This Boost Mobile is so nice! Its clean and the customer service is great! The store has a large variety of accessories you can choose from. On top of that they provide fresh coffee and have some nice chairs, where you can wait and sit at, while they are taking care of your new phone activation! 100% satisfied with this store, I would recommend it to my family and friends. :)

Exceptional customer service. I walked in to get an iPhone that Boost had on special. The girl who works there is beyond accommodating and she help me get my account number from Metro PCS. An iPhone for $50? Yes, please! This is my first time dealing with Boost and it was great. This store is patient, thorough and the work with you. There was no hard sell or pressure. Go here for a no-hassle, no-stress experience.

Julie was our rep and she was extremely professional and patient with us as we purchased new phones. My mother wasn’t accustomed to smart phones but Julie helped her get to an initial level of familiarity. She took great care putting our screen protectors on, too. I switched from Metro to Boost at this location. Their customer service was very satisfying! I was worried that not all my contacts and pictures would transfer over to my new phone. The nice girl that was helping me that day,made sure all my contacts and pictures transferred over. She also showed me how to use my new phone. Thank you ladies!

The girl who was there was very nice and knew the stuff. She helped me pick out a new phone and made sure I knew how to use everything on it. I definitely recommend this place.

I went from an Android phone to an iPhone and I was really nervous of the change, but I have to admit that Julie made it look super easy. She helped me transfer all my information from one phone to the other, and helped me create an Apple account. By the time I left the phone, I was an expert on my iPhone lol. I brought my dad over to finally upgrade him to a Smart phone from a flip phone. I was afraid of how hard this change was going to be for him BUT it couldnt gotten any smoother. This girls transferred all his phone information to the new phone, explained him how to make a call, take pictures, text... by the time we left the store my dad was an expert lol Thank You so much for taking the time to help my dad, we both appreciate it.

I have always had good service at this store where I have been going for, but Julie has taken tech support to a new, higher level. Not only did she solve my problem, she helped me understand how I had contributed to it, and how to avoid a repetition in the future.

I transferred from Metro my family of 4, and after getting frustrated with metro for not providing me with my account information, one of the girls at the Boost Mobile store took over my call and was able to get all the information needed and kept all of our phone numbers. I want to say thank you so much for all of your help.

I keep coming back to this location, because besides the good deals they always have going on, their customer service is great! Just purchased a second phone, and by the time I left the store, all my contacts, pictures and apps were already downloaded on my new device. I been paying for my monthly bill $65 for the longest, came to this location and the friendly associates asked me why I was paying so much for only one line. I found this Boost Mobile store located on Dix Hwy, between Moran and Goddard, I give you directions because its easy to miss. They have GREAT Customer service and its the cleanest Boost store Ive ever been in. I got my phone from a different boost store in the area and I broke it in one week, when I went back to the store they told me I didnt qualify for any discount and I had to pay full price on any phone. I didnt like that this guys didnt give me any options or solutions after I had bought my phone at his location. So, I went to this Boost Store and explained them my situation. They told me that I was eligible to add insurance on my phone and I was eligible to finance a phone for only $1 down!! So I had options, and good ones. Thank you so much guys for understanding my frustration when I walked in at your store ant thank you for helping me pick a phone I was going to love!! 100% RECOMENDED!
