Exam was great, staff and Doctor were very friendly. I thought everything went well picking glasses and ordering them. Staff was helpful (to a point) and friendly.My vision insurance paid for my $200 sunglasses frame, 50% of my $60 regular glasses, and 50% off of lenses.I had not upgraded my glasses in over 2 years & wasn’t thinking too much about the price until I got back home.The receipt is not 100% broken down, it only shows frames & lenses price and amounts my insurance paid. I still really couldn’t understand why I was paying over $300 for both pair, but just let it go since I needed them regardless.When I picked up both pair of glasses, I realized why I paid so much! I was never asked if I wanted all the coatings, or sunglasses polarized. I’ve never had polarized sunglasses before, and all other places I’ve been for my glasses, has always broken down the pricing & ASKED if I wanted all the extras. It had been so long, it never crossed my mind.SHAME ON ME for not questioning, but proper customer service IS giving all information to the customer and asking if they want to pay the outlandish extra expenses for something we all don’t want or need.Will I recommend? Yes, but I will also advise to ASK before paying.

The doctors office was absolutely no help at all. I am no longer in Las Vegas and need a copy of my last prescription and they are unable to send to me without a fax machine. Tried getting them to just order the contacts for me, but nope! I am told the prescription expired a couple of months ago. Although website clearly says 2 years!! Not to mention Covid makes things difficult enough. Just ridiculous that they are not even willing to TRY and find a way to help someone get what they need to SEE. Will never give my business to VisionWorks or it’s affiliates again and will tell anyone I know to avoid doing so as well.

Doctors and the sales people were nice, but every single time Ive been there, the 2 guys at reception are horrible, they lack customer service, are rude, they make you wait without saying anything to you.The guy, not sure his name but he is chubby and spiky hair, acts like he doesnt want you there, both him and the girl can see you walk in, and decide to ignore you, they dont even acknowledge your presence.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any place of business!Customer does not matter here—at least that is how I felt. Never have I felt such disregard for issues that I’ve had. I’m trying to adjust to my eyes changing due to age and they told me I had to accept what they were offering me, even though my optometrist at LensCrafters and Sam’s Club always worked with me to give me what I know works best for me. I usually have 3.25 in left eye and 2.50 in rt eye. Optometrist wanted to prescribe 3.25 in left and 3.50 in right. I wouldn’t be able to see anything close up. “You are going to have to use reading glasses” was the only solution. I don’t want to use reading glasses when I see just fine up close when my prescription is not so high. My concerns were turned around like I was arguing, and the “office manager” came in to handle the situation like I was this problem patient. I was trying to be calm and get what I wanted while being treated like I was insignificant and troublesome. It was crazy! Finally a compromise was made of 2.75 rt eye and 3.00 lft eye, but unfortunately, it left such a bad impression on me, I never went back or got my prescription filled for my contacts.I went in today to get a copy of my prescription, because I desperately need contacts, and asked if I could buy just one box of contacts for one eye, but because I have a different prescription for both eyes, they told me I had to order both eyes, which is $60 X 2, totaling $120. I had money for just 1 box. I was denied. I asked for a sample pair of contacts, which they receive for free, but I was denied a free pair and was told by the “office manager” it would cost $30 for the pair because I wasn’t ordering contacts. I said, but you’re not letting me order what I want and you get the samples for free, and he said, yes, but he has to keep stock up. ?? He said he was the office manager and if he could help me, he would. Was there ever an attempt to help me? At this point, the aggravation of having both experiences go so badly, and my needs not met, nor any concern given, I left angry and upset, with a VERY bad taste in my mouth for VisionWorks at Meadows Mall.I haven’t ever written a bad review. I wanted to the last time I visited there, but didn’t because I know how harmful bad reviews can be, but this needs to be addressed. There has to be some accountability for such bad and uncaring service, and hopefully it will be a call for humanity to return to our places of business.

Randy & Laura are awesome! The customer service I received from them while purchasing glasses was excellent especially when I had an issue with my insurance. They were both very attentive to my needs and I will definitely go back to Visionworks again for my next pair of glasses.

If you like a long wait time with an appointment, then you will like this place. Had an appointment @ 12 wasnt seen until about 130. Then had to wait another 10-15 for the doctor to come in. The waiting area was so clustered probably due to the fact they do not tend to appointments. Was a waste of time. Dont tell customers youll be seen shortly when you make them wait over an hour. 2 stars is for the doctor I seen she was very nice and answered all of my questions.

Awesome customer service from Heather T. and great prices. I walked into the store on 10/23 because it was a premier selection on my VSP eye insurance. In 45 minutes Heather had my new glasses ordered and paid for at a wonderful price. I highly recommend this company and store and especially the associate Heather!!

I called to make an appointment for my glasses to be fixed with only a days notice and was more than delighted to be taken care of promptly as i arrived the next day. The staff works together very well as I know it may be hard at times especially with 2 separate businesses under 1 roof. The woman who took my temperature as I entered was very friendly and directed me to my waiting area quickly. I only waited a few minutes before a gentleman named Jesse came to ask about my visit. The computers going down was the only negative experience but I cant hold that against them. The place was being very well kept with cleanings and all the new normal stuff weve come to know and love.

I went there to update my prescription and the doctor got the prescription wrong because my sight is blurry. She started that she wants her patients to be as close to 20/20 vision as possible, which clearly doesnt work for my eyes. So I went back for a redo and she says its the right prescription, she gives me a different brand of contacts and then I go pick up my glasses, I get home and my vision is still blurry with them. I put on my old glasses and I can see perfectly fine. The vision work people who help with the glasses were great and thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars. I will not being going back to this vision works next time Ill go to the galleria Mall one.

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had .It was my first time at vision works. The receptionists were very nice and helpful.The wait time was not very long at all.The assistant(I didnt get her name)that took me back was also very kind and thorough.Dr.Knisley was so nice,very thorough with everything,she explained everything to me. She walked me to the eyeglass department and introduced me to Vicki ( the associate in the eyeglass department) who was so very helpful and patient and kind.I truly appreciated all of her help and honesty.I will recommend this vision works to anyone.Thanks.

One of the cleanest stores I have been in of Visionworks, everyone looked up and greeted me upon entering, Ariel was the clerk that helped me. Ariel suggested a anti-glare that I was hesitant about due to a bad experience with it before, he assured me I would be happy with the end result.Again upon my return to pick up, everyone looked up and greeted me, that made me really feel important. I asked for Ariel and he came from the back promptly. He had my glasses with him and showed me how the anti-reflection worked and I was truly impressed. Very seldom to you have a professional salesmen come through with a promise such as the one Ariel did. I absolutely hated my previous anti-glare and Ariel proved me happy with the new improvements.Great team, great store, great product! I never write reviews but this one was warranted.Adam-

Dr. David Harsini went above and beyond during the eye exam and was very professional and informative in regards to understanding my specific needs. Heather on the sales floor was very thorough and polite in assisting during the process from beginning to end as well. Best service under short notice with no appointment. They took me in no questions asked and catered to my emergency needs with a real sense of urgency and empathy.

After purchasing them, and picking them up. I when back 4 days later. Complained to the gal about blurry vision. I can see better with my 4 year old glasses. Was told to give them more time. Your eyes need to adjust to them. Never have had a problem like this before. She said she needed to adjust them some. After adjusting and bending them several times. I now have sore spots from them, plus blurry vision. I am 74 years old, and afraid of falling wearing them. Cant stand to wear them now. We have purchase glasses for years from Vision Works. This is the only time I have had a problem with my glasses. I have worn glasses about 60 years now. Looks like I need to go to different place to get another pair that I can use.It does no good to fill out or answer their survey. It comes back it cant be delivered.

I ordered a pair of glasses two months ago and still havent received them. Then They sent me to a specialist and tried to pull the old bait and switch. Told me everything was covered and thered be no extra charge. Well there was one. So I walked out the door.

Heather helped me pick out glasses I really felt good in. I am an avid contact wearer and refuse to wear glasses. Since my eye doctor told me that I needed to wear glasses and let me eyes rest, Heather really helped make this process easy for me. She also even was able to get permission from the manager to get my glasses made even though the lab was closed until Monday, due to the condition of my eyes. I am so grateful to Heather and her staff for making sure I was taken care of! T

5-Star great appointment. .I hate doctors but this was a great experience from the receptionist instructions, to the doctor who was phenomenal and answered every question thoroughly with respect. Im sure she gets tired of the same dumb questions but she went above and beyond patient and very cheerful.I have absolutely no fashion sense and Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable picking out both my regular and sunglass frames.They also fixed my old broken pair FOR FREE which lencrafters said were unfixable. My husband needs his glasses replaced every 10 to 12 months. We almost always go to Visionworks at the Meadows mall, as we get really good, fast service. This visit was that, and more! Heather greeted us at the counter and got things in gear. She was very efficient and took care of everything in no time. We stopped back 2 hours early to check if the 2 pairs of glasses were ready, and they were. Heather was able to expedite the process! We were so happy, as we had a 2 hour drive home. There was only one small problem with one of the pairs, and in the practiced hands of Heather it was corrected in no time.Thank you Heather, and all the wonderful staff at Visionworks!

Terrific Experience! Visited this place few months ago, I experienced the best customer service experience ever in a store. Whole staff is extraordinary courteous, all go extra mile to help you and make you feel a special customer. Since LensCrafters no longer has a lab and wanted me to wait 14 days I called all around and this is the only place I found that will have them done within 2 days. Staff was professional and the selection of frames was nice. Prices are more than reasonable for cash customer like myself.-7.50/-5.50 by the way. Will definitely come back when I need my next pair.

Went here to get a check up glasses and contacts. Staff was friendly but the eye doctor was pushing all these coupons on me. Never before had a been told I have dry eyes but all the sudden these coupons come out and Im told I should go purchase these products. I felt like my eye care was secondary to them selling things. Kinda disappointed. Wont be back.

I had a very poor experience with the Visionworks inside Meadows Mall. The second star is for the short wait time and nice staff. However, if I were reviewing the woman that gave me the eye exam only, I would only give one star. She was unclean and touched my eyes with un-gloved, unwashed hands after scratching a horrid rash on her neck. During the exam she was very rude and frustrated when I told her I could not tell the difference between the two pictures. I received the wrong prescription, and when I came back to tell them that my glasses were giving me headaches and were blurry, she said that I was lucky that she didnt give me a stronger prescription. I went to a different doctor, and I will never be coming back.On the plus side, I feel lucky that her rash was not contagious.

Vision works is great 👍🏼 my mom brought me with her to translate and then this amazing girl named Shannon helped us ! She speaks and writes Spanish fluently and explained everything to my mom the way things should be explained ; with patience and sweetness. I was told that I needed glasses for the first time in my life. I decided to go to Visionworks in the Meadows Mall because I needed to pick up some new swag at Spencers gifts.When I got there I was met by Lauren. She was very helpful and had a great attitude! I was probably very difficult to help because I was so unsure of how Id look in my new glasses. She was as patient as Obi Wan teaching Luke how to use a lightsaber for the first time! She was great and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great helper!

Vicki was nothing short of excellent customer service! I wasn’t able to provide my prescription at time of order but she told me to select the frame I wanted and she’ll take care of the rest. She promised to have someone call me the following day to confirm my order and she was certainly true to her word. She thoroughly explained everything in detail (from Insurance coverage to prescription adjustments). I received my prescription in exactly 6 days. It was a perfect fit and I’m totally satisfied! Walk-ins are welcome. Came in, did my exam, and picked it my frames. Everyone was positive and friendly. Shannon was very helpful during my visit. I love coming to this Visionworks location.

Heather at the VisionWorks Meadows Mall location created a wonderful customer service experience for my mom! It has been five years since my mom last visit to an eye care company, and Heather made sure my mom glasses were the perfect fit! She was very patient, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Shes very passionate about her job, and Im glad she was there to help my mom out. Shesa great representative of VisionWorks!

I came scared and worried about switching back to glasses from contacts. Fortunately for me, this place was AMAZING!! Ms. Heather was phenomenal! Ruby V. was the best. I was a first time customer in desparate need of a pair of glasses and I was not let down. I raced into the store at about 6pm needing glasses by the next day before I left for an out of country trip. Ruby made sure I was able to get a pair to take out of town with me. She was kind and knowledgable. If you need glasses go see Ruby. She was the best!

My son is in sports and wears glasses so we desperately needed to buy sport goggles for him. We stopped by this location and were assisted by Ariel and Jennifer. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! Customer service was super. We didnt have any issues at all, every question we had they answered. Very friendly. I definitely recommend this location.
