Best body shop you want to bring your car. Don’t take your car anywhere else those big box chains have no clue and total your car out for no reason. Bring it here if you have a car that is exotic and near and dear to your heart. There is no better PERIOD

My wife brought our car in for an inspection on the 5th of August. The inspection was performed by Jordan and, my wife was told that she would receive an email with our quote that same day. it is now the 11th and we have not received our quote. We have both called multi times and have been told they will email/call us back. We still have not received anything. I feel that this business has been very unprofessional with their communication and work ethic. I advise you to find a shop that will be more professional and courteous to their clients time.

I couldnt recommend this place more. HRCC took care of everything for me from start to finish, after I was involved in an accident. Jordan in the office was extremely friendly and on top of things the whole way. My car looks better than it did before and I couldnt be happier!

They repaired my Mazda CX-5 after a minor accident. They were very friendly and straightforward and communicated well through email & text. I hope I dont need more body work but I would use them again if I did.The only minor complaint that I have was that the office had an odd smell to it both times I went there. Im not sure what it was but thats pretty minor honestly.

I have had the unfortunate need of these services a few different times in the past couple months. Each time, Jordan and her team has been incredibly helpful, professional, and timely. The quality of the repairs blew me away! Most recently, my truck got hit and there was extensive damage. When I got it back it was like getting a brand new truck! I have a fleet of vehicles and have dealt with other shops in the past. Nobody is better than Jordan and the team here!

They are wonderful. Honest about everything that needed to be done, car looked bran new when they finished. Of all the collision repair services Ive used, this was by far the best experience. The team is courteous, helpful and friendly, the work was completed on time, the interaction with my insurance company was seamless and conflict-free, and the communication / updating process is outstanding, with daily updates being provided by e-mail and text. The car was ready on time and it looks as new. I recommend HRCC highly.

This company fixed my vehicle from an accident. But with state farms preferred company and lifetime warranty Kyle is refusing to fix a part that was shifted in my vehicle Due to their service. This is the only company ever to do work like this on my vehicle. I am the only owner of my vehicle and this was the only accident on my vehicle. This company is a fraud, I do not recommend. At time if service one of the technicians tried to tell us that we drove with the emergency brake on and that emergency brake needed to be changed. This vehicle was barley 9 months old at this time. When we informed him that that hadn’t happened, due to the vehicle alerting us if the e brake was on and the fact that you would have to accelerate pretty hard for the vehicle to even move, he got upset and tried to tell my husband, maybe it was your wife then. Do not choose this company for your repair needs.

I took down my review and now Im reposting. While yes, the car looks good, they did a lot of unnecessary work on the car, which doubled our estimate. (And we realized to our dismay a week after getting our car back the the blinker light and headlight they replaced didnt even work!) Furthermore, they didnt bother to consult us when they hiked up our estimate. We are infuriated and if you want honest work done on your car, do not go to these crooks.

Highlands Ranch Collision Center took great care of us when we were hit by a semi blowout while travelling. They worked with us, the insurance company, the rental car provider and the parts suppliers to get us all fixed up and back on the road as soon as possible. Couldnt have asked for more.

What can I say about HRCC – My husband and I wouldn’t take our repairs to any other shop in town! Over the past 10 year we have collision and hail damage to a variety of vehicles that they have repaired for us, EACH and EVERY time the vehicles look AMAZING and they are a State Farm Insurance preferred collision center. My husband cracked a painted fiberglass piece on his motorcycle, we took it to Jay and when he was done it looked like a brand new piece. Most recently we had a trunk from a motorcycle that we needed to have the color changed on, not only did the match the custom paint exactly but also added hand painted pin striping. We are beyond happy the entire team at HRCC, thank you for always being there and taking care of all of our needs.

Honestly the best experience we’ve had. They were fully booked, yet still were able to fit us in. They kept us updated every step of the way on everything that was happening with our Subaru until the day it was ready to go. When we picked up the car they came out and went into detail about the repairs that had been done to the vehicle. Our two boys were very happy as well because they both came home with a sweet treat compliments of the center. Hands down recommend this place. You won’t be sorry to go to them. I cant express enough how pleased I am with the service! I was very unsure at first due to bad experiences Ive had at body shops, However my car looked EXACTLY the way it did when I left the dealership which is way more than I expected. They vacumed my car which is kind of hard to do during a pandemic at this time. Let me just say if you care about your car and love your car and you want it back the way you remembered GO TO HIGHLANDS RANCH COLLISION!

We had to coordinate a damage estimate with several people and these guys were awesome helping us out with this. They were super friendly and the estimator was very honest - more concerned that we did the right thing than give them business. These guys are trustworthy and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I brought my car in after being rear ended and they did a wonderful job fixing it. They were diligent about setting aside time to order parts so I wasnt in the rental car too long. When more parts needed to be ordered they communicated with me. I am very happy with the job they did and recommend them.

Highlands ranch collision center was amazing. The person I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and got me setup for a damage inspection. I forgot the appointment and when I called to talk to them the person on the phone was great! There was no attitude or hassle about rescheduling. WOW! Then I recieved a call (2 days later) that my vehicle was rea³n buydy and when I arrived to pick it up I was blown away. I couldnt tell what work had even been done! Amazing!

I’ve had two experiences with HRCC, one positive and one very negative. They replaced windows and a hole in the door of a Jeep earlier this year. They were fast and the work was great. Good communication.I just picked up a truck from them that they’ve had for more than 2 months and had not started on. They assured me they’d begin in two weeks when I dropped it off. I have called to check progress 7-8 times and each time the nice lady answering the phones assured me someone would get back to me. They did not. Finally 5 days ago she transferred me to a man who seemed to know the operations. He assured me he’d call with a revised estimate (first one was $7,000, then $9,300, this one “significantly more) for the truck repair. I was and am more than willing to spend up to $15,000 to go front to back on this truck to restore it but the communication was so poor and their follow up and estimate process has been so messy I just picked the truck up to take to another business.

They refuse to fix my car but are still charging me $400 to put my car back together.They didnt contact me in any way to let me know that there was a problem with my repair. When I confronted them as to why they didnt contact me. They said it wasnt their responsibility.

Every part of my experience with Highlands was as pleasant as it could possibly be. Their cost estimate was in line with the other folks I talked to. They were able to fit me in when nobody else could, and scheduled it around my schedule, so that I didnt have to rent a car. Their time estimate and cost estimate were spot on. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. They already knew how to work with my insurance, and were able to advise me on how best to go through the process. I cannot recommend them enough! Use them whenever possible!

This place is by far the best collision center. They showed me amazing customer service as well as amazing collision service. I wont go anywhere else for body work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my car to them for a fender liner and fender replacement... had 2 weeks to order parts and still didn’t have them when I brought the car in. Then took another 2 weeks to even finish the job!!! Got the car back and it’s shaking so bad I’m scared to drive it. Can’t even go over 40mph. Kyle is also refusing to pay for the damage his shop did. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!! The front receptionist Michelle was nothing but nice though.

Jay is the greatest repair guy ever. Family has used him 6 times (Civic, Prelude, Eclipse, Forester). I dont know about price comparison, but he and crew are SKILLED. Shop is in an industrial area. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Snacks available. Reception staff is welcoming.

The office staff and whole team was fantastic. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they did on my Silver Hyundai Elantra. It looks brand new thanks to them and they fixed it so quickly. I highly recommend their services, even for the smallest body repair needs.

I had damage to my vehicle from a hit and run. They got me in fairly quickly, dropped my car off on a Monday and it was done on Friday, just like they said it would be. The job was well done too! I would definitely go back to them in the future.

I went to them because I was referred by the dealership because so a car accident. They dont have any communication skills, they never called me to tell me what was going on, I had to call them. Then when they called to tell me my car was done, they didnt even offer to tell me what was fixed. When I picked up my car the front desk lady says here are your keys...... I had to ask where my car was.... then they left all their trash in my car. I will never go through them again or refer them. Awful customer service

Service staff is excellent and the quality of work on repairing some body dents and scratches was outstanding. I was leaving town at the end of the week and took it in Monday. They managed to get the work done in time and were responsive to my tight schedule. There was an issue with a dash light being on after the work and they took care of that as well. Andrew and the blonde lady were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this business. They will get your car fixed and turned around as quickly as possible. After big hail storms, they will do the best they can. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will return if the service is needed again. Thanks HRCC.

So my truck was part of that hail storm back in May 2017. Highlands Ranch kept putting me off saying they need parts or cant schedule me in for repairs. They scheduled my truck four times only to cancel every time. Its now mid Sept and last I spoke they wanted it to be November or later. I have had my truck dented longer then I have had the truck. Its been so long now I am not going to bother to get my NEW truck fixed. I will just take the money and pay the truck down. Highlands Ranch couldnt or didnt want the insurance repair. That seems to be true with all body shops. Caliper Collision was only taking one hail Damage per month and I know a guy that works there and he had nothing to work on. They refused my request flat out. (Kinda rude) I hope you can get yours repaired but I sure didnt have any luck.

There was a recent accident made to my vehicle that needed a few days of repairs. Highlands Ranch Collision Center called me with their first available appointment (12.19.17) to come in for inspection and repairs. I had stated that I would be leaving town on the 20th and would need my vehicle to travel over the Holidays. While they had a long line of cars waiting to be repaired due to a recent hail storm. They called back and were able to get me in two weeks earlier (12.4.17). I received my car back today (12.7.17) and they could not of done a better job with the repairs! Further, Ken, the owner, met me when I dropped off the vehicle. He shook my hand and asked if I needed a ride to Enterprise, which he kindly gave. Lastly, their staff in the office is fantastic! They helped me through this whole process of getting everything worked out and repairs completed as soon as I needed them! I want to wish everyone at Highlands Ranch Collision Center a Merry Christmas and Happy New Years! Thanks for everyones hard work and great work on my vehicle!

Very pleased with my repair when I returned from Calif.Very considerate about leaving my car while I went on vacation. No other body shop would let me do it. I had to wait my turn before I could leave my car before I left. Highly recommended!

Highly suggest them. Took my car there 2 weeks ago to get fixed from a car accident. The entire back panel needed to be redone as well as my right tail lamp (aftermarket) and rear bumper. They not only took the time to order my taillights that have a 3 month waiting period, but worked with insurance to cover the extra costs. They also fixed the rear back panel and made it look as if I had never been hit. No scratches, no dents, no paint chips. They called every day to update me on the status of my vehicle and not only matched the paint perfectly, but polished and washed my car outside, as well as vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle appearing brand new. Couldnt thank them enough for the easy process. Best experience Ive had in my years of car troubles!

5 Star Service for Sure. Leah and the entire team is very helpful, informative and works well with Insurance companies. Unfortunately have had a few reasons to visit them over the years. Over 10 years ago they were amazing and near perfect. In 2009 was a customer again and so of course this time when I had another repair needing done went back. REPEAT VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. BTW They came highly recommended from Arapahoe Hyundai service team which is the #1 selling Hyundai dealer in all of Colorado. That recommendation was made 10 years ago. When I asked Arapahoe who they recommended this time they said Highlands Ranch Collision. It was nice reinforcement they have been so good for so long! Thanks again.

Towed my car here to be repaired after being rear ended on the freeway. They made a difficult and annoying experience best as could be. Customer service was fantastic. My car was repaired 4 days quicker than expected and in tip top shape. Additionally, my Acura MDX has an unusual color and the paint job was 100% match. If you need collision repair, dont hesitate to take it here!

I attemped a review earlier but dont know if it went through. I had a great experience with Highlands Ranch Collision center. Leah, Jannielas, the owner, the mechanic - everyone was helpful and friendly. I did have a noise I noticed after their work, and it was hard to track down, but they were persistent in helping me deal with it, got me in right away, and they took care of it.

I am glad to choose HRCC and they did a fabulous job. I would recommend for sure :)

I took it in for minor repairs, (side swiping), and got my car back looking like it was brand new right off the lot. They detailed and cleaned the inside and out...I was super excited and pleased with the work done.

Staff didnt listen to my concerns about a clunking sound. Took my vehicle after they repaired it to the dealership which found my exhaust was not bolted correctly and missing bolts. Ironically this was on my estimate to check and repair exhaust which they didnt. They told me the clunk sound was the fact I needed new breaks which I didnt. Thankfully Volkswagen repaired my vehicle. I would not recommend going here.
