Usually good customer service. Sometimes you get someone that has no idea whats going on, and you wonder how they got hired.... Then you drive to the next nearest AT&T
Okay Im walking out of your AT&T store on Dix hwy and Southfield road, right now and I spoke to Aaron who explained to me how the gigabytes work and how much data I was using so I would give this store five stars Aaron provided very good customer service, he even went above and beyond to show me how to post a review.

The manger, Kelvin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was midday on a Friday, and we were greeted and helped immediately. Kelvin & Tiffany knew exactly how to initiate the changes we wanted. The store was clean and appeared well stocked with accessories. There were sufficient staff so that each person arriving was helped immediately. They always go above and beyond at this store !! Keep up the good work guys - You are the reason I stay with AT&T !

I had the absolute BEST customer experience here! I received expert help from my representative Franny. She was quick to address my issues, took the time to understand what I needed, and talked me into some awesome new promotions. I went in upset and left with a brand new phone and a great, cheaper alternative to cable. LOVING everything! Franny was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Someone needs to give this girl a raise!

AT&T Lincoln Park location to me is the best location to go to. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. They always know what product to recommend to fit my needs. They always have an answer to any of my questions. I was eligible for an upgrade, and I upgraded to the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I LOVE IT! I’m so happy with my new phone. The sales rep helped me out very well and knew exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly and professional. He helped me to pick out what accessories I would need to go with my phone. Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to exchange an Apple Watch that was defective out of the box and when I got to the store they were claiming that they could not complete the exchange because the watch was somehow still linked to my Apple ID although I had already removed it. Instead of trying to find a solution like any employee with common since would do, they were going to simply shove me out the door and say oh well. I then asked them if they could call Apple support to see if maybe they could come up with a solution and they agreed that it was a good idea but offered that I call EVEN THOUGH the problem was with THEIR system. After I spoke with Apple, they were able to fix the problem no thanks to anyone at this ATT store. After that debacle was fixed, ATT wanted to charge me a $55 restocking fee EVEN THOUGH the watch was defective out of the box. I asked them how that made any since and explained to them that I was still inside my 14 day return policy. They said it didn’t matter and that ATT charges a restocking fee even if items are damaged out of the box and said they would have waived the fee had I brought the phone in within 3 days EVEN THOUGH it says NOWHERE on the receipt that a defective item would need to be exchanged within 3 days versus the 14 day policy that is written on the receipt, a total scam at its finest. I then refused as I thought it was complete BS and called ATT customer support who told me they couldn’t force them to waive the fee in store but to go ahead and pay the $55 fee and that they would just credit it back to my bill. All in all a terrible and lousy experience like usual with ATT. Avoid this ATT store at ALL cost as no one who seems to work here has a brain or gives AF about their customers. Still got my watch replaced for free at the end of the day though no thanks to any of them. Shame, shame, shame.

I went to AT&T in Lincoln Park, MI yesterday to get my mother a flip phone and put on my account. Kelvin was excellent, he took care of us and had us in and out very quick. This was after leaving the Wyandotte, MI store because the man working there said he couldnt put a new phone on an existing phone number because I had installment plan. I explained that I was paying cash for the new phone and he insisted I had to get an additional line. He made no sense and no effort to look into it. He kept repeating himself I dont make the rules what kind of salesperson is he? I was so aggravated with this guy, i was going to drive to Verizon and change my service after being with AT&T for 10 years.When i went to the Lincoln Park store, Kelvin quickly greeted me and said yes, of course we can change the phone on the existing line if you are buying it without installments. He was polite, kind and gave great service. Im glad I stayed with AT&T and will not deal with any other stores, but the Lincoln Park store.
The gentlemen I spoke and worked with today were great! Both Don and Aaron were so friendly and worked to make sure I was happy with my experience. I have been going to this store for quite some time and have been lucky that each time I was there I was treated with respect and kindness. I cant say enough good things about the men that helped me today. Ill be asking for one of them the next time I GB o in. I believe the only downside is the turn over rate. I see new faces each time I go in. They have all been great, but I like walking in somewhere with the assurance that the person I worked with is still there and I dont have to repeat myself. But even with that, I give this stores employees an A+!

Do not purchase anything from this store the African American lady who works there is rude and disrespectful! She does not have customer appreciation and always has an attitude if you want the worst att experience of your life then I would go there for sure and deal with her! She makes me want to switch to verizon
I am an ATT retiree and love my ATT cell service. I used to use the Taylor store, the employees were great, my favorite being Molli. Molli moved up to being a manager and moved to the Lincoln Park store. I moved right with her. Lol. I was in need of an upgrade. Molli was so helpful and is so knowledgeable. I am usually unsure of making changes, however, not when Molli helps me. I trust her knowledge and judgment. She is so personable and friendly. If you need help with your ATT cell service or other service. I highly recommend the Lincoln Park location and having Molli or one of her peers, if she is not there, to help you. Molli, thanks a million! You are awesome! Can’t wait for my new red iPhone 12. P.S. She even remembered that was my favorite color. 🥰🥰📱📱

Lazy workers, bought a brand new phone from them, asked them to set it up and transfer for me and they wouldnt saying it couldnt connect to their wifi and to do it myself at home on my wifi. How you going to sell a phone that wont even work in your own store ATnT?
Easy in, easy out. I was helped immediately upon walking in the door, they understood what I wanted, they took care of me. I went from a Samsung to an iPhone, and Frannie explained all the differences between a Samsung and an iPhone to me, and I understood.
They were so helpful!!! I needed 3 tablets ASAP and they made it happen!!!!

HORRIBLE service. Over-the-road driver. Very rarely get a chance to get to a store. All I wanted to do was pay my bill. Store 30 miles away had card reader problems. Verified they had a kiosk. Got there at 8.00pm EXACTLY. They wouldnt let.me in to PAY MY BILL (early) - but there were still customers in the store. They absolutely refused to go the extra mile to allow me to.go to the kiosk...pay my bill...and leave. All the manager could utter was - Were closed no matter what I said or tried to say. Piss poor professionalism and customer service. Despite pointing to my 22000 lbs vehicle and explaining getting to a store isnt always easy as I normally have a 53 trailer. All in all, store showed its a** and attitude towards customers.

The staff not very knowledgeable about the phones they sell I sent over 2 hours in there while they was trying to transfer info from my old phone, I offered my assistance, but treated me like I didnt know anything. Store was closing so they said I could come back the next day to hand write all my info, but I transferred the info in 5 minutes and the staff was amazed, they apologized, but still should be able to do that themselves.

I was very weary to sign up for AT&T home internet but took a chance because my options were limited. Great staff at this store, very professional and knowledgeable. Yazan was awesome, would not hesitate to recommend his service. I was in and out in 20min to setup fiber internet, I opted for the 300Mbps speed. Tech came to install just a few days later, and within 30min everything was up and running at speeds over 350Mbps. Super satisfied! Go see Yazan and hell take great care of you.

After visiting an authorized AT&T dealer, which I never in this life will recommend, I visited the store on Southfield and Dix. The employees there were respectful and genuinely tried to help meet my needs. Some insight to my previous statement about the authorized retailer store, located in Brownstown, MI, I had wanted to purchase an item and possibly get wireless service through AT&T. I entered the aforementioned location and witnessed 3 employees, two of which were attending to customers and the third engaged in a conversation with a client about their service. Not one of these individuals acknowledged my presence although they all looked my way. I proceeded to look around the entire store waiting to be acknowledged and given some idea they wanted my business. After waiting what seemed to be forever for someone to speak to me, I sat at one of the work stations and just observed, waiting and it was another 16 minutes of just sitting there with not one hello, well be with you asap, nothing. As my frustration grew I stopped one of the sales staff, he appeared to be annoyed by this, and asked a simple question about a product. At which he said they didnt carry, of course he didnt look either.The end of this observation is my recommendation you avoid going into the AT&T store located near Kroger on West Rd and Telegraph Rd. Take your money to another location where you may be appreciated.

I love att cellular service but the customer service at this location was the worst I have ever received. It took 3 hours to activate 2 phones. 2.5 hours of waiting and a half hour to activate. Absurd!
