Be warned … Very misleading information, takes a very long time to get help and that Help does not solve your problem. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else other than the Lincoln Park location.
Needed to replace a damaged phone.Kevin was so helpful and patient. Got me all set up. So nice to be able to get such great in-person customer service!
My wife and I went in for a replacement phone and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. I certainly would recommend this business. Im pretty sure Steve was the guy who helped us out. Very nice guy. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions with all the professionalism you would expect. Great customer service.
This is the most useless Verizon Store. Actually Verizon as a whole is a terrible company. I went to get a new SIM card because mine randomly died. After spending 2 HOURS with technical support- they told me to go to the store and get a new card. Got to the store. Got a new card which was tossed at me, and then I was told that they do not connect the sim card to my phone I would have to figure that out on my own and to call technical support. EXCEPT I CANT CALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT BECAUSE MY SIM CARD ISNT WORKING. This is a huge nightmare. The guy at the store was a jerk and didnt even call technical support for me AFTER I ASKED. I will never go back here. And beware- they only want to sell you a new phone.
I have never personally shopped at this store, but I can attest to the goodwill and extreme care the associates of this store put into their jobs. I lost my phone at a Jets game, and within a few days I was tracked down by one of the managers of this store, who then shipped me back my phone: a) for free b) with a new case and screen protector c) overnightThe situation restored my faith in humanity and I will always be grateful
Hands down the best Verizon Store around. I’ve been coming here the past 6 Years to get my phones. Everyone is very knowledgeable and honest. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Id stay far far away from this place.y company has a corporate account with them so when I went to get a new phone through the company they sent me here. The associate after setting up my phone got me a screen protector in which I said I was all set until he said dont worry the manager said its taken care. I was then passed a case and a phone charger. Two days later I got called in to HR about an $85 dollar charge for accessories. The ultimate solution was to return everything that was taken care. Thanks Wireless Depot. Dont expect my personal business
