Very overpriced on most stuff. They wanted $54.99 for GTA 5 Xbox One. A 3 year old game used for $15.00+ over current retail new? Their used controllers are also more than the cost of buying new. I wont be back.

I have so much love for this store. The two gentlemen who were working today held this Kingdom Hearts purse for me. ❤️ They were super friendly when I got there as well, I wish I would have gotten their names to give them credit.

They gave me a nice bargain on some of my games. I even got some in-game credit 💳 #WellPlayed

People who work here are super cool and helpful, I do think the prices are a little high, paid 69.99 + tax for a ps4 controller. Also they have alot of collectable game related items, I picked up a pip boy here. Fallout 4.

Hours on the glass say they opened an hour ago. But no one is here.Again 11-15-20 i come 40 minutes after opening hours, no one here, watch 2 employees walk in but lock the door behind them. So i left. Again. Why not just change the hours on the door if no one is going to be there? This seems no one is ever here. Good thing they sell video games literally everywhere.

The staff is very helpful and they keep the place well stocked. The used games and other items are in great shape and a good price. They take trades and also buy your old stuff. They really do work with you to get you what you want or need.

Customer service was decent, pricing can be a little high on most games. Ill go back to the store I originally saw a game for 20 dollars less then GameStop and purchase it their. Kinda small store space, have a lot of games and things one might need, but like I said small store.

Day after Christmas so yeah it was busy.. Wish I would have got the managers name he was making sure everyone was happy on the floor then helped people check out... When the line shortened went right back to the floor.

Everyone that worked there looked Like LESBIANS! ALL OF THEM! NOT TO MENTION A BEE GOT IN MY ASS

Have come to this store for 10 years now (even when they were still across the street.)Loved the staff for the realism.Didnt force sell me anything and when asking recommendations they accommodate my taste rather than strictly selling new release AAA titles.Going to continue making this my primary video game store.

I went in to purchase a Minecraft card for PC format. I was given a digital code because they were out of physical cards. I asked the associate twice if it was for the PC. He should me where it said Microsoft Minecraft above the code. When I got home I noticed in 2 different places it said Xbox. I called they said the had physical cards now come and they would switch it. Which would make me give them a 5 star rating. However there was a price difference the card was $26.95 and the digital code was $30. They did not give me the difference which is why I am leaving a 3 star rating.

I rarely come here, but its a good store, Abit packed at times.

If you have something in layaway they dont give you the rewards and stuff of the sales unless you take your stuff out which is wrong long as you have it in layaway then youre making payments you should be able to get all the sales discounts and savings

The staff where helpful but you could tell on their faces that they were burnt out from the long day. Which kind of made the experience lackluster because you could tell they were trying to push out customers so they could close and finish up the rest of their time there

None of their prices are the same. For instance I was looking at Farcry 5 for Ps4. Out of the 5 used copies they had none of the prices matched up. Did not have time to inquire on the issue.

Im so pissed off with this. I bought a play station 3 a used one for 150 and 4 games for 40. The it worked fine except 1 charger port i didnt mind that. But the controller and the charger were broken. The controller was dirty and nasty. I exchanged it for a diffrent one but the keys stuck and messed up the games i was doing. great staff and eveything and had gotten a new charger too. One of the games i had gotten for my sister was scratched so we got another one and it works decent. Im just very mad about the controllers now i have to go back for the 4th time and exchange controllers

Terrible, i went to gamestop on southfield and i traded a game. I had a powerup pro reward card. The uneducated associates put my deserved credit on some other basic reward card. I asked them to put the credit on my pro card like usual because thats how i always did it on my local gamestop. Unfortunatly they didnt know how to transfer my credit to my pro card. The fat girl is not customer service friendly. Dont go to her

One of the bigger Gamestops. Staff was very helpful, took time out of his day to check some SKUs for me and my wife and then proceeded to help us find a location that had the SKU we were looking for.

It was horrible, went in there to get one thing . I was in line for at least 20 minutes there was only two cashier open and only person infront of me . It shouldnt be that slow, with barely anyone in line. Also the floors didnt look to good. I will never go to that one again been into gamestops on a hoilday with faster lines.
