I went to T-Mobile on Saturday of last week I wanted to figure out why my FaceTime was not working I had a gentleman name brain wait on me he was owsome he went above and beyond to help me. At the end of the day I got to see my grandchildren in Georgia the was such a great deal

Brian and Christian are awesome! Brian went above and beyond with helping me get my kids new phones. He helped me stay in my budget and my kids got the phones they wanted. They also have great deals going on. This will be my go to Sprint store!

Im not much a fan of cell phone stores as most of them end up costing me a fortune in one way or another, but I can honestly say I love this place! Brian, the store manager is beyond helpful ALWAYS, and always makes sure that if hes not available his staff is going out of their way to do the best they can as well. So even if Im having issues I can now say, I dont mind going to THIS cell phone store!

The store manager Brian took care of my every need and made the process as easy for me as possible. I was able to get the new S9 plus the day it came Out. I would recommend anyone looking for a phone and exceptional service to go see him.
