I have been dealing with Nick since the day they opened in 2017 same great service, always friendly, always helpful. My husband and my self love this place.

I had the honor of speaking with Jacob. He has awesome customer service skills. The overall store is well staff and you will be in and out.

Ryan and his brother are fantastic customer service reps. They go above and beyond to help clients. I have been here twice in the last month and both times were great experiences; once when they were not busy, and another time when they were extremely busy. One of their employees even speaks fluid Spanish to aid our Spanish speaking friends. Great job, fellas.

So I was w my cuzn. She was picking up her new I-Phone 13 Pro Max.. I just want yall to no out there that the new charging cord that comes w it needs a (new box) for the wall.. A USB-C hole in the box to plug in the wall is now yur new charger... Gud luck all yu I-people.. All other charger boxes no longer work for yu...The store itself was great, Gud customer service, very helpful, they even helped us as we walked in at 7:58pm. Yes it was closing tym.. So koodos on them.. Thank yu Verizon

Came in to the store to pay my bill. Nick was able to save me money on my bill get me the S21 and Tab S5E. Took my galaxy S8 fixed the front and back for $29 and than bought it off me for $799. Best Verizon downriver

Do not go to the Verizon store in Allen Park in the Fairlane shopping center up on the hill.Going to try to keep this review short and simple.Highly recommend this location. The care factor is definitely there and the people absolutely will help you... not only by breaking down the plans but how to save on the monthly plan. They’ll make sure that you understand what you’re signing up for before you do so. You will absolutely not regret this location. I walked out of there with four lines ported from another carrier.

Ryan helped us by lowering the phone bill over $100. He helped, where as some other stores said that they could not. He was also one of the most courteous salesperson I have ever worked with. He did not push a sale on me, but just recommended what his services could include & gave very fair prices. He also exchanged my old phone, which saved me a couple bucks as well. I will be returning to that Verizon store every time I need service on my phone. I will also send anyone who is needs service his way because how great he was.

I went into the store today looking at the new iPhone 12 to see what service could give me my best deal. As soon as I walked into the store Raiven greeted me asking me what I was looking for what service I had and so on. This guy is great to say the least! Very professional and knew what he was doing! Not to many places are like that now days. Not to mention he got me a KILLER deal paying waaay less than I was expecting to pay! The store is newer and very clean. If you have problems with your service or trying to switch over go and talk to that man he’s good! Get that man a raise!

They racial profile and their rude they wouldnt let me start services with them and asked me why i wanted to switch from apple to samsung because i want to its my choice and my money im spending and it shouldnt be a problem I was told i didnt qualify and they didnt even get no information from me. Well now thats funny because I called and reported it and their telling me otherwise.

Very helpful staff. Kevin was super knowledgeable and honest. If he didnt know a spec he didnt just guess he said Im not sure and then looked it up. I appreciate that. He was patient with all of my questions and was very personable. Made the time go by quickly which was important because my husbands wing stop order was getting cold lol. This was my first time at this Verizon store but it will definitely be my home base from now on.

Went here to get 5G sim card in my new phone. They put my 4G sim card in and lied to me about it being in my phone after i sat there for 2 hours. THIS STORE SUCKS DO NOT GO HERE!!

The service in this store was amazing. I went in about a half hour before closed and they were not rude and didnt try to rush me at all. Nick found a better plan for me that gave me more but costs less! I got a better phone and Im paying less than i was before i went in. They also helped transfer everything from my old phone and they registered my screen protector for me. I would highly recommend this store.
