If I can give zero star, I would. I brought my Jeep to their service cuz of some noise and they said nothing was wrong but they didn’t put the nut back correctly so it destroyed my brake. About 3 months after, I was on the way to my house at night, there was some sound but the car was running normally so I didn’t stop cuz it was only 10 mins to get to my house. Next morning, I was going out but I couldn’t brake the car so I stopped by the closet repair shop. The mechanic showed me the photo of the nut that wasn’t in correctly. So I towed my car to Autonation cuz I have a warranty here. They took over a week to get back to me that the warranty rejected to cover cuz I didn’t tow the car to them right away when I heard the sound. They gave me a repair quote for $1700 and $200 discount. I don’t understand why do I have to pay for it, since it’s from their negligence. I brought my car to the other 2 repair shops, I asked for $1100 and $1200 which are all cheaper than Autonation.

Also wish I could leave zero stars. I checked my cars warranty prior to bringing my vehicle in, confirmed that the part was covered. I repeatedly told multiple people of my warranty, and that it was covered. They never submitted the warranty claim, and charged me anyways. When I submitted the claim myself afterwards, my warranty company was ready to send an inspector to ensure the part was covered, but this place already had gotten rid of the part. I had to pay over $3k for something that everyone knew was covered by the warranty. The manager basically told me not our problem. The most ironic part was that the same part grenaded from the inside less than 6 months later from not being installed correctly. Luckily, I worked with a competent repair shop who was able to verify my warranty and have it covered this time. Horrible workmanship, and even worse customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

I paid $1400 to have a tune up and to have an severe electrical issue diagnosed and resolved. Issue not properly diagnosed or resolved. They replaced a battery and fuse (collateral damage from the electrical gremlin) and said it was all double checked - all fixed. Next day, same crazy electrical glitch/drain and exactly the same really problematic sitch of trying to keep batteries alive to even be able to make it all the way back down to Denver from where I live up the mountain. $1400 to check a few fluids, change the oil, replace one of batteries, and swap a fuse? It’s not even that really, it’s that they didn’t actually do work they said they did / did not remedy the actual, complex, underlying problem.In fairness, I have not totally given them the chance to make it right yet. (Will update this in the unlikely event they do- otherwise, that’s the end). What a bummer. I bought the car here, have an active certified pre-owned on it, and cannot get anything covered by the warranty - or even actually repaired… I guess I got swindled in my first dealership car purchase after all

Great Experience with the team at Autonation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. Justin was extremely helpful and took great care of my vehicle. Sean and Chris took care of me while my car was being serviced to show me some of the new vehicles they have, I will be coming back to test drive their new Jeep Gladiator.

When you decide to start looking for cars. You believe that the salesman at the dealership is going to be respectful regardless of your credit, down payment... Unfortunately that is not the case with this dealership. Usually salesman work with people to try to get a deal done. Usually salesman work with people to try to get a deal done. Someone from the finance department ask the salesman to go find out if they can put money down, or if they have a cosigner. I received none of this. No call back! No email back. No nothing. Do yourself a favor there are more friendlier open minded optimistic professional dealerships out there. This is not one of them. Unless you have all the money that they want along with the credit score that they want they don’t want any other type of people shopping at their store.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Do not service you car here. Horrible customer service and way over priced. They wanted to charge me 4700$ and I took my car to another shop who is charging me just under 3k. The receptionist has a terrible attitude and is incredibly rude.

We had a great experience at AutoNation Jeep/Chrysler on Broadway in Denver. The process was smooth from start to finish and we feel excellent about the purchase. Nathan and the entire crew we dealt with made the car buying experience easy and stress free. We would highly recommend this AutoNation location to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Excellent service department, friendly and helpful employees, great communication and they keep my wrangler in excellent condition. I appreciate the COVID precautions they are taking and have had my vehicle Cloroxed each time I bring it in. Also, while many people had time off for COVID, these incredible and essential people were still showing up for work every day. Thank you!!!

SERVICE: This review is for their service department. What a terrible experience. Unable to correctly fix the issue and terrible customer service on top of that.I brought my car in because it wouldnt start. After looking at the car they called to tell me that it needed $3K of work (typical dealer stuff) but that the stalling issue was an easy fix and covered by the the $145 investigation charge I already paid (great! right?). I then opted into $1K of additional work and picked my car up the next morning. This is where the real fun began....The next time I started my car up it let out a terrible screeching noise upon starting. Then, when I started it up for the third time it proceeded to stall and die on me three times. Something completely new and different than the original reason I brought it in. Brought it back to them to look into and its been 5 days of nothing but a run around. Not to mention they never called Friday to confirm theyd have my car through the following Monday. So I was surprised when I called on Saturday only to find that both my advisor and technician were out and my car was labeled DISABLED. Horrible service.Now its Monday and Im continuing to get a run around and continued obnoxiously long hold times when I first reach the department. They keep saying the noise is due to a water pump pulley. They suggested I replace my water pump for $1K (called Firestone and received a quote for $575). But they have no new news on the real issue, stalling. I told them Im picking my car up tonight no matter what. I think regardless I need second opinion. I now lack trust in the quality of work and its only been made worse by a lack of customer service.

I would absolutely recommend AutoNation! I have never worked with AutoNation before, but we came in to look at a Volvo XC90 w/ a trade in and I was pleasantly surprised with how hard they worked to get me in it. My situation was challenging to say the least. They even worked around my loan to make it financially sound for me. Their offer on my trade in was way more then what I expected which helped my financing! Thank you Auto Nation for getting my growing family in a vehicle that we can be happy in and reducing our monthly car payments by $200 dollars! This process was an iconic experience.

First off the advisor was awful. I brought my gladiator in for simple stuff. Alignment, Calibration of tires, and a detail since that was not done on the delivery of my brand new truck. Took them 2 days to complete everything. Promise time was by end of day when I dropped off my truck. To be completely honest that is a little outrageous of a timeline when it’s somethings that are very minuscule. I had to call down to the dealership to see what kind of status my truck was in and when it would be picked up. I never once did get a phone call from the advisor, I was the one who contacted him to see what was going on. After the numerous phone calls that I had the advisor wasn’t even sure if it was done or not. I am currently in the automotive industry and this person’s interaction with me was not how you treat customers. I’m beyond disappointed with the service and how this whole situation went. The alignment is still off, detail was barley even done, and the only thing that was right was the calibration of my tires. Please get in contact with me

Granted, my situation was a little high maintenance, I dont feel it was handled well. I had to call and follow up multiple times. I was not contacted after the initial interest. The interactions I did have were met with minimal effort. Lost a sale.

I take it in for an oil change then oil starts leaking, I take it in to get a coil replaced and they say they fixed the leak but its still leaking, I take it back and they say the oil pan needed to be replaced because of the last people who changed my oil which was them so we make them replace it, then I get it home and its suddenly leaking coolant which is caused by the radiator being cracked coincidentally the same day they worked on it. All they have done is cost us money and inconvenience without admitting to their mess up. I will never be bringing my car back to them and recommend you dont either.

Brought In my 2014 Jeep Wrangler on a flat bed because of a bad clunking sound coming from my rear diff. While they kept my vehicle for a couple of days they gave me a loaner car which was brand new and very nice. The work ended being under warranty and they fixed an axle seal and replaced my driveshaft. All throughout the process the customer service was excellent. Would recommend.

Held my car all day for a recall repair. According to the guy they didn’t even have the time to touch it, shop was backed up was all he’d say. I’ll take it to another Jeep dealer from now on
