I have to say I am extremely impressed with these guys!! We bought some after market fender flares for my sons car for a present and they give us a very reasonable quote to install them. Well the installation took WAY longer than they anticipated because they didnt fit perfect and they never charged us an extra penny! Then I scratched my brand new Teslas (UGH!) rim on a curb and Teslas authorized body shop said I had to buy a new rim. So I brought my car to them and they fixed it PERFECTLY and hardly charged me anything!! These guys are super friendly, professional and reasonable!! I will never go anywhere else for auto body service!! Ask for L.C. he is awesome!!

They have quoted me one price and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle they had add extra parts and doubled the price on other parts, with out calling and let me know. Collen the owner is very rude and started cursing me out. He also had the Credit Card charge reversed and was only willing to take cash before he would release the vehicle. Because I asked for the photos and the the so called broken part they had to replace. To keep in mind this is a company we used for are fleet of 97 different vehicles and have used many times and here the first time we called them out or asked questions this is how we where treated. I would highly recommend finding a different company to use for your vehicle. If anyone needs photos of the estimate to what final bill says let me know, as i am will to send them you.

We took our brand new 4Runner there after an accident with the garage. The team was great. Cullen was very upfront, and the timing was very impressive. The 4Runner has a pearl finish and they did an amazing job of blending the paint.I saw other post about the pricing-- However if you looking for quality work. Then I thought Ultimate was fair in their pricing. Even going to take my camaro that needs a dent fixed.

Do NOT take your car to Ultimate Auto Body Werks. They do a horrible job, do not stand behind their work and will change the bid price on you once the car is done. Completely unprofessional, car was not completed to my satisfaction (missing parts, scratches and dents still in car) and then tell you the price is even higher than what the estimate was originally. I spoke with a friend who had the exact same bad experience there. If I could give zero stars I would.

One of the finest businesses I’ve encountered in the Denver area, and obviously during a stressful time, as I was in a car accident.

My experience here was super positive. I just needed a bumper replaced on my Subaru, and other body shops were quoting two to three MONTHS to have it fixed. By chance, the car rental agent I was working with recommended nearby Ultimate Auto Body Werks. These guys quoted me a week and got it done in just over a week. They were super friendly and accommodating and I was thrilled to have gotten my bumper fixed in a much shorter timeframe than I was quoted elsewhere. Thanks to Reno and the staff and everyone else involved!

They refuse to repair my car with used parts or aftermarket parts. I was not happy at all

The owner Cullen is not professional. He was very angry and yelling at one of his customers on the phone when I got there. That should have been clue to me on how I would be treated. I had my vehicle in there for 2 months and they did nothing to it. Then had his girl Sam or Samantha try to explain how it was my fault? Dont take anything there. They give you excuses before they give you your vehicle back and the owner will degrade you scream at you and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have encountered.

Alexa made sure I was satisfied with their work. I had roof damage that did not repair the way they bid it; we agreed on a new, lower, price. It turned out pretty good, got what I paid for no argument there. At this point Alexa did me a nice solid. It was a fair and satisfying repair.

My husband and son had an issue with car. Damage. Brought in for an estimate. Cullen was upfront with all work that needed to be done. On time with work. The place was recommended by Bill from Connelly Towing This place was amazing. No surprises car looks like new would recommend to anyone.

They do excellent body repair. BUT they are terrible at communicating with their customers. After a fender bender that took 3 weeks to complete I had promises 9 different times that they would call me (by the end of the day or tomorrow morning) that never happened. I wont be back!

Ultimate Auto Body Werks is amazing! I was referred to them by Groove Subaru after getting into an accident in a winter storm. They are the definition of a friendly, family-owned business. They took excellent care of my car, and even got me a great deal on new tires. They were incredibly sweet throughout the entire process. The car was returned to me detailed and looking good as new. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and will be going back if I ever need body work in the future!

They repaired our Prius V with original manufacturer parts beautifully BOTH TIMES (two separate accidents, two different young adults!) I was rear-ended by a new driver who was not paying attention to the road. Our car fortunately looks just like new, and no one was injured. Took a little while to complete the second time, but that was because the insurance adjuster delayed coming out to look at the car, then another delay because the insurance adjuster didnt fully approve the correct amount of repairs needed. Fortunately, we were not charged extra for a rental car, since it was the insurance companys issue. Very pleased with our car put back together like new!

I had a small dent on the side of my brand new, week old truck from a wild shopping cart. The cart also left a few scratches but no paint damage. I went into Ultimate Body Werks for a quote and the guy was very helpful and knew exactly what it would cost. I set up an appointment for the following Monday at 9am. Monday morning came around and I dropped my truck off a little bit before 9am and I was done and out the door by just over 35 minutes later. They even let me go into the garage and look at the dent all fixed up before I paid. What I thought would take an hour was done in a flash! Amazing! The girls that work in the office are friendly and helpful too. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable and clean. I will for sure go back there if I need to! Thanks so much for the great customer service, attention to detail, and overall comfortable atmosphere.

Great experience. I understood that to have hail damage, I was one of 5,000 claims within my local area. This shop performed quality work/service in a timely fashion. The customer service included handling all rental car service thereby leaving me with zero downtime for car usage as needed for most persons. Their shop has secure communication with my insurance company which allowed hassle free estimate/price comparison diagnostics to get me back on the road. Highly recommended.

These guys were awesome. Last year, I purchased an 11 year old Porsche, and it needed a few body work issues resolved from parking lot dings, etc. I got estimates from 4 different body shops, for the same work. One shop seemed to want to do everything possible to drive up the price, to more than 4 times what the other three were proposing. Since I was paying out of pocket for this work, I was very cautious about proceeding.Ultimate Auto Body Werks gave me an estimate that was very reasonable, and John Proctor obviously wanted to make sure we struck a balance between holding down the costs where possible, but still doing things properly and professionally.Now, things werent completely perfect at first, a couple of items were missed. But a true professional will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied, and thats exactly what they did. They didnt hesitate at all to take care of a few items, and made sure I was happy when done. The final bill came in exactly at the estimate, no hassles there at all.Overall, I am very happy with the experience, and my car looks almost showroom new now.

I just want to preface my comments by saying the work is fantastic. I have had 2 cars serviced here and have been incredibly happy with the quality.That being said, I will never take another car here again, nor refer anyone to Ultimate Auto Body Werks.I dropped off my new Audi S5 to be repaired and was promised that I would have it in 1.5 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called to get the status and was told that a bigger job had come in and my car had been pushed back. After 3 weeks I called again, and it still was not ready. Finally, I was able to get it at 5pm on a Friday.I had to call to make payment as they had never given me an updated time of completion. They refused to take credit card over the phone unless I paid a 1.5% surcharge. I did this just to be over with itWhen I picked up my car, there was a huge 3-way crack in the windshield right in the drivers view, which was not there when I dropped it off (nor a chip or a speck). I was told that I would receive a phone call about this on Monday. No call. I finally called the manager (Monica) on Tuesday and she acted surprised that no one had contacted me. She informed me that someone would call same day to get it taken care of. I verified that they would be using Audi glass and she confirmed.I received a call by their install guy who had time to come out same-day to fix my windshield. I verified with him that it would be Audi glass and he confirmed. After removing my cracked windshield (and turning it into a spiderweb of cracks), only to find that his AFTERMARKET glass that he tried to replace it with did not fit. Now my car is sitting with a completely shattered windshield, held in place by a few pieces of masking tape, rear view mirror hanging from wires, being told that it can take days to weeks to get the right glass ordered.IMO- service is as important as quality. Here, Quality = A ; Service = F. A C average is just not good enough.

I was recently t-boned in my brand new truck that I worked really hard to buy. My insurance company was a nightmare and wanted to use cheap replacement parts. The team at Ultimate had my back. They insisted on factory parts and took zero short cuts on the repairs and my truck is good as new. A big thanks to Alexa and the whole crew!!!

I had a very bad wreck in a small window when changing insurance companies. Ultimate came highly recommended and had good ratings, so I chose them. The original quote was $9,700, which I was told was 98% accurate. The total cost ended up being 12,700. The original time frame quoted for completion was 2-3 weeks. It took 5. That said, the work they did was incredible. My entire roof was ripped off and it looks brand new now.

Look no further this auto body shop is amazing. Now, at first I was hesitant to take my car here after reading past reviews. I learned that this shop is owned by a new person. Her name is Alexa and she is very kind and patient. She was confident her shop could fix my front bumper, the right way, and they nailed it. Even above expectations. Im extremely particular and want a job done right, needless to say I am beyond pleased.

They did a good job with the repair, however when I picked up my car it had 200 more miles on it than when I left it, plus I found a pair of earrings in the cup holder and a business card for a dermatologist. Seems like someone used my car for personal use while it was in this businesss care. Unacceptable and I will never go here again and I suggest that you dont either!!!!!

These guys should be avoided. Ive taken my cars here for years until just recently. What began as a simple $500 scratch fix has become a $1000 panel re-painting. I had a deep scratch on the hood of my 2016 Miata. They got the scratch taken care of and the paint matched but the clear coat job was awful. Unacceptable. They refused to make it right. Twice!Luckily, the insurance company will cover the $1000 (less deductible) to have it done right, but Ultimate wont see one penny of that.Apparently theres been a change in ownership. No good.

After Gerber worked on my truck and screwed it up in a bad way, I took my truck to Ultimate and they did an awesome job. I would recommend them to any and all. Thank you for going above and beyond and doing what Gerber couldnt do.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. My car was totally wrecked from the hail storm in Lakewood this year. The first time they fixed my car, they did a great job, but they made a few errors (i.e. didnt connect the microphone). When I took the car back to get the issues fixed, they went above and beyond. They fixed everything and even gave me from free touch up paint all in one day. I was expecting for there to be some mistakes because they were so busy from the hail storm and a ton of work had to be done to my car. My only complaint is that they are not the best with email, so I suggest just communicating with them over the phone.

Im a repeat customer to Ultimate Auto Body Werks, but there were a couple of issues with this most recent visit. I left a hood to be painted. Just to make small talk, I started to say its a fun vehicle, but it.. and I was interrupted by Alexa saying, well call you when its done and her walking away. Okay, no time to listen to the customer, not the end of the world, but when I picked the hood up, there was a small sharp ding in the hood. It was a CAPA certified steel hood. Alexa said its aftermarket and the dent in the middle is from the manufacturer stamping the steel together. The ding wasnt in the middle, nor was it the size she was referring to. Another tech said it shouldnt be a big deal for them to tap it out, but Alexa wouldnt even look at what I was trying to show her. She said the pdr tech could fix it for $100-$150...for one tiny ding. I said forget it and walked out. Even if it were there before, which I am 99.9% sure it was not as I inspected it when I dropped it off. I just cant believe she would let me leave upset over a 5 minute repair. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place as long as she works there..

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO HERE. Unethical and illegal business. They cut corners and dont fix anything to LEGAL standards, all to save time. So if you care about the safety of anyone that rides in your vehicle never take it here. Management is the worst here, they will bully you right out the door if you try to call them on theyre shotty work. I hope the Insurance board of Colorado shuts you down after their inspection.

I went to this place on referral from Toyotas service center to get ideas and/or equipment to repair some scratches myself. All I was told was that it could only be fixed by them for $700-$800. Then I went to an auto parts store without the same financial motive and got what I needed to do it myself. Poor customer service and suspect for shady business practices.

They are fast friendly and Reno takes time and going over the estimate.

I bought a brand new Toyota truck from Goove Toyota. The truck came with a ding on the passenger door with a We-Owe of having them have it removed with Paintless Dent Repair. This is on my 2018 Tundra. I subsequently found a couple other factory paint defects, and the dealer said theyd take care of it. The dealer used Utlimate Auto Body Werks to do the work, which made a mess of my truck! I had to take it back to them a second time to fix the new issues they introduced - scratches and swirls in the paint, lack of luster in areas they resprayed clear coat, and solvent pop. Im still not happy with what they did, but you have to look very closely in the right light to find any remaining defects. I was able to polish the worst of it out myself. Never EVER trust your vehicle to Ultimate Auto Body Works in Denver.

Repair was wonderful. Communication was a little spotty.

Car was fine (as far as we can tell), but we were not given an honest answer about them taking care of the rental car when the procurement of parts caused delays. Were now being told by Enterprise that well be getting an invoice for rental car fees.

I was generally pleased with my experience, the repair (which was major) looked good.

This shops service is dropping, we had a great experience with them 2 years prior but when my vehicle had some minor damage went back to them. They gave me a estimate, I set up a appointment and dropped off my car per the appointment. When the car was supposed to be ready i had to call them and they told me that they hadnt gotten to it and it will be longer, mind you I am in a rental car and have to extend my rental. When the car is ready they tell me they misquoted me and now its over a $100 more expensive because they goofed, they did not call and ask me they just stuck me with the bill. Very disappointed in the way they handled this. Will not be going back nor referring anyone here.Top it off after i paid them and told them i was disappointed in them, the owner calls me and chews me out for being disappointed in them and tells me hes going to put the old bumper back on and hangs up. Poor service!!!

The only reason I visited the place is becuase Gerber Collision said they were able to repair my car, but there was backlog from hail damage in denver area, so I had to wait till september to get my car fixed.In order to get my car fixed quickly I called Ultimate Auto Body Werks. I called them one day ahead of my visit, the girl on the phone said to come by for an estimate and they could do an immediate repair if possible. I gave her the make, model and informed them I would be paying out of packet for head light and bonnet damage. The girls even mentions that Honda car parts are easily available. I again called on the day I was visiting to make sure everything was fine to get an estimate.When I showed up the lady behind the desk did not acknowlege me, let alone greet me. I had to call her to come help me. After she came up to help me, she asked me to fill up my contact information. Suddenly a bald headed guy shows up doesnt even check my car (and doesnt even greet me) and says we dont do old model cars, something like they dont have spare parts for 96 honda accord model. Either way I told him to check my car. He comes back and gave a phone number for OEM parts dealer and says he cant do the reapir work. Also on a side note the lady behind the counter seemed intimidated by this bald headed guy, they were talking about a PO number missing and he seemed a bit agitated with her.I dont understand why they told me to drive there over the phone, if they knew they wouldnt carry the parts.

I came in to get my front end repainted on my 2011 Mini Cooper and the owner I think it was, told me in a very profane way to get out of his office. I wont come back.
