I originally started my rental in the riverview store and was treated amazingly by the store supervisor Joe Freeman. I was informed that Joe transferred to the Lincoln Park store and I immediately had my account transferred over to his store. Whenever Im in the store I am always treated with the utmost respect by Joe and his team. If I have an issue Joe will stop at nothing to make sure I am taken care of. I had to move up my delivery time and date on such short notice and Joe made sure his team was there by the agreed upon time and always make sure Im satisfied before leaving. If I could give more stars I certainly would. I will definitely be back.

The manager is a joke. The way he talks to people is horrible. I wouldnt be surprised if someone kicks his you know what. He acts as if you are stealing if youre late on a payment. Some people pay by the month so if I am a couple weeks behind you dont need to call me everyday twice a day. When I call to make a payment dont get on the phone and argue with me about being late.

I ordered my set online and I felt like I’ve had to pull teeth all day to get my order confirmed. I tried to for hours and in the end just asked to cancel. I’d rather go without a bedroom set then deal with this incompetent team again. After every phone call i made to them I was told they would call me back. I’d wait the time they’d say plus an extra 30 or so minutes to then have to call them back. To then be met with a brick wall of a response and info they could’ve told me hours ago. Try literally anywhere else for whatever you’re getting it isn’t worth headache.

I have had NO problems at this store! The new management is great! They have helped me out as much as they can anytime I should run into any kind of little problems. Delivery was great very fast friendly service. Ive gotten a bed a TV and a computer from this one store and Ive had no problems!!! I recommend and Ill keep recommending the store.

After getting sick of my livingroom set and I decided to go in and meet James, the ma nager. He was so nice. Came right up to greet me and listened to what I wanted and needed. He offered me the solutions. No hard selling or BS. As a result of my confidence in him I rented to own more. Fabulous people. Excellent service.

This location is a absolute joke. The store manager has absolutely ZERO respect for her customers and acts as if she has ZERO customer service experience. She lies constantly about policy changes which never take place, calls her customers liars and tries to start a bickering war, says her employees are gonna pick up products at a set time but they never show up. The district manager isn’t too impressive either. We had to take up our issues with the corporate office in Texas and we were still berated as if WE were the ones in the wrong. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FINANCIAL ISSUES AND GO TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOCATION. They are completely unprofessional here, it’s an absolute shame.

This location is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOU WANT TO GET FUNITURE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Worst experience ever. THE MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY FULL OF IT. The delivery date kept getting pushed back. Then gave a bunch of excuses to why and how come it wasn’t delivered. BECAUSE A CO WORKER DIDNT DO THE REFERENCES EVEN THO I TALKEDTO THE MANAGER ANF SHE SAID SHED DO THEM SAME DAY. just a bunch of lies and procrastination. Do not go here save your money and yourself a headache because these people will give you the run around! Especially rose!

Since they had a change of people in there. They lie straight to your face. You will now be lucky to get your stuff before your next payment

I was told a certain time for my furniture to be delivered. Left work earlier even. They weren’t here so I called and they couldn’t even give me a time frame. Just that it was on truck and it would be delivered today at some point. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know it was going to be late. But when the couch didn’t fit they were will to give me another couch at the same price. Very friendly when they arrived and apologized even though it wasn’t there fault

My sister went there this week after I suggested it to her. I have had a HUGE account since 2015 with them paid many things off and continued to get more things... This new staff is the worst staff EVER. My sister got a washer and gas dryer plus a TV ordered Thursday promised delivery Saturday between 1 and 3 well at 315 they show up with the wrong TV and without washer and dryer... Ok the RUDE guy says he will be right back...2 hours later guy shows up with right tv and says hes waiting on someone else... fast forward to 610 when they finally show back up... was told they couldnt hook dryer up disapointed but understood... my sister goes to hook it up and its an ELECTRIC dryer... omg they are now closed and arent open on Sundays so she now has to wait til Monday at 10am THIS IS RIDICULOUS plus the delivery driver was especially rude when we called to make sure they were still coming AFTER they left the 2nd time. I believe his name is Aaron. I am thinking of going across the street to Aarons... I am sure they would LOVE 150 a week for YEARS.

Horrible experience. Put money down prior to acceptance as well as noting itd be paid off in 90days. Was told no issues, would be delivered later in the day after verified. 6 hours later I decided to call back. Lady on the phone said I had issues contacting your references but only contacted two, could not explain why she never called me to tell me this. Only have the weekends to plan around things.

The whole staff is amazing. My experience inside was with rose she was very helpful with paperwork and showing me options of furniture. She was nice and social very down to earth made me very comfortable chatting with her. The delivery team Al and another female staff member came out to deliever my furniture. They also were tremendous! They spent a long time at least an hour trying to get my very large furniture into my very small trailer and when we thought i was doomed and had to pick a different set al came up woth another plan and successfully got my furniture in. Truely an amazing team you have!

Waited 6 hours for a call back on a mattress. Rose finally answered and said I havent had a chance to look in the back . First of all Im sure you have inventory on the computers in front of you . Second she knew I was coming in from Tennessee WITH NO BED TO SLEEP ON NOW. I will take my business elsewhere

Since change over in management, the worst customer service. I been using Lincoln Park location for 15 years. It is the last purchase I make there.

Over 2 hours late to deliver . The delivery guys did not have the tools they needed to remove the couch legs . So they decided to just force it though the door . Denting my front door and it broke off one of the couch legs !! I will never deal with them again!!

Horrible experience with bedbugs in my mattress. They tried to give me another one but it had bugs too. Dont never ever rent from them.
