally found my auto repair shop. Do not search anywhere else just go here. My car drive better then when I bought it
This shop and how it operates is what everyone should expect when it comes to 4x4 repair. Service and an honest desire to fix the problem (not just selling add-on parts) is their obvious goal and they nail it. I appreciate the thorough inspection and confidence they show in what they need to do. The email updates of progress throughout the repair is a great help also. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. Don’t take my word for it - just call them and you’ll see what I mean.
Auto insurance claim - they took care or me from a-z John was very helpful and got the job done and very knowledgable, no 4x4 legit shop wanted to take on the job . Bringing your vehicle to a real shop that deals with off-road 4x4 vehicle makes a big difference then just your average Caliber Collision . All american 4x4 is the spot !
This is the best and only shop that I will take both of my Jeeps to.
I visited All American for a second opinion after a dealership wanted to replace the oil pump in my Jeep because of a check engine code. All American found a leak (and sent me the pictures) instead at the engine oil cooler, and advised replacing that assembly. Much better diagnosis from All American, and so far so good driving around without the check engine code repeating on me.All American was much more efficient than the dealership, which took a day and a half just to complete their diagnosis and charged $125. All American had information for me within 2 hours and completed repairs the same day. Also, Jake is great and is truly professional in his communication. While the rate for the repairs wasnt any more competitive compared to the dealership, All American definitely has my business going forward. The value delivered by experienced technicians and accurate maintenance is significant, and goes a long way for my own peace of mind.To the team at All American, thank you so much for the great work, and striving to really take care of your customers!
Great service... quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend them!
I brought my Jeep to All American 4X4 and got the royal treatment! From scheduling my appointment, to dropping and picking the vehicle up- they made everything simple! They even went above and beyond and repaired more issues with my Jeep at no additional cost! These guys are absolute pros and treat their customers with integrity and respect. I will definitely bring my Jeep back when it inevitably breaks again, and I will be recommending All American 4X4 for any maintenance to my 4 wheel friends!!
I was traveling across country and was really in a jam. The guys got to work early and worked through lunch to squeeze me in. Their shop was nice, clean, and organized. The staff is professional and very competent. They really pulled off a miracle to get me back on the road. I would highly recommend if you are in the Denver area and have 4x4 service needs, these are the guys to call.
First things first. Ill rate the quality of work as great, and the quality of customer service great (Mondo is extremely awesome).Overall ethics are great. I am annoying when it comes to leaving my baby anywhere, I was forced to use a shop instead of my own work due to limit of space having recently moving into an apartment and losing the home garage advantage. Also didnt want to believe it to be the driveshshaft. They are true to their word of diagnostics are free, they spent over a day diagnosing my issue. The bad. They charged me close to $700 to tear apart my tcase and tighten the components in it and inspect them. And they also kept it for a few days leaving me to take the bus only to find the actual issue was she needed a double cardan rear driveshaft. The worst is they wanted to charge me almost double for the driveshaft. The shop they use for them quoted me $675 and All American came back at almost $1200. The Tie Rod Inner they replaced was also almost triple the price and I get no part number on it so idk who made it, but at that price its not OEM, but was 3x what I could have got it as a normal customer at a parts store for. Bottom line. You pay for the experience and quality of work, I get that, but the parts cost is out of this world and I got taken on the tcase teardown when nothing was actually wrong with it. Id use them in a pinch if I had the money and the diagnostic was 100% proper, but i would want better part pricing and not charged for a tearapart that didnt fix the issue, that unfortunately should have been part of the diagnostics since that wasnt the problem.Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very true to their words. Labor is on par and knowledge is great. Great environment except I wasnt allowed in the bay to see the work which has never been an issue. I ended up with a Tom Woods double cardan rear driveshaft with spicer joints that fixed all my noise issues. Be cautious, I should have know it was not the tcase. Also out of 3 shops to do my alignment they got my steering closest to center (thank goodness). They had no issues with custom requests like tapping a couple holes for a skid plate which is hard to find at a lot of general shops.Always remember second opinions count and no matter the experience of a mechanic, sometimes its beneficial for two or three opinions, with all the moving pieces of vehicles the first and second may not be spot on but are likely close. Also after discussions its all the super extended warranties and services they offer after the repairs causing the parts prices to be a bit more. For a non DIY its a decent deal, i am not accustomed to it as aside imperative work i dont have equipment for such as alignments and ac work I do it myself. You pay for the great work and experience and a really good warranty.
All American Is a very professional and ethically run automotive repair service. The diagnostic was done at no charge, and the repair fixed a very technical problem the first time. I have used All American for years and have always had great service. I believe All American sets the standard for automotive repair shops. I highly recommend All American for your vehicle repair needs.
We went here to have a complete inspection of our 2017 Jeep before a long trip and found the shop to be fast, thorough and responsive. Communication was excellent.
Professional, thorough, and prompt. This was my first time using All American 4WD. They’ll be my “go-to” in the future. They do a great job of keeping you updated throughout the entire process from scheduling all the way to payment
Been taking my truck to these guys for over 16 years, theyre great!
Really willing to work with people on what they want to get done, a bit on the pricey end but not unreasonable.
This is the only place that I bring my JK - it’s 10 years old and as issues arise out need replacement I am confident the issue will be fixed and ready on time at the agreed quote.
Terrific service. They go above and beyond to make for a great experience.
Fantastic! Guys who know what they’re doing with great customer service and mechanics you can trust. Drop off service they call you first thing in the morning, and use tech to email you with photos of the problems to be addressed. I strongly recommend!
Edited review:Overall a positive experience. The shop does good work and the management treats their customers right. Any issues that arose were corrected swiftly. I appreciate the owners involvement in my case, he is very customer oriented.
Good shop for suspensions and lifts. Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Thanks for a job well done
John and his team completed the needed repairs well, were professional and fairly priced.
Friendly, honest, and work is done properly. They made it so easy to get my car fixed. I find the pricing to be slightly higher than other shops where Ive gotten estimates, but its worth the peace of mind to know its done right the first time and they are not going to try to talk me into fixing something that doesnt need fixing. Love these guys! I will continue to go to them with my vehicle repair (and maintenance) needs! They Rock!
The service provided at All American 4 x 4 is quick, quality and professional. I was about to leave for a 1000 mile trip and needed basic services as well as a complete evaluation on the car. They quickly diagnosed a few problems unknown to me, one of which could have been a severe set back if I hadn’t gotten the inspection before going in the trip. They were able to compete all services and repairs on my short timeline, and provided customer service that exceeded expectations. I would have liked a better price, but that is only because I have my own mechanic (A family friend) whose prices are biased in my favor, but they were 1000 miles away. Their prices are still very reasonable, and they open and welcoming to new clientele. All in all, I had a great experience with All American and would definitely use them again if I was back in Colorado!
I have been using All American for awhile, and they have really made some changes with personnel, and I Definitely saw the positive results when they serviced my jeep Rubicon Friday, 7/31/20. From Mandos initially talking to me on phone and when I dropped off Rubi this morning to Roger and the service tech. All did a good job!The cost was kept to basics, and I said to them that was appreciated.I will continue to use All American Four Shell for servicing Rubi. Thanks! Will Hunt
