Dr Rob is amazing. In my many years of avoiding doctors. Im so glad I went and seen him. He is just an amazing person. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My entire family comes here. They have products probably for everybody. I highly recommend this place and be nice to these people they are all amazing.

Love Dr Wlodek and Jasmine, the main players at this practice. Dr Wlodek is completely thorough in examining our eyes. We are older and he watches our eyes very carefully for anything and everything. Jasmine is so capable as the doctors assistant. She can do every job in that practice and adds the sparkle that makes this a great eye medical office.

They are accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Dr. W is efficient and has an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I bought glasses from this place and they messed up my order. My glasses came out with yellow shade like for computer. When I asked other Vision Centers they said blue light reduction comes out clear. I complained and they said they cannot change it because my glasses is not insured. Yet it was not my error. If I damaged my glasses then I am willing to pay insurance for that. They were going to charge me to re-do everything.I gave this place a try 2 years later after that incident for contacts this time. They were pushy for getting you to order a yearly supply and I havent even tried a pair. I cant see serial numbers with contacts and I need to for my job. Contacts they gave me are older model. COVID hits and I cant return the contacts due to stay at home mandate. Waste of money for sure.This place have been horrible for me. Good Luck!

I developed a problem with my eyes and it is something that happened quickly. Being a little scared I called on a Friday morning and explained my situation. I was given an appointment the same day within 2 hours of my call. The excellent treatment I always receive from the front office staff is amazing. Dr. Wlodek eased my fears and explained in detail what was going on. I felt so relieved after leaving there. I would highly recommend Optical Effects.

It’s funny because this place was recommended to me when my former insurance wasn’t working out w/ the Walmart Vision Center. I had a really good experience (: They helped me right away when I got there, I was only in the waiting room for about 10 min. Or less. And the dr was very friendly too. I’m kinda goofy and slow lol and they were very patient with me and kind. They helped me put in my contacts. Overall everything was good, I really like this place (: I will definitely be coming back here. And i will recommend if anyone in my family needs to see a eye dr!

We absolutely love this place. My family and I have been coming to this office for the last few years and we’ve always had a great experience. Dr. Wlodek is always so attentive and nice and all of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. For example, today during my appointment as we were trying to select my new frames, I noticed Jasmine’s glasses (the awesome employee helping me). I thought they were so pretty and after realizing they didn’t have them in stock for me to try on, she literally took her glasses off, popped the lenses out, sanitized them and handed them to me to try on! That was so nice of her!!! Gestures like that are what makes a great office! So if you’re looking for an awesome new optometrist... you’re search is over! This is your spot!

Check in procedures where safe and efficient. I appreciated that the new patient forms were on the website to fill out ahead of time to streamline things. Every member of staff was helpful and kind. They answered all of our questions and I didn’t feel rushed to make decisions. They all helped put my daughter at ease (she is on the spectrum and gets anxious with doctors appointments and tests) and helped get her eyeglass order sorted for a great price. By far was my most positive eye doctor appointment. The eye doctor was patient with my fidgety daughter and was sure to ask us both if we had any questions. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to this office!

Love Optical Effects. I have been coming here for 4 years and wanted my daughter to be able to go once we realized she needed glasses. I was nervous at first as the office seems very sophisticated of how they would do with children but from the girls at the front to the drs, everyone is amazing. Great frames to chose from and they will do custom order for you as well. The girl who assists with choosing frames and fittings is amazing. She always gives an honest opinion of what to chose from and makes sure to work within your insurance restrictions so you’re not paying too much out of pocket.

Optical Effects Vision Center is place where I feel like I’m going to visit family more than getting my eyes check. The staff has been together over minimum of 6 years +, which is rear now a days. I can’t say enough about the personal care you get from everyone. I’ve been coming to this place ever since I first needed glasses and never once I feel the need to have to go to someplace else. I’ve brought my kids here as well. You can’t go wrong with having this place for your eye care.

They are always very friendly, professional and on time with your appointment. Last year Dr. Wlodek change the brand of my contacts and 2 years ago put me into a bi-focal contact lense. Having the best brand and lenses for my eyes my vision actually IMPROVED! I was able to read two lines below of smaller print than the previous year. Now that makes me happy and him a Rockstar to me!
