This shop was one of my best and smoothest experiences when dealing with car issues. After my vehicle was broken into and attempted stolen, Calliber Collision took it in and went above and beyond to make sure it was back in top shape. They use an advanced texting and email system to keep you up to date, when pets were ordered, when they got installed, and an estimated pick up date was sent days in advance so that we could plan ahead. I would 100% use them for any future repairs or issues.

The work was done ahead of schedule and my vehicle was returned much cleaner than it was when dropped off.

All I can say is good things about this location! Amy and April were wonderful, they both continually gave me updates on my car service and explained what was being done. When I went to pick up my car April and Amy greeted me like family and did a walk around of my car making sure I was satisfied with the service! The color matched beautifully, the clear coat on the front of my car around the inside of the door and behind the door handles is perfect! I was in a car accident and I chose Caliber Collision as my choice for repair.They were so friendly with great customer service. Every day I was updated on how my car repair was moving along. They touched up some scratched off paint from my car. I brought my Ford in after an accident it had extremely bad rear damage. The men working on the vehicle did an amazing job you cannot tell that the car was ever damaged. The customer service was great ! The manager of this location kept on top of everything and made doing business with them easy and great. The inflated estimate given to my insurance company wasnt relevant to the damages incurred as a result of the theft of my vehicle.The estimateer and I circled all the theft damages. When I returned to pick up my vehicle to seek another estimate, multiple areas with no revalance to the theft damage were marked all over my truck and quoted as necessary repairs from the theft damages. This ironious quote was $4085 higher than the second quote which is a true and honest assessment of the damages incurred as a result of the theft. Caliber collisions quote was so inflated at $9600+ that my vehicle has been deemed a total. This is and has become a financial disaster and is costing me thousands of dollars in additional losses.

Thank you to Amy and Wayne for getting our truck back earlier than expected. The body work came out really good.

We just got our car back from Caliber Collision and I have to say, Ive never been so impressed with a service experience in my life. From the time we dropped the car off to the time we picked it up - they far-exceeded my expectations. Joe was awesome to work with. He gave us text updates almost daily. They finished with the car a full week before anticipated. And when we picked it up, it had been completely detailed (it was a mess when we dropped it off because wed just returned from a trip to Lake Powell and it was full of sand). Honestly, it was cleaner than when we bought it new at the dealership! I cannot recommend Caliber enough. They were absolutely awesome!

I had to get my door fixed after a hit and run and they were nothing but polite and professional! I got text updates the whole way through and my door looks good as new! I hopefully won’t have to get future body work done but if I do have to, I’m coming here again.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job. Having a mishap with your vehicle is never an enjoyable experience but they did a great job fixing it up. John was an extremely polite and accommodating person. Their notification/status update system is also very convenient. I would go back in the future.

Caliber collision has done work on my car three different times and every time the staff was awesome and went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. The last time I had my car repaired the back passenger wouldnt open and the hatch switch on by dash wouldnt work. I called the manage Wayne and he had me bring my car back. they fixes the door and looked at the switch on the dash while I waited took about 20 min. The tec said the switch went bad. Wayne said they could order the part and put it in for my at little or no cost to me. This was a unelated issue to the work they did on the car. When the tec took the dash apart to install the new switch he found that all the control switchs had been disconnected. This was done by car toys who installed a new remote starter and radio right before I Caliber Collision did work on my car. The tec reconnected all the switches at now cost to me. Wayne and the staff at Caliber Collision are amazing. They went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. Caliber Collision will be the only place that i will take my car to get fixed if i ever get into another accident. As for Car Toys on Bowles in Littleton I will be calling them and letting them know that their tec forgot to reconnect my switches on my dash when they did the install of the car alarm.

This is our 2nd dealing with Caliber Collision for year 2020. First one was earlier this year at one of there other facilities a few miles away. Due to schedling had to use their other facility but end results- the same; always what you expect - job done right and AOK. Caliber Collision did a fantastic repair of our black 2013 Mercedes S550 from front to back. A major repair caused by going through a parking garage heavy chain. You can actually see your reflection in the right rear passenger side door which was also replaced and painted. Overall, job well done! Thank you Wayne whom is the Manager there and convey our thanks to all concerned.

Ive used this company for major vehicle repairs and small jobs. Each time was very happy with the work performed and the excellent customer service. For major repairs, you make an appointment to have them look at your car, schedule the repair and drop it off on the day specified. They take care of all insurance, its all seamless. For small repairs, I stopped by to have them look at a loose molding on my car; they repaired it with some new clips and I was on my way within 30 minutes. And it was complementary!

Quick and easy, as soon as the insurance company gave the okay, they took care of everything. I got frequent text alerts about the status of my car. It looked way better then when I dropped it off. Syaff was very certious and knew what they were doing. I will be going to them for any auto repairs.

I have used this location for several years, including when they were Abra Repair. The folks have always gone above and beyond for me. I even stopped in one time to see if they had a plastic clip I needed and they had it, then let me have it at no charge. Highly recommend this facility.

Awesome service! Every employee I talked with was polite, informative, and helpful. They made a frustrating situation of dealing with an insurance company who couldnt make up their minds bearable and was willing to assist with whatever I needed. The repairs on my car were quick and they guaranteed their work, making sure to do whatever they could to make sure my car was back to its original form. I traveled all the way from Colorado Springs to thos location and I do not regret it! This location is the best body shop I have been to!

Great and very helpful! Every car repair service I had called it was a month before they could get me in. Abra fit me in to fix my car within a week of the time I called. The repairs made my car looked untouched. A few weeks later I went in with another issue and they fixed it right then and there in a matter of minutes. They value your tine. Great job and fast work

This was the most absolutely worst experience with a body shop/mechanic I’ve ever had. First, I went in for an estimate and it took them a month to schedule it. Second, when i went for the estimate they told me it was going to be another month out. The only reason I waited is because my insurance company told me they were so highly regarded. Once I dropped my car off they told me they were going to have to ship it to Jordan Rd location where they called me to tell me my car was there the day of, but then didn’t remove he bumper until six days later. I know because I still have the voicemails. Then they did not get the parts ordered and in for another two weeks. After they got the parts it took them a day to install and three days to get to paint. When I finally got my car back they told me my battery was dead and I needed a new one. Well my car sat at their shop for over a month, of course the battery is dead. But they made me pay for it anyway. Finally once I got it back, a month and a week after drop off, there was a scratch on the bumper. Which I have posted a picture of. The bumper is the part they fixed. After ten minutes of them buffing it out the scratch was gone. Then when I get my car back... the alignment was thrown off by either the tow truck or whatever else they did to it. They refused to refund me for a battery or so anything else to even try and make it right. I dealt with Eric, and Matt who are both managers. They seemed like they wanted to help me but never got anything done. The manager at the Jordan Rd location refused to anything for me trying to blame me for what went wrong, instead of taking responsibility. I tried to be understanding with them but they had my car for so long and gave me the worst possible experience I’ve ever had.

Outstanding service; great communications; perfect work. Weve had to have three different repairs done by Abra due to fender-benders on our cars - two repairs to one, one to another. In all cases the work has been absolutely perfect. The first repair is now several years old and still looks perfect. The two people giving this company one stars arent describing the company weve used, thats for sure!

I called this Abra to make an appointment. They only had a Monday appointment available I told the person on the phone that I wouldn’t be able to drop my car off in the time they quoted. I asked if I could drop my car off on the Friday or Saturday before the appointment. They told me that was no problem. The Friday morning before my appointment I called to confirm and again asked if it was okay to drop my car off that day or Saturday. The guy told me they don’t accept cars on Saturday and they would try to accommodate me Friday. As I thought about it I realized that if I drove down to drop my car chances are they would not take my car. I ended up not being able to come that day anyways and knowing I couldn’t drop my car off Saturday I gave them a call to cancel my appointment. No one answered so I tried two more times Saturday again no answer. Finally I had to call the 24 hour call center just to cancel my appointment. I have no idea what kind of work they do but if they won’t work with schedules or take cars early just to drop off until the appointment. To me that is horrible customer service and I will never use them to do any work.

Daily updates on car status, fixed a ding in my door not related to the original accident just because they could, cleaned and vacuumed the interior before returning the car and 4 wks later when I thought my radiator had been affected I brought the car in and they fixed a leak in my windshield washer reservoir for free (not related to the original accident) Very positive experience and have already recommended to friends.

Being wowed by excellent customer service was the last thing I expected from an auto body shop. I was rear-ended by a State Farm driver, and his insurance arranged for my car to be fixed at ABRA, but screwed up the rental car reservation which was at a location 30 minutes away. The ladies at ABRA heard about it and changed my car rental reservation to the Enterprise next door - I didnt have to do a thing. Super friendly, timely, and professional.

Five-star serves all around

Do NOT take your car here! They do very sloppy and careless work. We brought our brand new, 2019 vehicle in to repair a door ding the size of a pencil eraser. After four days, it was returned to us worse than when we dropped it off. Not only had the ding not been fixed properly, there were new, large scratches on the car (I’m talking into the paint scratches!), new dings on the door, the inside of the car looked like they spray painted white paint all over the vehicle (apparently this was compound that they sprayed and dripped all over the inside), the leather on the driver seat was black from whatever was on the person’s pants that drove/sat in our car, decals and trim pieces were put back on the car crooked, paint overspray, and splotches of what they said is dried compound all over the outside of the vehicle—literally too many to count. The manager doesn’t seem to be overly concerned about the condition that our vehicle was returned to us and continues to be returned to us. (We are currently on our fourth trip to get our car fixed.) If I could take the car somewhere else to repair the damages Abra caused, I would in a heartbeat. If you care about your car at all or just want a job done right the first time, take your car somewhere else.

Grossly overpriced and unfair! We came in for an estimate on a 1/2” knick on my door for a touch up. Their answer-$1400. Haha! They’re fees are designed to rip you off whether you use insurance or not. Similar scam that hospitals pull on you as well. $55 to disconnect my battery! Ludicrous!

This is a GREAT shop if you want to get your vehicle fixed within 6 months! However, if you actually need service LOOK ELSEWHERE!! The owner of this shop drives a Ferrari as a side car, but apparently cannot hire or expand his shop to increase revenue and hire more people! It makes zero sense, what a pompous prick!

Tinted the front windows on my GX470 and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. I had a lot of questions about how dark to go and they provided excellent advice.

Had work done on my truck. Had to remove a camo rocker panel decal to blend paint? Even though scratch was 3 feet 2 inches from the decal. Called and said they couldnt find one i responded i got it at advanced auto parts. Never looked to replace it as they said they couldnt find it. Well i went to advanced auto the day after i picked up the truck 1.7 miles from the auto body shop. They had 2 of the exact one i bought on the first aisle as you walk in

Minor collision repair

I walked in to make an appointment last week and told the receptionist that I have a truck that has some very minor dings and scratches that I would like an estimate for and it would be self pay. I returned for my appointment and the receptionist went to get the estimator. The estimator then walked to their office and closed the door. The receptionist then grabbed a camera and said they needed to take pictures of the damage. I asked if the estimator is coming out to see the truck and she said, we will email a quote. I reiterated that there really isnt damage just dings and scratches and the response was, we dont do paint. Thing that make you go....hmmm.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Its been over ten days and i still have not gotten a call informing me of the status of my vehicle all i am told is that someone will have to call me back. Is there seriously nobody there thag can just tell me the status this is absolutley ridiculos. Do yourself a favor and go to any shop besides this one.

ABRA does a lot of work with State Farm, and one of their clients hit me from behind. My dad worked for Farmers for years and clued me into all the dirty little tricks the industry uses. I didnt tell ABRA that I was the claimant against State Farm and they quoted me $2,373 to fix the rear of my car. When they found out I was with another carrier they quoted me around $150. These people are as crooked as a three dollar bill and I will be filing a complaint with the Arapahoe County Licensing Bureau later this week. You are CRAZY to bring your car to d-bags like this. Find a local shop, save lots of money and get it done right.
