I was calling to get a price check on a iPhone Se and everyone was giving me $400 out the door . I ended up calling this location and talking to marvin. He ended up giving me the best deal. I got the se for $400 and Case and glass protector included. Now I know where to come back to upgrade my phone again . Thank you marvin and to metro for having great sales like this.

I had issues with my brand new phone not working properly and went back to the store less than 24 hours after purchasing. Claudia was not helpful whatsoever. She said she couldnt do anything for me unless it was malfunctioning in front of her own eyes (insinuating that Im lying) and she even bold face lied to me by telling me theyre a corporate location. I went to an actual corporate location in Taylor (there are only 3 in Metro Detroit btw in case they lie to you as well - Taylor, Westland and Detroit). The corporate store in Taylor exchanged my phone no problem. Night and day difference in how i was treated there. I Definitely wont be going back to the Dix location, they are liars at the very least. You will only get good service here if your phone works ok and they dont have to do anything for you. How you treat people matters.

I just went to a different store and they charged me 160 for an aristo 5, but i came to this store and charged me 100 out the door. I will never go that store ever again. Come see the marvin on dix hwy. Real smart and gives out good deals. My phone was water damaged and i didnt kno my gmail and password. He managed to get in it and reset my password. Thank you marvin.

Wow first time I came to this store and the employees looked very professional. I would love to come back here and speak to marvin . He is very helpful and helped me switch from sprint to metro by tmobile and got me a new Samsung a51 5g, $200 less than the cost price. I recommend this place 100%. Go see marvin in Lincoln park.

Another metro store had messed up my account and changed my number out of no where and lied to me but the sales rep in this location took time on there hands got my number and saved me lot of money. I had hospitals and doctors numbers and now I got my old number back all thanks to this store . Go check out marvin He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I cant thank him enough for getting my number back and helping me. Dont go to any other metro stores but the one in Lincoln park!
