They were exceptional from the beginning to the end! After visiting a few body shops who were not at all customer friendly, I went to Tight Curves on my way home. And voila, Bobby right away greeted me and took picture for an estimate. A few hours later, they emailed the estimate and it looked good! Plus they could get my car in the coming week. The work took a week and when I came there to pick up my car, the owner Greg was personally washing and detailing my car. My car has never been so clean and the work was perfectly done. The people there are not only competent and professional but also super nice. Thank you!!

This shop has integrity! They will do what is necessary and charge you fairly. They worked on my 4-Runner and got out all the dings, scratches, etc from the previous owner. My car looked like new. I also had work done on my Mazda SUV when I took off the front bumper. Another shop was going to charge me big bucks for this repair but Greg did it practically free.Greg and his team are amazing!

Greg and team took on a rust/repaint project around the windshield of our 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser that others shops wouldnt take on. Turned out the rust was a challenge but not for theses guys. The other shops turned down the project which led me to Greg and team. They exceeded my expectations with the repair, preventative steps to avoid rust in the future and paint finish.Bottom line: They gained a new and impressed customer!

Sometimes a company deserves the time it takes to write a review and this is one such company. A few things...the rental car company was taking a long time to pick me up so Tight Curves gave me a ride. They always offered me something to drink and never rushed me out. They answered all of my questions no matter how odd they might have seemed. The car was finished before the estimated completion date. They also contacted the rental company to have them pick up the car. It looks like nothing ever happened and to top it off they cleaned the inside and outside. Im not talking a little vacuuming on the floor, Im talking what looked like a full detail job. Greg said, Its a clean start, which I really appreciated and was definitely above and beyond my expectations.

I have been bringing vehicles to tight curves for years and they have always been super easy and fair to work with. Today I called them because my hood won’t open and they drove to my house to help me out. I couldn’t believe how helpful and accommodating they were. They were at my house in 20 minutes fixed my hood and jumped my battery. Totally legit!! This is the kind of business you want to support!

Bobby helped me how to proceed with the repair, after contacting the insurance and having the estimates of different other shops, I decided to take the neighborhood shop and they did a great job, they even cover a little scratch that was not related to the work to do.

Summary: Desi fixed the door in seconds. He listened to me attentively and devised the solution in minutes. Once he grabbed the needed tools, he fixed it in seconds, for free. This kind of expertise and integrity rarely exists. He helped me, a perfect stranger, like a friend.Details: my mom had left the back door open on her Subaru Forester hatchback. When she opened her garage door, it snagged on the car‘s back door. The car door got pulled up past its normal range. This resulted in the hatch door not able to close. We were fearful that the indicator light on the dash being on for long periods would drain the battery. This happened on a Friday evening. By the time I got to work on this issue on Saturday, even the one Collision shop that I knew was open on Saturday closed at noon. I went to Tight Curve Collision Repair because they were open until 3 PM on Saturday. I walked into the office to find Desi at his desk and a young man at the next desk. They both listened to my issue. Desi agreed to come take a look. After listening to the details, he went to get some tools. He came back and hammered at the hinge. Seconds later, the hatch door was able to close and the indicator light was off. I was delighted!

While one shop quoted me needing a new bumper, at Tight Curves the dent was fixed in 5 minutes and for free. Great place

Greg & staff are absolutely amazing. I will take any and all body shop needs to them in the future. This is the second car that we have taken to them. First car needed some massive work done after a wreck, second car needed minimal work but they easily could have overcharged us and hidden it. They’re honest, respectful, and highly skilled.

English teacher on a budget here. I rolled up in a panic because Im about to turn in a rental car that has some obvious roughness to the paint near one of the tires. (How?! Why!? Never mind that...) Seconds later, I was helped by a couple of the staff. Seconds. A few minutes of buffing and the marks were 75% gone. Extremely appreciated their efforts and knowledge. Tip of the hat, gentlemen. Great business!

I pulled off of Sante Fe because my tire sensor came on and I ended up at Tight Curves. Greg was quick to help and not only did he check my tires but he found that my lug nuts were all loose. I have had a quite a year this year for sure but these guys do an amazing job, my van was wrecked on my passenger side and they did a great job, my van looked like it never got hit. I stopped by after a client backed into my car at work. Greg was great. He gave me an honest opinion and straight out told me that besides a bit of roughed up paint, my car would be fine. He even took the extra time to show me where all the supports and brackets on my bumper were still holding strong. He had the opportunity to make some easy money, but he stuck with being real and honest with me. The whole group has a great personality and all of them were friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need anything else and will refer people to them.

So Im not sure if its ethically appropriate for employees to review their employer on Google. But you can decide if this is someone you want to give your business to. Ultimate auto body works next door is legitimate and will not treat you disrespectfully.

I recently took my car in for a front end repair, upon arrival I was greeted with a pleasant hello from a staff ready to accommodate and serve. The service was excellent! They provided clear explanation of the services I was going to need and gave multiple options for the care of my car. They even made arrangements for my car rental and had the rental at the shop when I arrived. Not to mention the warm cozy waiting area with refreshments and sweets. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good friendly body shop!

Really got messed with here. Took my car in to be estimated beginning of the month. Made an appointment for three weeks later. Bring it in like normal and check back a few days later to see about progress. Was told my car was not being worked on. They have no intention of looking at it and they said the car should just be totaled. They had already been in contact with my insurance and my insurance company has said nothing about totally the car. Going to end up getting it towed and taken to a better auto body shop. Its a shame too because up until this last day I rather liked the shop.

My wife had her car repaired here a few years ago. I received some hail damage and decided to take it here too. After receiving my vehicle back, I noticed an immediately cigarette smoke smell. I brushed it off thinking it would clear, maybe the windows were down in the shop while they were smoking. I started to get suspicious on the work order that was sent to my insurance company citing a large amount of repair dings and a window replacement. I dont remember any of that being damaged, this lead to a very high damage claim and devaluing my vehicle.I started to inspect my vehicle at home and noticed that one of the roof rails was not replaced which was cracked during the hail storm. They did come out to replace it so no harm there. Next I noticed my hood was a different hue. They dont do over-spray so you can tell when a body panel was replaced...Secondly, there were several large hail dents that should have been filled and not paintless repair. I can still see where the metal is/was stretched.Lastly, my cars HVAC still smells like smoke every time I turn it on, years later. Its worse during the hot months. This car has never been in any other repair shop and nobody in my family smokes. Ive tried several air fresheners and nothing gets rid of it. Im short of pulling the HVAC system apart to see if there is any debris and/or to clean it out.

Great service. They worked with my insurance and my car was finished quick and looks great! Walked right in and got an estimate and set the appointment that day for the next week. I wasnt able to find that with any other body shop in the area. Most of them wanted me to set an appointment 2 weeks out just for the estimate.

These guys are awesome, I brought in my truck after a horrible hail storm in San Antonio Texas and they worked with my insurance and made the process stress free, when I went to pick it up I noticed a few things ( I’m picky) and without question they went over and above to fix them. I highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

I have taken several cars to this shop. Some, more than once, sadly. Accident prone vehicles...They do great work, good enough that you need to schedule it out a bit, but worth the wait.

Took the car in to get a fender bender repaired and they got right on it. They got me a rental delivered to the shop and had me an estimate by the next day. They repaired it and had me back in it in less than a week and even followed me to the rental place to bring me back to the shop after I returned it. Got back to the shop and found that they had even cleaned the car inside and out! Plus cant even tell it was in a wreck! Great shop, great service, and great people!

So today I went into tight curves collision to get a quote per the customer who I had the accident with. I was specifically told to speak to Greg. After walking out with Greg to see the damage on my car he claimed that a small area on the metal part of the body was not part of the collision. He claimed metal wont rust in 3 days even with water exposure. After I was accused of filing a fraud claim against the customer I asked for me keys so I could leave. At that point I was harassed by another individual at the shop claiming liars go to hell... I was also told to F*** off by Greg several times. I would strongly recommend finding a friendly body shop to do your business with.

These guys are great,this was my 2nd time having tight curves work on my vehicles .The 1st was hail damage to my tundra, when I picked up my truck, it was simply amazing, it looked better than the day I purchased it.The 2nd visit they worked on my hyundai santfe sport, it had mechanical damadge aswell as body damage, Tight curves used the right shop to repair the mechanical issues and the body work is awesome, once again my car was returned to me looking better than the day I purchased it .They communicated and updated me on all issues, Rhonda is awesom working with the insurance company and kept me well informed .Gregg, Desi, Bobby, The whole staff from the front office to the shop perform above and beyond excellence I highly recommend these guys, They dont have a mgic wand or farry dust, but it sure seems like it when the jobs complete.Excellent Job guys .

Seemed almost annoyed that I was in there trying to give him my business. If you treat your customers this way, how can I trust you to take care of my car? Don’t waste your time at this place!

I cant say enough good things about my 1st experience at Tight Curves! I will be telling all my friends and anyone who asks about the best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop!My sons Lexus RX 300 was backed into at work by a truck leaving quite the dent in the driver side rear. It was too much for painless dent repair, and so I searched for a local shop in the Littleton and HR area. I took the car to three body shops I had researched online to get estimates, and all were within about $180.00 of each other. One place could not get the work done in time for us to drive the car back east this next week, and another was kind of snotty to tell you the truth. I think because the repair was not going to be that expensive, they did not want the work.Then there is Tight Curves. I called and Laurie answered the phone. Super nice, professional, and let me know that if I had time to get it in the day I called, she would look at it and give me an estimate while I waited. I arrive about an hour later and met her at the front desk. We went out to look at the damage, then back in, and I had a quote within 10 min. During that time, I met the owner, Greg, and I had no idea he was the owner at this point. He was dressed to work, so I just thought he was one of the staff.One of the things that struck me as soon as I walked in the door was that these people like what they do and they have fun doing it! I felt very comfortable and welcome from the minute I walked in the door. They took me out to the shop to show me the place and I must tell you, for a body shop, it was very clean and organized.We scheduled the work to begin the next Monday morning (1 week from when they saw it), and told me it would be at the shop 3 days. That Monday came and I was supposed to have the car to them at 7:30, but completely forgot the appointment. My son reminded me and I got it to them at about 9 and was greeted with a not a problem being late and thanks for trusting your sons car with us. I needed a ride home for the day, and they had Danni drop me off. Very nice girl and we chatted the whole way to the house.I called Wednesday morning just to get an idea of when it would be ready for pick up, and Laurie told me it would be afternoon. I received a call about 2PM telling me the car was finished, and they sent Ray to pick me up. More great conversation on the way to the shop. Super nice guy.We pulled in and my sons car was ready for inspection. We went to look at it and I could not believe how good it looked, how well the paint matched (metallic gold is a difficult one to match Im told, especially with fading), and that it was such a good job, you cant tell where it blends with the original paint!I highly recommend Tight Curves Collision Repair to anyone in the Denver metro area, and especially in the Littleton area. Worst paint job ever!!!!!!! The paint doesnt even match the guy is color blind. Orange peel all over mixed with dirt, lumpy and clumpy. I just got so ripped off. Be far warned!
