Go somewhere else.. they dont value their customers!!!I paid the team to replace my lenses As Suggested by them because I purchase the same Frame every year. $177 for no change in prescription and frames I previously purchased for $400+. I received a text, went to pick up my glasses. When I arrived, the young lady brought them out in a zipped plastic bag, handed them to me and sent me away. I left, got into my car and realized that the glasses were filthy! When I spoke with the young lady at the office, she stated that I was given dirty glasses because I had not made an appointment....I reminded her that they sent ME a text to pick them up....unbelievable!!! I dont buy terribly expensive frames...my husband is the $700+ person but I found this to be unacceptable for any amount of money. I was supposed to receive a call from the office manager, I havent heard a thing. Terrible service...Stay Away!

I was searching for an optical near my area that accepted my eye insurance and came across this one. Had great reviews so I said why not? And I don’t regret it. The staff are very careful with Covid and immediately have you wash your hands and social distance. They were very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Wang and he was very nice, had great manners, very informative, and clean. My glasses were done in a week and the script is perfect! I see so clearly now. Definitely will be a regular client here, thank you so much everyone!

Very professional staff and service. I appreciate that they allowed me to sign form online ahead of time and there was very minimal wait time in office. Doctor was friendly and available for questions; he did a good job of explaining the process of the eye exam. I just wish there was a bit wider selection of frames at varying price points. Ill definitely coming back with my family for future visits!

It was an amazing first experience for my son and myself. Dr. Wang was very professional and efficient. The was no long wait. They practice all health protocols for this pandemic. I’m a retired senior who moved to Las Vegas not quite 3 years ago. I was wearing a pair of eyeglasses that were over 10 years old and decided it was time for a new pair. Luckily my daughter scheduled appointment with Centennial Family Eyecare .. that appointment was today October 14. I cannot say enough about their absolute dedication to safety and about their professionalism. The staff are all very caring and patient and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and they help in every way possible. Excellent service and on-time. Dr Wang found a problem that my previous Optometrist didnt - my eyes are not converging sufficiently - and he gave me exercises to correct it. They listened to my desires for glasses and accommodated me well.

The receptionist is very nice. The young man Isaiah that helped pick out my glasses and explained to me extra add on and prices was very helpful and kind. I offered him a tip because he did such a wonderful job he said no this is my job. The location I went to was on Durango in Las Vegas. The place is kind of small but a very good collection of frames and high-end. Dr. Wang was very pleasant as well.

Update: Since the clinic had to close due to Covid, I missed the 90 day period to add on contacts. After asking further questions Dr. Wang assisted me in getting contacts for no additional charge and saw me same day. Also Dawn helped me and took me right to the kind of glasses I was looking for. She gave me exceptional service, and is very professional. Honestly the whole staff was helpful and this will be my families new eye care clinic.I saw Dr. Myers in clinic. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He gave a thorough assessment and has a calming effect. Ill be seeing this provider again.

Dr. Wang is and his staff are wonderful! Such a kind, friendly and knowledgeable practice. The best part, staff/doc are almost always on-time (minimal wait time) and they are open on weekends, as early as 7am! Dr. Wong really cares about his patients and your eye health. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and makes you feel at ease. I love that the practice provides a range of fashion glasses/sunglasses for anyone’s price range (low end-high end). There is never any pressure and they take a wide range of insurance.

I’ve been going to Centennial Family Eyecare since 2013 and have had only the best experiences with the doctors and the staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a very friendly, very qualified staff of people to take care of your vision needs.

Terrible experience. My wife wanted to get a new pair of glasses so we decided to stop in. We saw a sign on the door saying, “call for assistance” so we called the number multiple times with no answer. We decided to try the door and walk in, there were 5+ employees standing around, so we started looking at glasses for about 2-3 minutes. Eventually someone noticed us and rudely decided to tell us “we’re closed,” at 12:59 when they close at 2pm on Saturdays. When I told them we called multiple times and no one answered, they scoffed and told us to try again.

I honestly dont know how this location has 5 stars unless people dont mind waiting for an hour to be seen by the optometrist and then have to return because the prescription is iffy. Also, why no cups for water and just a few busted chairs in the waiting area?? If you make people wait an hour, the least you could do is provide them with a comfortable space to wait. Ugh, first and last time customer thats for sure!!

Dr. Wang is the best eye doctor we have ever had so far in Las Vegas. He is an expert in the corrective hard contact lenses, convenient for athletes. His office is also equipped with the latest technology, a variety of glasses frames, and helpful assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Wang for all your optical concerns.

This was the first time I had my eyes checked in over 20+ years and I must say Centennial Family Eyecare made it absolutely easy for me! Dr. Hartman was great but the service itself, unacceptable! My glasses still arent ready and were going on a month now! Yes, there is a pandemic BUT customers should be WARNED about having to wait that long w/o blaming it on their insurance whose approval they secure and bill I might add not to mention collecting any overage from the customer immediately! Called them numerous times and no one said anything about supposed insurance issues. Will never return to this outfit, EVER! Still no glasses!

I loved the selection here. I was able to bring in my prescription and found a variety of color which is hard to find! I came in during a staff meeting but was immediately helped despite the meeting. Definitely always polite and willing to explain more than once. Coming back every year for sure!!!

They are unorganized and I’ve had several billing errors. I told Dr. Wang that my insurance was charged multiple times for services or contacts I did not get in office and his answer was “find another place”. Instead of him being concerned with the issue at his office his solution was “find another place”. Disappointed in the customer service and professionalism. They replied with nonsense about the billing errors when it most definitely happened twice to me personally. It also happened to my fiancé. Ridiculous. Save yourself the grief and find a better place for Eyecare.

So I’ve never had an eye doctor eyeball shame me? He was super judgemental about how dry and red my eyes are and also he was talking down to me for having makeup debris in my eyelashes. I have a 7 month old baby and complete makeup removal and self care is a little low on my priorities list which I explained but he was still kind of rude about it. The staff was super pleasant besides the doctor though which is why I’m giving a 3 star review and the doctor wasn’t terrible besides his general demeanor which might be who is he but it rubbed me the wrong way

We are so busy! “When there’s only one lady in front of me” and yells at the doctor who let me in to not let people in here! in front of me just awkward.... Then they weren’t able to help me out with getting the same frame same prescription? I had to have a eye exam? No thanks!!

Dr Wang always takes his time and listens to my concerns during the eye exam. My only complaint is the wait. I waited over an hour past my appointment time. I feel this is unacceptable.

Staff, although very busy, were attentive and helpful. BROOK went above and beyond to help me see better than ive seen in years. Patiently, spent a lot of time with me to choose the right frame. I say patiently because i can be a bit of a pickle. I recently went to 2 other major retailers for glasses and ended up having to return both pairs. By far Brooke showed me the best service i have ever had and i have worked in the optical business so i know good service.

Went in for multi-focal lenses after struggling with contacts for distance and reading glasses. These were life changing. Dr Wang worked to get the best compromise of distance and reading. He was friendly and explained everting in detail. Highly recommended for your eye care.

The eye tech was very nice and chatted with me as if we have known each other for a while. Her name is Geri ( Sp?) Dr. Wang himself was great. He took the time needed to examine my eyes and explained things to me. Also recommended to have an OTC test done for the pressure in my eyes, which no other Doctor has told me to do. If it was possible to give less than one star I would. I had my appointment on August 17th. Great appointment time and they saw me right away. I had no issues in the office.The problem came after waiting for my glasses. I was initially told that it would only take 3-5 business days for me to receive my glasses. Ok cool, thats not long at all. Fast Forward to August 30th. No follow up whatsoever. I called and asked what was going on and apparently there were no notes left at all on my case and I was promised a call back but never received one. I called back again and was told due to the Holiday, my glasses would be here Tuesday. Whatever, whats another couple of days right?Here we are on September 3rd and I STILL had to call them back with no follow up or explanation as to why this has taken so long. The last person I spoke with said they will hopefully be here on Thursday September 5th. Heres to great customer service.I was excited to come to this office because of the great reviews but Im now wondering if these are legitimate or completely fabricated.
