The folks at Summit removed two deep and sharp dents from the door of my car caused by impact from road debris. The whole process took only two hours and was reasonably priced. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their great attitude. They were able to get the dents completely out, and the door looks great. If you need dent repair, you should definitely give these folks a call.

These guys are awesome! A few months ago I found a dent in my 3 month old new car and was devastated. I checked out 3 places about getting this repaired. Not only was Summit the easiest to work with, they were the most professional and the most affordable as well. Oh, and they fixed up the dent without paint and it looks as good as new. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and straight forward. Even when a storm threatened to shut down most shops in the area for the day, these guys still go the work done and got me on my way. This place is amazing at everything. Whitney is super friendly and helpful. They repairs are prefect and the customer service goes above and beyond any I have ever seen! I had both my wifes car and my car suffer hail damage and they fixed both of them perfectly and made the whole process easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I really appreciated the fact that I found such a fantastic place to take my car. I thought I had pretty minor damage, but turns out, under the lights it was pretty bad. They were able to take care of getting the additional money from the insurance company. My car came back looking beautiful. It was clean and detailed. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I hope I dont have to go back but if I do I know Im in great hands.

I was honestly surprised at how great the customer service was. Whitney was amazing, she made everything easy for me right from the very beginning. When I dropped off my car she was attentive and quick to get me in and out, but what impressed me was that she made me feel more like I was a friend rather than just a customer. I felt like my business was truly valued here and I really appreciated that. It took about a week longer than expected to get my car back but it wasn’t that big a deal, they did a good job with the hail damage also. I would definitely recommend.

Very professional and accommodating! After the June 2018 hailstorm that turned my 2016 Highlander into dent central, they restored it to look as if it had just come off the showroom floor! They were definitely worth the drive out to them! They also handled all the insurance and I didnt have to do anything! Would definitely recommend!

After looking around I found this amazing shop dropped in and was able to drop my car off right away, the owners dropped me off at the near by Enterprise car rental and made sure I got a rental without a reservation. They did an incredible job worked with my insurance who low balled the estimate the car came out perfect and detailed they even gave me a break on my deductible and came to pick me up after the rental return. I interacted with multiple employees and the owners and they were all professional, friendly and made this experience stress free. Highly recommend his place!

Theres no on else I will go to for our vehicles. Whitney and her staff went above and beyond for my wife and I. When I brought the rental car back I forgot to fill it up all the way. Whitney insisted that she take care of it for me instead of having to go find a gas station. I couldnt believe it. They are awesome.

Summit Hail Repair is great and I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done. They were able to get my car in within a couple days for hail damage repair when most shops were out a years wait. They replaced my back glass and fixed all my dents, and it all looks great. The only reasons I didnt give them 5 stars is because one, I didnt know my car was done until my insurance texted me the day of and said they were ending my rental; I had to call to find out my car was done, and two, the evening I picked up my car I drove home and parked, only to discover my horn no longer goes off when I lock and arm my car and didnt have that problem before, even during the time I had no back glass.I dont know if that second one is related or not - could just be an incredible coincidence, but I just know that it worked fine before and didnt the day I picked it up. Overall would highly recommend though!

I would recommend this place to everyone. The whole experience was wonderful and they took the stress out of it entirely. They helped me every step of the way with assisting with the claim to setting up an appointment for a rental car. When I got the car back, it looked fantastic and everything was in order.

Summit Hail Repair is simply incredible. The entire staff is super friendly, especially the Manager Matt Krieg and the Owner Whitney. My new 2018 Ford was recently damaged in a hail storm (thanks Colorado!) and the crew at SHR did a tremendous job in restoring my car back into showroom condition. It looks just as good as it did the day I bought it. Absolutely amazing. They were even able to finish the job faster than their original time estimate. The entire process was super easy and I couldnt be happier with the customer service and the finished product. If you have hail damage, take your automobile here!

Chris and Whitney are extremely personable, and made me feel very comfortable. I had my vehicle repaired 2 times within 2 months this summer, and it came out great both times. Zero issues or missed dents, and my vehicle was even quickly detailed before getting it back. After the second storm, it was going to be about 10 days before the adjuster could inspect the car, but I went by Summit, and they had an adjuster look at it the same day. They even offered to give me a ride home once I dropped my vehicle off. This location is a prime example of great business practices and customer service.

Great customer service and even better at getting our car looking as good as it did before the hail damage. Covered our rental car as well... definitely will use them again if our cars sustain any damage in the future.

There are more than a few hail repair places around, why choose this one?1) Open and Honest.Before I left my car with Whitney and Chris I was able to talk with their technicians and watch them work on other cars. That means a lot! It was interesting to see the paintless dent removal (PDR) process and see their finished work.2) Super easy experience.Whitney worked with my insurance company and arranged for a rental car. ALL place do that of course but I just felt as if they appreciated my business more than other similar companies.3) EXCELLENT WORK!!!Most importantly I was thrilled with the completed work, they did an awesome job! There would be NO WAY you could tell I had hail damage.Most definitely recommended!!

Above and beyond my expectations!. They explained the whole process with me and worked closely with my insurance company to get all my dents and damage repaired. Summit found damage I didn’t even see including a crack in my rear back light cover. I purchased my used SUV a year ago, and I swear it came back in better shape than we bought it! Very clean work. I’m also happy to support a locally owned business. I trust the warranty on repairs that Summit made because they are not a here-today-gone-tomorrow out-of-state company never to be heard from after they’ve been paid.
